Was in annex building, guy on reception very friendly and helpful. Apartment was basic but clean and had all that was required. 2 min walk to supermarket. 7/8 min walk to the strip and beach. 10 min walk to rancho texas. Very quiet area. Balconies in annex building get the sun all day. If can get a cheap price then a good choice.

Rooms very well equipped, no air con... But you can hire fans... Cheap price.
Pool cleaned regularly, rooms cleaned regularly.
Best of all.... No rushing for the sunbeds... Our room ground floor... Pool right there...
Local Spar nearby for shopping... Not to far from the main strip... Great holiday

🌟 Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location! 🌟
We had such a lovely, relaxing time at Laguneta! The facilities are spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff are always on the move—keeping the poolside and gardens pristine and ensuring the apartments are turned over quickly and efficiently. You can really feel the care they put into the place.
Our apartment was bright, spacious, and well-equipped. Twin beds, loads of wardrobe space, a large, modern bathroom with a great shower, and a handy kitchenette with everything you need for a comfy stay. Outside, we had our own little patio with two sunloungers and a table with chairs—perfect for soaking up the sun! You can even hire cushions for the loungers and a safety deposit box for a small fee.
📍 The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the Puerto del Carmen strip, and only a short 10min taxi ride from the airport. If you’re hiring a car, there’s plenty of free parking nearby, and the local bus stop makes exploring the island or getting to the airport super easy.
🏝️What we loved most was the balance: close enough to all the action, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot that made for a truly relaxing break. The friendly onsite team made us feel so welcome and added to the chilled-out vibe.
🌞 While aircon would’ve been a bonus, we managed just fine—even during a couple of scorchers that hit 41°C! And thanks to Lanzarote’s unique climate, we never saw a mosquito—such a relief!
We’ve enjoyed our stay so much that we’re already planning to come back for Easter 2026 before we’ve even left. That says it all! 😊
I really can’t understand some of the negative comments from other reviewers as we’ve not witnessed anything they’ve commented on.
Each to their own I guess. We’ll be recommending Laguneta as a great place to stay to all our friends and family.
