We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the location is perfect in Dubai Marina, and the service was excellent.
The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.
Even during the recent tensions in the region related to the Iran–Israel conflict, we always felt safe and well looked after. The hotel staff handled everything calmly and professionally, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Located in the vibrant heart of Dubai Marina, the hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and convenience. The views of the marina skyline are absolutely stunning, especially at night when the city lights reflect beautifully on the water.
The rooms are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with elegant interiors and comfortable bedding. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail made the stay feel luxurious yet welcoming.
One of the highlights was the breakfast – a fantastic variety of international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The rooftop pool area is another standout feature, providing a relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking panoramic views of the marina.

This is my second time I am staying at this hotel. In general I like the service quality, rooms are clean and it has a nice location(next to Dubai Marina). Also thanks to Ramesh for the house keeping. He did a great job, also he has good communication skills. Maybe for criticism, you should replace the coffee machines. They are too slow and there is always a big queue in front of the coffee machines during the breakfast. Also sometimes elevators are going in the wrong direction. Even if you choose the ground floor sometimes it goes back to the upper direction. This happened a couple of times. To summarize I like this hotel and the service quality in general.

We had an amazing stay at The First Collection Marina. It is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have stayed at in Dubai.
The location is perfect – in Dubai Marina, just 3 minutes walking distance to the Marina promenade and about 10 minutes to Jumeirah Beach Residence and JBR Beach. There are many restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and even a large 24/7 supermarket right next to the hotel.
The staff was outstanding – professional, kind, and always ready to help. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was exceptional.
Our room on the 32nd floor had a stunning sea and Marina view. It was spacious, spotless every day, and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever experienced. We also loved the generous storage space and the perfectly functioning air conditioning.
Breakfast until 11 AM was a huge plus, and the late check-out option (which we paid for) was extremely helpful, especially since my wife is pregnant and we had a late evening flight.
We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. I checked out today because I could not tolerate this hotel any longer, completely ruined my vacation.
We were given a “temporary” room at check-in that turned out to be a smoking room on a smoking floor, even though the hotel knew we were traveling with a 3-month-old newborn. The room smelled horrible, and staff later confirmed it was a smoking room. Completely unacceptable.
After multiple complaints, someone walked into our room while I was sleeping with my baby and my husband was not there. A manager came, made empty promises, and offered to change our room—but instead increased our room rate, saying “that’s how it works.” I have never heard of prices going up while you’re already staying at a hotel.
Housekeeping was unreliable, often taking over an hour or not showing up at all, and the room and bathroom were filthy with a constant bad smell. Staff were rude, insensitive, and showed zero empathy toward a family with a baby.
Their car service nearly hit our car while my baby was inside and drove off. Personal items also went missing from our room, and the hotel took no responsibility.
This hotel is dirty, poorly managed, and unsafe. I will be reporting it before leaving Dubai.
DO NOT STAY HERE — WORST HOTEL IN DUBAI. There are far better and cheaper options nearby.
ALSO THEY SHOULD FIRE THE CAR SERVICE GUY WHO HARASSED US FOR PARKING. HIS NAME WAS SHAHZEB!!!
