We had a wonderful stay and would especially like to thank Susana and AscenThey took care of us every morning at breakfast and every evening at dinner with such warmth and kindness. Throughout our entire stay, we felt very welcome and comfortable. They were always friendly, attentive, and in a great mood. You can truly see that they enjoy their work and care about their guests. Perfect hotel within walking distance of everything you need in san-antonio. Staff were absaloutley amazing and super friendly. Food both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. Looking forward to coming again will never stay anywhere else in san antonio🌅❤️

Hotel is lovely with lovely people running it. The food was really nice all the time we had eaten in there and stall really pleasant. Now for the downhill the hotel is ridiculously noisy with people allowed to play music in there rooms at full blast all hours of the day. Also doors slamming shut every two minutes again all hours off the day and also all through the night. We paid paid for premium room only to be given a room in the corner with half a balcony. When asking about it we was told premium is rooms that’s just been updated. Where when you look at the hotel website a premium room shows pictures of rooms with a big balcony and subbed on it.

Annas at reception is a true gent. Helped me with my Spanish but all the staff put in that extra effort, at the bar Lorena is service with a smile and Tobias makes the most perfect Sangria. Suzanne in the restaurant has so much energy she made our dining experience fun. The food here is fantastic. Breakfast varied each day but always beans, bacon, fried eggs, ham cheese, fruit yogurts cereal. Served 8am to 10.30! We upgraded for our evening meal and didn't regret it. The chefs do a fantastic job with quality meats and fish. I have posted some menus and foody pics below. Dinner is from 7.30 pm to 10pm and they renew the buffet right up to 21.50. The food is also hot especially from the frying station. For Breakfast and dinner Scan dining card. Music islive lounge. Nice ambience for the pool. Lots of competing JBL beat boxes is irritating Bring a ruck sack for Lidl, they don't do bags also a cool bag with a bag of ice from lidl made our room drinks cold for 89 cents. Tvs are LG and tilt it up to access HDMI, USB is on left. Vodafone works well. Free wifi won't work firestick. Our only gripe were middle aged adults talking loud into the early morning. Big shout out to the considerate gangs of youth coming in quietly after the Amnesia bus at 8am. Take wax year plugs. Rooms are safe and self locking but walls are hollow and noise travels easy. The hotel was a pleasant surprise and had a mix of ages and nationalities. Finally the cleaners do a fantastic job. The floors are mopped daily and towels changed daily. We had clean sheets on day 4. We used the buses a lot, not one taxi. Bus Aero 1, 1st stop on the right outside airport gets you there for 4 euros. Would return. Top tip. Out the hotel, turn left and right your in the middle of it. Or left across the road by Eden and Esparadis and your on the beach.

Just returned from a fantastic 5 night stay at the Hotel Pacific. We booked through Loveholidays and the deal we got was amazing. Based on what we paid, we couldn’t believe how good this place was. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The pool was perfect and the entire hotel was clean and really comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!
