We enjoyed our family holiday at Centara in February 2026.
The hotel is very child-friendly. The water in the swimming pools was adjusted to the weather conditions.
The food in the restaurants was tasty and fresh. We are grateful for the excellent service provided by the waiters, especially Veljohn, Aung, and Sandi 🙂
We also appreciate the work of all the lifeguards. We felt safe – they were carefully watching and enforcing the rules.
The kids loved having fun with Birkam at the water park.
We highly recommend this hotel for a holiday with children!

Our stay at Centara Mirage was honestly such a lovely experience
From the kids’ pools, splash pads and slides to the beach, everything is so well set up for families. There are plenty of dining options with great buffets, and some restaurants offering à la carte too.
Uno Mas really stood out for us, the à la carte food was outstanding and the steak literally melted in your mouth. So good.
The staff truly made the stay even better. Big thank you to Saeed and all the team at Sheesh Restaurant, Fox from the spa, and the lovely spa ladies. Everyone was so kind, professional and genuinely helpful. Also thr Egyptian shisha guy tried to make sure the shisha was just right, that effort didn’t go unnoticed.
The kids’ spa was a huge highlight. Chocolate, vanilla and strawberry massages… safe to say the kids absolutely loved it and are still talking about it.
We’re leaving with very happy kids and lots of great memories. Would definitely recommend this for a relaxed and fun family staycation, we’ll be back for sure

Amazing hotel for families with kids. Great stuff who is very helpful and friendly with kids. Very safe. Special thanks to Ujjal, a kids pool security. We had fun! And she was really watching all the time if kids needed some help. We want to thank girls on the reception, Akylai, Pang, Meergul, who helped us a lot during our stay. They made possible to have a late check-in, which basically prolonged our vocation for couple of additional hours!
Don’t expect much from the rooms though. It’s quite an old hotel. They have tea, water, shampoo, and body soap - that’s all. No lotions, nespresso - nothing. If you are only bed-and-breakfast expect to spend 7-10 euro per drink or ice cream

Our stay at Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the Thai hospitality was exceptional and warm , we genuinely felt like we had stepped into Thailand for a while. The atmosphere, service, and overall experience gave us the best feeling ever. Melon also deserves appreciation for warmly welcoming us, clearly explaining all the facilities, and guiding us so nicely from the start.
In the restaurant, Nity,Aniket,Farman,Jane,Janel,Jay,,Eye and May served us with great care and kindness, making every meal memorable and Uno mas food soo delicious.
The Kids Club team Kay,Namwan,Jais,Jocelyn,Mai,Jah,Pimtook wonderful care of our children and kept them happily entertained while we relaxed at the spa.
At the spa, Oil and Saran were perfect , their massages were professional and deeply relaxing.
A special thanks to Hashen,Lakshan,Ujjal Bikram, the lifeguard, who was attentive and friendly throughout.
As a small suggestion, it would be lovely to see more Thai staff members to enhance the authentic Thai experience even further. Additionally, housekeeping services could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, everything about our stay was wonderful, and we will surely visit again.

We like this hotel very much and we've been here for holidays several times. It's a comfy hotel, especially for family with children. Rooms are clean with a teapot, a complementary water, there is an iron in the room. Great opportunity to choose either all inclusive or full board or half board or just breakfast. Better to take seaview rooms, as there are constractions around, but it doesn't bother us. All personal are very kind, supportive and friendly. Special thanks to Lalu Arafat and his supervisor from the Sheesh restaurant. We can recommend this hotel. And definitely, we will return here again.
