An amazing experience at Hotel Marina Byblos – Dubai Marina.
You can never get bored here: a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views, elegant bar, delicious restaurant, gym, spa, theatre and club.
Perfect location, close to the metro, the beach and Marina Walk – ideal for both relaxation and fun.
Heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team: Sohail, Sakinder, Yahya, Charmin, Sher, Rova and Tahir – always smiling, kind and professional.
Special appreciation to the hotel management for running everything perfectly – such an elegant and welcoming place.
Everything was just perfect. I’ll definitely come back!

Nice hotel, clean and well maintained. The staff were polite, courteous and always kind. The reception team and the breakfast room staff were also very friendly.
Our suite was really spacious, with a large and comfortable bed. We didn’t notice any noise, even though we had been warned about it beforehand.
The only downside was the breakfast — quite disappointing, especially considering it was included in the suite price. You had to pay extra for a cappuccino instead of an Americano, which doesn’t make much sense. The food quality was average and the selection very limited.
The pool area was nice, with very attentive staff.
The hotel is also in a great location, very convenient for exploring Dubai Marina.

The hotel is worth 3 stars at most.
Upon arrival at this hotel, we were unpleasantly surprised to find the lobby and reception area closed for major renovations, as were the corridors and elevators (only two of the three elevators were working). Check-in took place in a corner of one of the side corridors. The view was simply awful. In the room we were initially given, and later in the "better" room we were moved to, but no longer with a view of the Marina, we had booked (due to the strong smell of acetone from the renovation, we could no longer stay in the room we had booked), the furniture was outdated, the bathroom needed renovation, the towels were worn out, the carpets were dirty and dusty, the curtains were dirty and torn, and the windows were dirty. At night, when it rained, water dripped heavily through the windows.
The room lighting and air conditioning were not controlled by the usual switches, but by some kind of outdated remote control next to the bed, which was impossible to figure out :)
The first room was very cold, and the air conditioner turned on by itself when we left the room.
There are several nightclubs at the bottom of the hotel, from which low-frequency vibrations could be heard most of the night (even on the 8th floor). People smoke in them, and they attract a rather strange crowd.
The rooftop pool did not make me want to swim in it or sunbathe nearby.
I can praise the staff, who were friendly and helpful, although they lacked professionalism. The food at breakfast and dinner was edible but poor and repetitive. The courtyard next to the canteen and the furniture in it are dirty and uncomfortable.
I would recommend to avoid this hotel no to be dissapointed a lot.

I wasn’t happy with the hotel at first, but Ana, the Guest Relations, completely changed my experience. She moved me to a quieter, higher floor for free and even arranged a late takeaway breakfast. She feels like a daughter—kind, caring, and professional. She’s the reason I stayed for 10 days. Ana is a true asset to the hotel. All love from Germany💐💐💐

The hotel itself is nice — clean, comfortable, and with good facilities like a swimming pool and sauna. Breakfasts are tasty with a good variety of options. However, it’s currently under renovation, so sometimes service can be a bit slower. One thing to keep in mind: make sure you have online proof of payment or a receipt, as the hotel may ask for confirmation. I had a small issue with this and had to pay again using another card. Apart from that, everything was fine, and overall it’s a good place to stay.
