I had a good stay at this place and i like the food and I would like some improvements. 1. Smoking room in pool area cause kids like me will not be sick. 2. Add a jacuzzi please it’s sooooo relaxing to be in! 3. More comfortable couch please since there’s only one bed I had to sleep on the couch. 4. I wish the rooms are soundproof because at 1 AM at night. I hear so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. I would like to thank Mr.Bevan for allowing us to extend our stay. Also restaurant staff are nice and kind.🙂

Fabulous satay, we stayed 4 nights and the swrvice was great, Mohsin, Pawan, Sulman have been helpful throughout. The jitchen staff for breakfast wrre brilliant. Would stsy again, location very good as all local places nearby

i don’t like to tarnish my account with a terrible, negative, and no good review. but alas, I promised to deliver real unfiltered feedback.
hotel with a rotana name but really lacking that rotana regality.
had an incident as our package came with half board. we asked the receptionist which restaurant we can go to and they said restaurant A and B. dinner comes and we go to restaurant A, manager came to tell us its only at restaurant B. checked with the receptionist again the next day, they still said restaurant A AND B. after a long day, we get to restaurant A and they still said its only at restaurant B. now why would you do that? confirming once and admitting your mistake its only restaurant B would have been fine. but I’ve asked TWICE. two separate days and two separate chances to tell me properly. nothing. they didn’t even honor their mistake, just had us waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant.
rooms are also dusty, floors reeking of cigarette smell, and the staff? what can I really say more.

A very special thank you to Elmer, the lifeguard, he was absolutely exceptional. The kids completely adored him, and his energy, attentiveness, and genuine passion for his work really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and engaging; he truly made our experience even more memorable.
Thank you as well to Fairoos and Dowar for the great customer service. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would gladly return again. Boston restaurant, kindly work on communication, there was a lot of miscommunication which didn’t sit well with us, but thank you, we still enjoyed the food.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I really like the location of the hotel; it's close to the beach, yet it's easy to get to the WDW Mall and Burj Khalifa. I would like to note the very polite and open staff especially the smiles of San Su and Sulman. The room is always clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the linens are clean and pleasant to the touch. A nice bonus of the hotel is the swimming pool and sauna.
