The location is great, the room this time was not cleaned that well, the bedrooms were small we couldn't open the door fully as it hit the bed, the cleaners only changed towels every 3 days they didn't do any cleaning, we were disappointed and will not be returning.

This gem of a place in puerto del carmen is so close too bars restaurants and the beach. Great pool bar with tasty food and great service. Will definitely be back in the future👍👍

Nice apartments but NO AIR CONDITIONING! Or any fans, although you can hire a fan from reception And not forgetting its VERY NOISY!!! night club opposite that is open till gone 5am and the pool bar open until 1-3am, we had to move rooms after 3 nights as we could not sleep with the noise and cant sleep with windows closed as its too hot.. could do with a better clean than when I arrived, rubbish left under the sofa, floors needed a sweep and mop as they are very dirty. Prime location to stay! Sun loungers are always left with towels and nobody on them for hours! If you have a hire car the parking is a nightmare. Not sure id stay there again

The room was nice, most of the staff were friendly and the convenience room is a great feature. However, we would not stay here again, as the drunk pool bar guests were noisy all night, despite a security person present. Also, we had a stadium light shining directly onto our window, and the curtains didn't help, all of which made sleeping impossible. Parking in this area is a nightmare, so if you have a car I would recommend staying further away from the central promenade.
