Location was great for us.... close to bays and shops. Animation great with the kids.... mini golf, darts and non-alcoholic beer pong were a success..... shout out to Christina! Snackbar, Bar and Lifeguard staff were also great! Top tip.... head to Cala Pinet for a lovely swim with Reggie Bar. X

The service at this hotel is really poor. Strange rules for everything.
Imagine that in the country like Spain, and even more, Island like Ibiza, dinner ends at 9.30pm. You will be sweating on your plate, and if you slightly late,.they rather from ready made bowls of salad then let you have it. The drink cups remind of hospital spit tubs. Plastic and awful. You need to keep bringing your plastic cup back amd exchange for the wooden coin. Staff is confused about what can or cannot be done, for example I standing by the bar in the basement, unattractive service point that looks like school canteen, I am asking if I can have an ice cream. One lady says yes, bit the other tells me to go snack bar first, and comeback only if they dont have ice cream. If they dont, she will serve me at the bar. So of course I go to the snack bar where I told I can only get ice cream from the bar. Today, 2 girls at the reception wanted to penalise me for leaving g my late check out late, but asked for cash of 70 euro if I dont want to end up paying 300 euro penalty. Its just strange and confusing.
We were delayed, so I almost fell for it. Because it looked like scam, I refused to entertain it. There was a guy during check in who was an absolute gentleman. I wished I membered his name. Top front desk manners amd helpfulness. The cleaning staff are amazing. The place is clean, rooms well looked after. The view from rooms on 4th flooris to die for.

We have had a mixed experience, the room was kept lovely and clean, food was fairly simple but cooked and seasoned nicely (we always found something we enjoyed). However some elements were slightly disapointing, when we arrived we had to enquire and found ourselves running bacn and forwards (in blistering heat) up amd down ridiculously hot stairs to get cash to pay deposits for towels and cups (to utilise all inclusive drinks). We also had to pay tourist tax and nearly 20 euros for drinks as none were available on our arrival. This could have been dealt with a lot better, I would expect at least some water for the room upon arrival. Also bar staff were great but the pool bar didnt do many drinks at all, was often not staffed during opening hours and the kids mentiomed they felt lile every request seemed like a hassle to the lady there. Similar with some of the retaurant and reception staff they seemed like they either didnt understand good customer service or they didnt seem to consider that for us it is an expensive holiday. One other gripe was that the parking around here in the evenings was ridiculous and to park at the hotel it was inconvenient and expensive. Overall we didnt have a bad time and if it wasnt for the good cleanliness of rooms, food being tasty and the bar staff being very good I would have given this a 3*. Would be nice if cocktails were a abit more like cocktails and if you coupd get drinks without going inside. Also the management of customer service skills / staff attitudes could be improved significantly for some staff. It felt a little like we were welcomed by some and tolerated by others.

Staff and overall experience was really good, tico the security and alex were really friendly and location is out of the way but not far from the hustle and bustle in san antonio with plenty of choice for bars at good prices. Food was decent with new things on everyday, only downside was the rooms which have thins walls and could be cleaner/nicer

I’m not going to lie, this is one of the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The room itself didn’t look like it did on pictures. As soon as I walked in it smelled so bad in there, the room looked so bad and especially the bathroom was for disabled people which I ain’t disabled at all. As soon as I saw it I went down to reception ask to upgrade and they told me to come back the next morning after 9 so they can move my room, so I did just for them to tell me they can’t move me anywhere. Absolutely ridiculous. If you are going to stay here I highly suggest you upgrade to a sea view room because then the room actually look modern and nice. This hotel is very echoing and has really thin was so you can hear people from next door and you can HEAR EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE walking through the corridor which could wake you up. If you’re going in may time just bear in mind this room at night is ABSOLUTELY FREEZING and the thin bed sheets don’t help at all. If you’re all inclusive you get a token to go up to the bar and you can’t get served without the token or if you don’t bring back the cup that you’ve just drank out of. One of the good things about this hotel though is the entertainment staff. Very friendly, very talkative and they come round providing loads of different entertainment throughout the day. I would say try to avoid this hotel because there’s probably better ones out there but if you are going to say here I would highly suggest you upgrade to a sea view room. The pictures at the end are the pictures of how bad of a state the bathroom was and I forgot to mention but there was literally mould on my tv remote. DISGUSTING!
