We stayed for 6 nights for my birthday holiday, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the service was prompt, and the hospitality was top-notch. They even surprised me with birthday decorations in our room, which was a thoughtful touch. Our room was tidied every day and we really appreciated.
The buffet breakfast was fantastic, especially the omelette station, where the chef prepares your omelette to your liking right in front of you. We also enjoyed the hammam and massage at the spa, which was absolutely worth it. For convenience, there’s an ATM on-site, and money can be exchanged at the reception at rates equivalent to outside.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the perfect way to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for six days with. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — large, elegantly designed, and very well maintained. The heated pool was wonderful; we enjoyed swimming while it was 23°C outside. The breakfast was extensive and offered plenty of variety, with everything constantly replenished. There was also ample staff available to clear tables efficiently. The staff on the floor were very friendly and helpful.
However, what was disappointing was the service at reception and concierge level. Every time we made a request, asked a question, or needed something to be followed up, it was not handled. I was repeatedly promised feedback, but never received any response, and issues remained unresolved. My request for a response from management also went unanswered.
This significantly affected our overall experience and, unfortunately, is the reason I would not choose this hotel again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious, and well organized. A special thank you to the front desk team ( Ms Mohammed Fettane and Ms Salahddin)for the smooth and easy check-in, and to Ms. Nourdine for his kind help with breakfast. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just wrapped up an amazing stay at Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi in Marrakech—truly a fantastic oasis in the heart of the city!
Located on Avenue Mohammed VI in the chic Hivernage district, it's perfectly positioned—close to the Medina, Jemaa el-Fna, and just minutes from the airport. The lush gardens, three stunning outdoor pools (some heated for cooler evenings), relaxing spa, and that delightful daily Chocolate Hour at 5 PM made every day feel special.
My room was spacious, spotless, and super comfy with excellent bedding and all the modern touches. The food across the restaurants was delicious and varied.
What really stood out was the exceptional staff—they were incredibly helpful, prompt, courteous, and always with warm smiles. The restaurant manager was especially attentive, noticing the patrons' musical preferences and quickly having the DJ switch up the style to perfectly suit the audience and keep the vibe just right. That thoughtful touch elevated the whole experience!
The service felt genuinely personalized and top-tier, making everything luxurious and welcoming. Still smiling from the memories—definitely a highlight of my Marrakech trip. Highly recommend for your next visit! 🏨🌴✨

It’s a nice hotel, the pool is great, rooms are average but nice, restaurant/food offering is amazing. However the staff are mostly useless, they tend to just shrug when you ask them something. At one point I lost my phone, they told me to ask the concierge and she just shrugged. The pool ran out of towels, the guy kept promising he’d bring us towels when they were available but he never did. The spa was fully booked so I asked concierge for a recommendation for a nearby place but they refused!
