I would like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel staff and Customer Relations Manager Ms Sezin Demirel for the excellent service provided throughout our stay.
From arrival to departure, every member of the team was friendly, professional, and attentive. The staff , especially Eylul and Perihan from service staff, consistently showed great enthusiasm to ensure that our experience was comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting guests with a smile and a willingness to help.
A special thank you to the Customer Relations Manager, Sezin Hanim, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. Her attention to detail, which was my husband’s birthday, prompt assistance, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression.
The high standard of hospitality and hard working demonstrated by the entire team reflects very positively on the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work and commitment to providing such a welcoming and memorable experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to others, especially to our Scottish countrymen and look forward to returning in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Göcek and really enjoyed our time there. The resort is spacious and offers plenty of activities, with great yoga and boxing classes and a very well-equipped gym.
The buffet had a huge selection and everything we tried was delicious. Our room was always spotless and very comfortable. The highlight for us was definitely the private beach, which you reach by the hotel’s own boat – such a unique and relaxing experience.
Overall, a perfect mix of relaxation and staying active. We would happily come back!

The hotel is in a beautiful location and has a short transfer from Dalaman airport. Right on the marina there’s plenty to see and the walk along the front into town is enjoyable.
The layout of the hotel with small blocks of rooms makes it feel spacious and the grounds/gardens are well kept and pretty. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable and a good size.
The pools were clean and there was always plenty of towels.
We enjoyed the Turquoise, People’s and Azur Restaurants. Food choices were good and well presented.
Taking the boat bus to the Secret beach and Azur restaurant was lovely and those areas do not disappoint either.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the free boat trip offered by the hotel.
We felt the hotel could have offered us a drink on our arrival - there is a bar in reception so they could have a tray of juice, at least, waiting for those arriving.
We were disappointed not to be able to get late checkout on our room, especially when we had arrived so late (almost midnight). The day we checked out was the first and only day the room was cleaned before midday which was also a little disappointing. Every other hotel I’ve stayed in they change the order of room cleaning so that you get your room cleaned at different times, so you can at least have it done before lunch on some days of your stay.
The area provided in the Spa for getting showered and changed ready for the flight was too hot and it had only one very small bench so was not big enough for the number of us in there trying to change.
We were surprised that there was no air conditioning in our rooms and at times even this early in the season it got a little uncomfortable.

Our third visit here and everything is amazing and just how we like it. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped and are cleaned every day to a high standard. The food is plentiful and delicious and the outside areas are beautifully maintained. We prefer the beach area to the pool as there is more shade and if we want to treat ourselves we pay for a private cabana on the priveé beach side. Amazing service everywhere and especially on the beach. We’ll be coming back again next year we hope . Thank you
