Wow is honestly all I can say! We had such a wonderful stay at the hotel. It’s a beautiful property and absolutely perfect for families. We had a fantastic time, and the food was exceptional throughout our stay. The hotel catered really well to my family’s needs, and the staff were accommodating and welcoming.
The only issue I experienced was returning to our room one afternoon to find that the cleaner had left the door open, with all of our personal belongings inside and exposed. I believe this was simply a genuine mistake, but it was understandably concerning. Thankfully, nothing was missing, and overall, it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a great experience.
The hotel also has fantastic amenities and is conveniently located close to a high-end beach club called Kalami Beach bar with a great atmosphere and lovely vibes.
I particularly loved how close we were to Rhodes Town. We drove into town on a few occasions, including for some McDonald’s and a bit of clothes shopping, which was really convenient.
Overall, we had a brilliant family holiday and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing stay with great food, facilities and a convenient location.

Fantastic all inclusive family resort. I came here with my husband and 3 children and had an amazing time.
Our room was absolutely spotless and was cleaned every single day by the lovely housekeepers.
We were given complimentry coffee and water in the fridge which was a great touch.
Food was nice too. Every morning at breakfast there are two lovely ladies making fresh pancakes continously and omlettes (or any eggs of your choice) which ive never seen before at a hotel. I thought this was great .
A big shout out to Greg from the entertainment team who kept us busy all week with darts, aqua gym, football, basketball. A lovely, friendly boy who made our week so much fun
Also a big shout out to the manager Teo who was a great guy who looked after everyone. He was a lovely man who couldnt do enough for us.
We had a lovely time and would love to return. Thanks so much for a lovely holiday

Stayed in one of the suites, Rooms where excellent spacious, cool with the
air-conditioning clean and tidy
Private pool was amazing.
Restaurant, was lovely food was well above the norm for an all inclusive buffet
Drinks are good local brand but great variety. Staff where great above and beyond. Bar staff where fantastic
Especially Sara, who no matter how busy the bar was, never stressed was always friendly and nice and wish I had the name of the bloke who I only know as Boss ( if he reads this he'll know ) always looked after me and made sure my red wine was full.
Snack bar and lunch was great and self serve beers and soft drinks at the pool is a great asset.
Entertainment team worked so hard
French Greg never stops constantly keeping the holiday makers happy and entertained. ( loved his karaoke)
Overall a great complex can't find any negative at all

Just returned from a family holiday. Not impressed.
-Safety, not good. No security. Multiple reports of people wandering onto the resort to steal from bags around the pool etc. Pool lifeguard wasn't very attentive...just hung out at the bar all day while kits were hanging off and being dangerous around the bridge and slide.
- Public staff arguing and seniors telling off their staff members. Not a good look.
- The food is of very poor quality - highly repetitive especially around breakfast and dinner. The poolside lunch area was slightly better. The a la carte offering (we went for the Asian) was poor.
- Drinks are low quality. Very off brand mixers/soft drinks used and the quality of the drinks made can vary, little consistency. Bars are very small so expect long queues in the evenings.
- The self service drinks/ice cream area was quite dirty/aged, many spillages that were not cleaned which made the floor treacherous
- Entertainment was not good enough. Most nights there was simply a quiz in the amphitheater with a few visiting acts. Very poor offering.
- Pool was very cramped/busy. Sunbed reserving was an issue. Even though it's not allowed.
- Thefts from bags around the pool - non-guests enter the hotel and help themselves to your belongings. Multiple reports while I was there.
- The room was OK with a good bathroom, bed very hard. Cleaning wasn't very thorough. Floors were filthy and my room wasn't cleaned for several days.
- Hotel allows for private birthday parties (yellow wristbands) so very busy days were extra busy with other day visitors with whole areas taped off for this purpose. Loud private parties in the evening using the upstairs bar area.
- The on-site shop is well equipped and not too inflated, we spent a lot of money in there just getting soft drinks etc to make up for the all inclusive short comings.
I've been to many AI resorts but this was the bottom of the pile by a long way and I'm not really snobbish with these things - it's not what you would expect for 4 stars by a long way.

Stayed at this decent hotel for 4 nights.
Room: The room is very clean, nice-smelling sheets. It is very well-lit by natural light in the morning. It is air-conditioned. You can request specific things relating to housekeeping, amenities and maintenance via the app. Although we didn't need to use it as we were lucky the room was perfect, didn't really have any problem
Pools: Lots of different pools although in this very busy season it's so annoying that people are reserving sunbeds very early in the morning!
Service: Staff are very friendly starting from the reception including the housekeeping ladies! It's nice to see fellow Filipino kababayans as hospitality staff. The ladies at the bar are also very accommodating and suggested amazing drinks for my little girl. Some of the cocktails could be better though, it's a hit and miss depending on who prepared it.
Location: Very close to the beach only a 5-7minute walk (downhill). Not too far from Rhodes Old Town which you can take a bus or taxi (approx costs €12). The bus stop is only a 5 minute-walk from the hotel (costs €2 for one-way ticket) and it's also easy to call for a taxi or just hail for one.
Entertainment: There have various form of entertainment where you can find the schedule in their app. My favorite are the 3 ladies who performed (sing and dance) were really good.
Overall a good experience for our first time in Rhodes!
