Nestled in the heart of Ölüdeniz, just a few steps from the famous Belcekız Beach, Akdeniz Beach Hotel offers a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay with its peaceful atmosphere, convenient location, and genuinely friendly staff.
The rooms are simple yet comfortable, many offering lovely views of the mountains or the pool — watching the sunset from the balcony is a real treat. Cleanliness is taken very seriously here, and it shows from the very first day. The staff are warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming, family-like environment.
The restaurant serves a tasty open buffet for breakfast and dinner, with enough variety to please different tastes. During the day, guests can unwind by the pool with refreshing drinks from the bar.
One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its location — just a short walk from Ölüdeniz Beach, and within easy reach of the Babadağ Cable Car and local boat tours, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
Overall, Akdeniz Beach Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers seeking a comfortable, quiet, and centrally located stay. Ideal for both couples and families, it offers a great balance of value, comfort, and genuine Turkish hospitality. 🌿☀️

Amazing location and small friendly hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was ok, nothing amazing and not a huge amount of choice but more than enough for me. Room was fine but the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Room cleaned a couple of times during the week. Overall a lovely stay and good value for money

I would not rate this as 3 star. We weren’t expecting the top end of hotels, but our shower was rarely even warm, and at certain times of the day the bathroom would smell like sewage. Air con and beds were okay, but sheets had holes in them and blankets in cupboard were covered in dust. Toilet paper was rubbish and never had enough. Had to go to reception several times, often because after making a note they still wouldn’t give us some. All inclusive bar was okay, often found that if you were in the pool ordering, it would get forgotten about. Staff at dinner were really good, constantly clearing up and friendly. Few cats around to say hello, but they were harmless. There isn’t a lot of variety on the food, my wife is vegetarian and the options weren’t great for her so we often were eating out. If there is ever a chicken dish out 80% of it was watery oily sauce, so you were fishing the small bits out. Having stayed in many places all over the world this is no better than a 2 star. I wouldn’t come back to this hotel, the saving grace is its great location. For us as people who like to go out anyway it was okay, but if you are someone who wants to spend all day at an all inclusive there will be much better options out there. Even if it does cost that little bit more.

Honest review -
Arrived at the hotel and was underwhelmed , the room was very outdated, run down and not very clean. Toilet seat broken, air con broken, rusty taps, half painted walls and terrible beds. We complained and got a new room, which was much better (standard rooms are luck of the draw, some terrible, some ok).
The hotel itself, is very small and basic but does the job. Food is as you’d expect, maybe a bit less… drinks are basic, local stuff.
Location however, is perfect. 2 min walk to sea front or strip and 10 min walk to the blue lagoon.
Very quiet hotel, with barely any kids. Evenings are dead but good bars just down the road.
The reviews on here are a bit hush, it’s a cheap stay, friendly staff and worth the money but I would not return.

Where to start, well on arrival we where taken to are room. Have to say was extremely nervous after reading all the negative reviews. But once inside, the room was quite nice.\n Nice size, double bed, BAthroom, well maintained. A nice balcony, which was very private, had no one overlooking us. Nice size wardrobe with coat, hangers. And a chair. And a pair of slippers brand new and water, soap, and shower gel. On the second night we started hearing a buzzing noise coming from the wardrobe which was the electric they where good someone came out and looked but was not fixed they ended up getting someone else out to fix it. Food was not that great, have to say. Chips with everything. Lots of salads and bread. If you're a fussy eater, I would take money for food to eat out which we did in the evening. The pool is very nice, but you have to get up early to put towel down on bed, but they are all ways happy to go and get you one from out the back. But can be very hit a miss as lots of beds.Kept breaking. We were woken up throughout the night and early hours of the morning through chickens and sheep and dogs. Which was not the best. We did have entertainment, 3 nights out of 8 which was ok. The bar is very basic but did its job. The staff are great and where all ways happy to help. Everyone we talked to had different problems with there rooms in one way or another so I guess we where just lucky. The hotel we in a great spot with lots to do there and places to eat and shop and beaches within walking distance
