Lovely stay in an amazing hotel. The rooms were stunning and all staff were friendly and attentive. Would like to particularly thank Mehmet and the staff at the Nox bar for their knowledge of cocktails!
Also the hotel has its own staff of cats! Primary for pest control but also for guest relations!

Second visit for us and enjoyed it as much as the first time.
Was sceptical as recent reviews had been negative, but we were not disappointed.
Lovely spacious rooms all well located within the resort.
Resort is well maintained. All staff were lovely and service could not be faulted.
Quality of food was good in all places that we ate.
Overall a great holiday and will definitely return.

Outstanding marina and beach location alongside the beautiful village of Gocek, full of atmosphere.
Premium standard of service and catering for all.
Mostly the entertainment is ok a few stand out performances but we especially loved the included boat tour around the local bays.
The poolside waitresses are amazing and really attentive. Cocktails are perfect everyone.

The idyllic surroundings and diverse areas to enjoy the scenery make this a popular choice, our 2nd visit and not disappointed. The landscape is stunning.
The People's restaurant is open 24 hours.cand Ibrahim is exceptional.
The buffet restaurant was great quality food offerings and the Tempanaki restaurant absolutely 💯 fabulous, the chef a real host and entertainer whilst offering you his best chef delights.
Rooms are lovely we enjoyed the Deluxe Suite. Spotless and well kept.
We enjoyed the varied pool aerobics, something differnt each day, exceptional hosts as well as the gym.

This is a truly wonderful hotel. The food is excellent and staff are friendly. Hotel has a picturesque beach accessible via a frequent 5 minute boat trip.
The town of Göcek is a few minutes walk from the hotel. It's also very clean, friendly and picturesque and has many high end shops and restaurants. There is a scenic walk along the waterfront overlooking hundreds of luxury yachts.
The only things which I think can be improved are as below:
Evening music is often too loud and sometimes goes on until midnight. This does mean that relaxation and getting to sleep can be problematic. Musical entertainment is also not as good this year as last.
The other problem is that the water in the two swimming pools is very cold in late September and early October. This needs to be addressed.
We didn't like seeing wasps and hornets landing on food in open air as part of Octoberfest which was meant for consumption.
Having said all this I can very highly recommend this venue. We had two friends join us this year, and two other friends will go there next year.

We have always been big fans of the Rixos Premium chain (Dubai, Belek, etc.), but unfortunately this hotel was a disappointment and, for us, the worst Rixos we have ever stayed at.
The hotel is visibly older – which wouldn't be a problem if it were clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this was not the case: there was noticeable dirt in the rooms and joints, the upholstery was dirty, and there wasn't a single clean seat cushion outside. At least the bed was very comfortable.
The service was disappointing throughout our stay. Long waiting times, hardly any friendliness, we were often completely ignored – so much so that we sometimes got our own drinks. The same was true in the restaurant: many tables were free but not cleared or set. The lunch menu was poor, and vegetarian or lactose-free requests were not taken seriously (despite clearly ordering, I was served normal coffee with milk).
The beach is very crowded with chairs. Sun loungers were reserved early in the morning at the pool and the hotel did nothing about it – especially in a good, luxurious hotel, we expect this kind of thing to be consistently prevented. After rainy days, the sun loungers and the floor were also dirty and were not cleaned. The boat trips were also poorly organised, with long waiting times.
The handling of our complaint was also very disappointing: initially, the manager announced he would meet with us, but then cancelled at short notice. We only had a conversation with guest services after we had to follow up several times. We were promised a number of things, but in retrospect, these were not kept. Overall, we had the feeling that the guest is not king here and that they tend to argue rather than offer solutions.
The only positive thing we found was the commitment to the cats on site – it's really nice that they are fed and cared for.
Conclusion: For a "premium" Rixos, unfortunately far below the usual standard. Cleanliness, service, catering and management are disappointing – we would not come back again.
