Our stay at Jumeira Rotana was very nice and quiet. Clean rooms, the food was not very diverse, but it was very tasty. Karim and Sulman from the pool and Dipak from the Boston Pub especially were very kind and attentive to everyone needs. I recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was fine and well organized. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist us.Especially Mr. Sulman Amis he was really nice to us and really helpfully. We felt comfortable during our entire stay and really appreciated the positive atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel rooms are large and spacious, breakfasts, lunches and dinners are delicious and have a wide selection. Boston bar - great service. I really liked everything. The girls and guys who work are very attentive and wonderful👍

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Jumeira Rotana. The service was amazing especially from Fairoos, Amir, Sulman and Mattison.
We had our flight in the evening after checking out we had a 6hr waiting time but the staff made it so comfortable and smooth.

I stayed here for my honeymoon from 21st to 29th. So i am going to give a review on my and wifes experince.
Staff- were all amazing and really friendly all gave great service such as salman, kareem, etc all were great and coudnt ask for more and were treated like a family.
Room- Decent size, ac allways working, housekeepng was always on point, very clean and tidy and easy to reslove any house keeping issues promptly.
Breakfast- Decent-chef allways make fresh omlettes, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, good selection such as pankcakes, patato wedges, french toast, sausges and more.
Pool- didnt have a view, but defo good amount of sunbeds, and smoothies were good and better priced than elsewhere.
Shutlle bus- dissapointing as its one small mini bus so some people miss out as it limited capicty. The shuttle bus goes once to la mere beach at 9 then picks u up at 12. However the beach is dissapointing as nothing there is open. The bus does take u to the metro which u can take to dubia mall but its at 2pm which is a bit late maybe 12 would be better. Also maybe if the bus took u to dubia mall or better places and more spaces so people dont miss out becuase if u wait till 2pm and miss out it would be annoying.
Location - did have food options oppiste us such as Al baik, KFC, pizza hut, Beruit, dunken donutd, popeyes, and many other pakistani restaurants and other takeways and food places and does have abaya shops and perfumes shops like a 10 min walk which u can bargain with also a 10 minute to the mosque also a 10 minute to ansari exhnage to chnage currency as the staff adivsed it better rates than hotel. Dissapointed to far to walk to the nearest metro station, dubia mall, bazar for bargains or any famous attraction so u would need a uber to the metro or mall or activies u have planned.
So would give it 4 star out of 5 the 2 disspointments where the shuttle bus and location otherwise everthing was perfect
