Wow dubai's best kept secret! Hotel Jumeira Rotana. Staff cannot fo enough to please guests. Big shout out to Khaing who has looked after us so we'll. The beautiful girl should be raised to the highest level. Her sunny smile and personality made our stay. Also Pema and the reception staff and porters were fabulous. Well done to each and everyone of you.
I also have to give a shout out to Fairoos, his smile is infectious and he could not have been more helpful, nothing was a trouble to him and he was very attentive to our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for three nights, and I must say it left a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly Mr. Dawood at the reception, who made check-in a breeze and set the tone for a lovely stay. The same is true with Ms San Su and Ms Sandani who are very supportive.
The rooms were very good, offering comfort, equipped with everything a traveler could need to feel at ease. The housekeeping staff were so attentive and ensured everything was spotless, adding to the overall warm.
I only experienced breakfast at the hotel, but it was lovely. The wide variety and quality made for a perfect start to the day. Special thanks to Mr. Rahul, the manager, whose friendly and helpful demeanor eho always check to make sure you are satisfied.
I also enjoyed some time at the gym, spa and swimming pool, where Ms. Kriss stood out with her infectious energy and constant smile. She was always eager to assist, ensuring guests had a fantastic experience.

Pairoos is a truly exceptional professional. He's a fantastic worker, always with a positive attitude, and helped in every situation, making us, as hotel guests, feel calm and comfortable.
I want to express my gratitude to the waiter Khaing. She is attention to detail was incredible. She remembering preferences or providing a dessert or drinks, and it is describe the waiter as a "good asset" to the restaurant and also I mentioning her friendliness and deep knowledge of the menu. She is a very sweet and kind person.
