Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are very helpful & friendly. The food was amazing, do different theme nights & loved every one of them, plenty of choices & restaurant never overly busy. Also have an a la carte you can use which we loved, different specials on & food was amazing. Animation team are great doing various activities throughout the day. Night time entertainment also good, we loved the big screen showing the shows on the hotel facade. Our first time at this hotel but won't be our last, one of our favorites now.❤️

We chose another Princess hotel after the wonderful time we had three years ago in Gran Canaria. And we have had another fantastic holiday.
From Gio when we arrived (and booked out), to the cleaning staff and the team in the restaurants and bars, the welcome, friendliness and efficient service was exemplary. The team in the Food Market worked like a well oiled machine and you could see how well they got on personally.
Food was delicious and the variety meant you wouldn't go hungry.
Our room was clean, spacious and with plenty of storage. The view from our balcony was perfect for us, but I could see some visitors complaining about the restricted pool visibility.
The booking of sunbeds via the app, removed that sunbed rush I'm sure we've all experienced. Weirdly it set the unrushed, relaxed mood of the holiday.
If you have a later flight out I would recommend paying for a later check-out. Keeping our room meant we could pack at our leisure and nd shower and change after spending a few extra hours by the pool.
The number of stairs might be an issue if you have limited mobility.
We had a wonderful, well-fed, relaxed holiday and would definitely recommend.

First seen this place in 2010 and always wanted to give it a try. Finally did so in May. The place is one of the best looking hotels on the island! Opted for here instead of the sister hotel , and would happily return. The higher balconies would have been brilliant for the sea view. My room was just above the pool and connected to the solaroum for esencia guests. Although I absolutely love a sea view, and hate not having it - this room actually had much easier and quicker routes to the room. Spa was lovely too. The cold water pools are a blessing if you need to cool off. The main pool isnt cold water. Brilliant location, all the staff were super friendly too! Food options were great- ate inside the hotel on a few nights.
I would highly recommend the Esencia packages though.

Just returned from our 10 night stay at Princess Inspire. It was absolutely brilliant! The room was very clean and modern, the staff were very friendly, the drinks were good and booking the sunbeds made our stay a lot easier as we didn’t wake up till 9 and there were still plenty of sunbeds available.
The breakfast and lunch were amazing! The evening meal at The One restaurant was not pleasant, I had to tell the man it wasn’t nice but he did offer me a new option however I was no longer fussed after that. The buffet for the evening was very repetitive so we ended up eating out. The only other criticism I have is that the cleaner binned my souvenir cup that I was bringing home so was slightly upset with that.
The hotel is close by to lots of shops, bars and restaurants with easy access to taxi’s and busses. The reception ordered the taxi and it made everything a lot easier.
Overall a very positive stay and we would definitely come back.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was pleasant. You can clearly see that it is a more selective and well-organized hotel that respects both its rules and its guests. The atmosphere was elegant, the staff were professional, and the cleanliness in the room was good throughout our stay. We had the Gold package with half board, which included several nice benefits.
However, there were a few aspects that left me disappointed, especially regarding the food quality. At breakfast, the meat ( ham, salami) did not seem very fresh, some of the fruit looked overripe, and the coffee was unfortunately not good at all. I tried coffee at both bars, including The one, but I still did not enjoy it. Although The One is an à la carte restaurant, I personally preferred the main restaurant instead.
For both lunch and dinner, there was always enough food available, but in my opinion the quality and variety did not match the standard or price of the hotel. I have stayed in other hotels that were less expensive and less exclusive, yet they offered a much wider and more refined food selection, including more gluten-free options. Here, the menu felt very repetitive, with almost the same dishes every day.
Some examples: the poached eggs were not very well prepared, the bacon was not particularly appetizing, and while the pasta at lunch was decent, it was nothing special. Dinner was also quite repetitive, mostly including fast food-style dishes, pizza, beef, and pork. Some dishes were good, others less impressive — I suppose it depends on personal taste.
Despite these issues, the hotel itself was still beautiful, organized, and overall enjoyable, but I believe the dining experience could definitely be improved to better match the hotel’s image and standards.
