We had a fantastic family get together at this hotel. We were given 4 rooms together and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. The buffets were excellent value with an amazing range of local dishes. There was such a lovely atmosphere in the hotel with lots of activities in addition to the facilities. We are definitely planning a return trip. Many thanks for making this a trip to remember

I was in a group of 5 friends. Full board. We had interconnecting rooms. It was perfect. Lovely hotel and great value. Foyer/ reception/ grounds / pool / restaurant areas / access to beach were really well maintained and very comfortable to spend time in. Food was faultless, something for everyone. Lunch was by far the best quality and some days we just opted for a late lunch instead of dinner (buffet). Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Location is quiet but depends what you what. Bus stop and taxis at front door. Would definitely stay again.

Five stars for price and location. Airport only 10 minutes away. Good for stopover or rest. Service friendly and professional. Buffets were great ! Bar good. Balconies wonderful views of the sea.

Bar and restaurant staff polite, helpful and attentive. Good choice and variety of well cooked and fresh food at breakfast and dinner. Nicely displayed too.

This is a wonderful hotel. I visited in October ( my 4th visit and second this year) and everything was lovely as usual. The rooms are clean and well equipped with kettle and safe, bathtub and powerful shower, the balconies generally overlook the sea and the breakfast and evening meal ( buffet style) is plentiful and varied. The bar menu is also extensive and cooked to order. There are some thoughtful touches such as 3 vending machines for food, soft drinks and necessities which may have been forgotten e.g. sun cream, hygiene products and basic medicines, and another vending machine which is ground coffee. the pool is large and clean and there is a small gym ( which i didn't use) and a spa. The bus to Malaga leaves from outside the front door and as a single, older female traveller, i always feel extremely safe walking around this residential area. my only complaint is that Next year, they are closing for the whole of January and February for a refurbishment so I can't stay in January!!!!!
However, special mention MUST be given to the quality of the staff who deliver a service which isn't bettered by some more exclusive hotels! They are always smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient so I always feel valued and looked after. This time I had 2 separate reservations which were combined on arrival so I didn't have to check out and in again and could stay in the same room. ( originally i booked 3 nights then booked another two later!) The staff were mostly the same as always giving the hotel a feeling of calm and a feeling of well being for the guests. Any questions are dealt with quickly and pleasantly by reception and the housekeeping staff (who were the same as in February when i was last there) are also extremely cheerful and efficient. On leaving, one of the maintenance staff had come up to see to something in another room, so I spoke to him as the batteries in my safe were running down and again was given service above and beyond basic and with a smile!
Any hotel that keeps its staff for long periods must be a happy place to work and that is reflected in the demeanour of all the staff. it feels like a second home to me. Special thanks goes to Elena Sastre who is responsible for guest experience who sorted out a very minor problem with courtesy and efficiency and of course- a smile.
I love this hotel and even though I can't stay in January, in those famous words: "I'll be back!"
