Had a massage and pedicure at the Movenpick O de Rose spa today. It was wonderful! So relaxing and very luxurious. The masseuse.did an excellent job making me feel relaxed and pampered. Bouchra gave me a beautiful pedicure that left my feet feeling like butter. Thank you!

We stayed for 6 nights for my birthday holiday, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the service was prompt, and the hospitality was top-notch. They even surprised me with birthday decorations in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was tidied every day and we really appreciated.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially the omelette station, where the chef prepares your omelette to your liking right in front of you. We also enjoyed the hammam and massage at the spa, which was absolutely worth it. For convenience, there’s an ATM on-site, and money can be exchanged at the reception at rates equivalent to outside.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Mövenpick Mansour Marrakech for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience.
The hotel itself is of a high standard, with good facilities and a modern feel throughout. My suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay enjoyable. The location is also convenient—only about five minutes from M Avenue and a short distance from the Medina, making it easy to get around.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which is what you would expect from a hotel of this level, and it was consistently good during my stay. One of the breakfast managers, Yasine, was excellent and stood out for his service.
That said, I wouldn’t quite rate it as a full five-star experience, as there are a few impracticalities that could be improved. For example, the rooms only have one UK socket, and overall the room and suite design could be more functional—there is a lack of well-placed sockets, which makes things like ironing inconvenient. Additionally, the AC unit was not quite powerful enough for the size of the room, which affected comfort at times.
A special thank you to the staff who made the stay more enjoyable: Ilham, Nawal, Mariame, Noor, and Samira, as well as Chouaib, who was extremely helpful, and Saluhudeen at reception, who provided excellent support throughout.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Marrakech

After the first two days, we asked to leave
the hotel because of the extremely poor service. We were given rooms with non-functioning air conditioning in the heat of Marrakech, and no one seemed to genuinely address the issue. Then Najwa from Guest Relations stepped in and truly did everything she could to turn our experience around. She took care of us all the way until our last day!
She is wonderful, kind, and incredibly efficient. Thanks to her, we decided to continue our stay at the hotel. ❤️
