Stayed here last week in room 136A in a suite the rooms were lovely lots of room never seen so many coat hangers. Had our beds turned over and a chocolate left on the bed too every evening. Food was good lots of choice all the staff very helpful, entertainment good too especially Freddy Mercury tribute act, acrobats and flamenco dancers. Plenty of sunbeds too, only thing that I was upset about was on my last full day I nipped to supermarket across the road for some fridge magnets and was literally half an hour to get back to find my towels, book and sunhat had been removed as the lifeguard had removed them because I wasn’t there, yet 2 days before there was 2 sunbeds left for 5 hours and the towels were not removed, I get that people cannot claim sunbeds then they disappear for hours on end before returning but to remove them after 1/2 hour was a bit mean. Would definitely go back and recommend this hotel to all my friends despite the towels episode

Recently stayed here for our first trip to Tenerife.
We were in a standard room, and for it being standard, it was really nice. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, along with a walk in wardrobe and safe. The room had both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Cleaning service was faultless.
Our room was on the ground floor, but we still had access to an outdoor area with two loungers of our own, and a small shared grass area with rooms along our side of the hotel.
The pool area was well sized, with plenty loungers. Only had an issue getting a lounger on 1 of the 7 days, but that was more because we were later than normal. As well as the two pools on the ground floor, there is an additional rooftop pool with more loungers.
The breakfasts were good, with a good range of options. Main positive for me was the egg station where a chef was always on hand to make an omelette or fried eggs. Can’t speak for the restaurant on a night as we went out to eat each night.
I would say this hotel has a very chilled atmosphere, no doubt helped by the fact it’s adults only. The staff are very pleasant and always seem happy to help.
Location-wise, it is really close to the beach and many restaurants, albeit it is atop a small-ish hill. Wasn’t an issue for us, but something to note, in case this could be an issue for you.
Overall, I would very much recommend this hotel, and would definitely consider returning.

I stayed with my wife for 10 days in a hotel and it was a really nice experience. The room is nice and super clean, and the staff is very professional and friendly. I really don't have a complaint, maybe one small minus is that during the lunch break, it would be nice if the bar at the pool had a bit of music, some easy deep house, it will definitely raise a bit of atmosphere.
Anyway, I am leaving 5 stars without any regrets.

For the reviews around other hotels in the area this place is very quiet and peaceful. Haven't been to the pool to much but whenever I look down there is sun beds staff are friendly and the rooms are very good. Only negative I have is the fridge turns off when you take out the key card which was nearly problematic for my medication that needs to stay cool. Breakfast there is a good amount of choice.

it was nice, but we had bugs all over our room. they didn’t bother us but as soon as i saw them in the bathroom, i complained. they offered a deep room clean and after there was none found in the bathroom. however they were still present on the coffee table, crawling up the wall and inbetween the gap of the table/wall. We moved the coffee kettle etc into the balcony as we found many inside of the kettle. It wasn’t much bother at all, but would prefer the room without them.. Overall it’s nice, the staff are lovely as well as cleanliness. bugs behind a counter you can’t even get behind (as attached onto the wall) is minor, zero found anywhere else such as bed etc. Regular cleans everyday :)
