The hotel is good for entertainment and lessuire... I didn’t like the rooms or their design. The furniture in the rooms is very poor quality, especially the sheets and duvet, which are made of polyester or plastic.
Overall, everything else is good. The food and drinks are very good. The water parks are good for both children and adults. There are several recreational activities. The hotel is huge in terms of the number of rooms — more than 700 rooms... Crowded restaurants during meal times. The service in the restaurants is excellent given the large number of guests. The quality and variety of food are good but can be better .
Drinks and snacks are available 24/7.
There are 4 pools: 3 for adults and children, and one pool for toddlers and young children. The beach is nice but dirty with algae, and it has many small rocks that make it difficult to move or walk.

Everything was great overall, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. However, the waterpark operating hours were extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, completely unsuitable for a summer resort.
Closing the waterpark at 5:00 PM during the peak of summer simply doesn’t make sense. The temperatures are far too high during the day, and 5:00 PM is actually when the weather finally starts to cool down and becomes more comfortable for families and children to enjoy the waterpark.
For a resort in such a hot climate, the waterpark should absolutely have extended summer hours, ideally until 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Closing at 5:00 PM feels more like a winter schedule and significantly limits the experience guests are paying for.
This was honestly the only major disappointment during our stay, and I strongly hope the management reconsiders the waterpark timings during the summer season.

Stayed here on a 2-night staycation package. The room itself was reasonably well prepared, however there were several areas where the experience could be improved.
The balcony area was quite dirty on arrival, including the floor and outdoor furniture, which gave a poor first impression. Housekeeping overall seemed inconsistent, as there was rubbish left on our floor for the entire duration of our stay without being cleared.
Inside the room, there were also some maintenance and housekeeping issues that should have been noticed before check-in, including torn curtains and pillowcases with holes in them. Small details like this really affect the overall impression of the hotel.
We also experienced repeated issues with the minibar/fridge, which was often empty, and requests through reception took longer than expected to be attended to.
Service consistency at the downstairs bar could also be improved. Different staff members provided different information regarding included drinks benefits, which became confusing until a manager clarified the situation.
The food was average overall and did not quite match what I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. Another disappointing detail was that slippers were not provided in the room, which is usually considered standard for this category of hotel.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly cleanliness, maintenance, consistency of service, and attention to detail.

The hotel is very clean, conveniently located in Dubai, and easily accessible for الجميع. The all-inclusive service made our stay truly one of the best experiences. It has become our family’s favorite hotel and our number one choice.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and special thanks to Mr. Moatasem, who is truly the right person in the right place. He manages the hotel in a very professional and excellent way. It has many pools, restaurants and the beach is absolutely nice. Part of all inclusive services is kayak, pedal boat and standup padel boarding. Recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Excellent Value for Money
I recently stayed at the RIU Hotel during the Eid holiday and, considering the price paid, I believe it offers outstanding value for money.
I can understand why some guests may find the experience frustrating at times. The hotel is very large and operates at full capacity during holidays. There are plenty of family-friendly activities, which means a huge number of guests are families with children.
One thing to keep in mind is that this is an all-inclusive resort. Sometimes guests expect every service to be available immediately simply because they have paid for the package. However, every guest has booked the same all-inclusive experience and everyone has equal access to the facilities and services. A little patience and consideration for others can go a long way.
For example, valet parking can take quite some time during peak hours. I called the hotel the night before my arrival, and the staff advised me to arrive earlier for check-in. They also allowed me to use the facilities before my room was ready, which made the experience much smoother.
My advice is simple: if you arrive during busy periods, be patient, follow the staff’s instructions, and understand that they are doing their best to serve a very large number of guests.
Overall, I truly sympathize with the hotel staff. Despite the heavy crowds during Eid, they worked hard to accommodate everyone. For the price and what is offered, I would definitely rate this stay 5 out of 5.
