A nice clean complex, the rooms are spacious and clean although a bit basic but still a nice place to chill, you do have to pay for the safes in the room, 3 euros a day plus 10 euro returnable deposit, also pay for the tv remote but we didnt bother with the tv, air con os a 10 euro returnable deposit for the remote control, the little shop down stairs is good and convenient but expensive, best to take a 5 minute walk to spar near the restaurants and shop areas, this base is great location literally a 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants and shops area, defo try the hong kong island restaurant food and service is great, also sirocco restaurant had great seafood, and great range of meat dishes but we all had seafood, we had the squid, muscles. And sole all very delicious

Been here twice now and would not return.
Cant recommend, its really just not an enjoyable place to stay.
- beds and couch very VERY uncomfortable. we all had sore backs after a 2 days sleeping in these beds. the beds are also very creaky and loud.
- LIVE cockroaches found in our room and other guests rooms!
- apartments cleaned only once during our 8 day stay
- wifi is terrible unless you're sitting in reception, didnt reach our room at all, unusable.
- no shampoo, gel, soap etc in any rooms
- decor is very dated and not it great shape. whole apartment looks out of the 90s. not well maintained, tired looking.
- staff were unaccomodating. one of our pregnant guests asked if they had ONE extra pillow as her bed and mattress was incredibly uncomfy with broken springs in it, staff told us no they have no extra pillows available! ac and tv remotes are not given as standard in the rooms, you have to go to reception and ask from them and pay a 10 euro deposit EACH. No sign or notice telling you this anywhere in the room.
If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday I would look elsewhere. This place feels like exacly what it is, cheap, basic and tired. I promise you will be happier if you spend a little extra for a better place than this.

Spent the weekend here as a solo traveller (May 2026), and was welcomed and checked in by the the fabulous Sandra, or, Mi Chica Loca as I called her - she was brilliant.
The room was simple, clean, large, loads of airflow from the balcony sliding doors and the bathroom was wonderful.
The place was quiet, calm and the food that you can get from the pool side bar was tasty, especially with an ice cold glass of San Miguel to enjoy it with. Had a dip in the quiet pool, and it was lush.
Love the location (only a 2 min slow walk to the shopping centre and beach area) and right next to the airport (even better if you love plane spotting, like I do!). For me, this place is a bit of a hidden, understated gem. The beaches nearby (Honda, Matagorda, Guacimeta) are incredible.
I booked via Lastminute.com but you'll find these on most booking sites for a fantastic price no doubt.

The apartments not bad but little things needed tlc like shower handle missing,curtain stain etc. Bed was OK but squeaky when moving in it, very loud. Got all the kitchen appliances there which is good. Bad thing is the cleaning. They only come to clean the apartments within 4 days , not everyday. Location amazing as it close to shopping centre, pubs , beach.

Overall quite a wonderful stay, the apartment room did its job, although the doors rattled loudly with the wind, but that can’t be helped. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always welcoming whenever we returned each day. The location is quite brilliant, a few minutes from the Ocean and boardwalk with a lovely little supermarket just outside. Would come again
