San Antonio Holidays
San Antonio, also known as Sant Antoni de Portmany, is the second biggest city in Ibiza and one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Balearics. Holidays here are well known for their mix of relaxed, sunny days and lively nightlife.
Despite the reputation as a party hub, there are a lot of activities for the whole family on holidays to San Antonio. The sunny beaches and more family orientated hotels make for a great holiday for the entire family.
San Antonio resort can be split into three main areas; The Old Town, The Bay and The Sunset Strip:
-
The Old Town is the part of San Antonio that lives up to the general picture of Ibiza. This is where you will find the super clubs and the world class DJs. The most famous club in this part of the island is Es Paradis.
-
On the other end of the spectrum is The Bay, the more relaxed area to the South of the resort. Here you will find a range of family friendly shops, cafes and bars all within a few minutes of the beach.
-
The Sunset Strip is the middle ground. Here you will find the more upmarket San Antonio hotels, bars and restaurants as the glorious sunset views ensure that the rent is at a premium. Whilst the bars get a bit more lively they are still very accommodating of children during the early evening.
So whether it’s an all inclusive family holiday, a self catering clubbing break or something in between, we can help you to get cheap San Antonio holidays on your budget. Start your search today.

Stayed here back in 2021 and it's had a tidy up since, rooms are spacious, memory foam mattress, great shower and of course a mini fridge. Got half board and theres a great choice of food but drinks are extra. Has 2 big pools and a a gym with weights and cardio machines. Staff have been great and helpful. Adults only hotel so no children to spoil the stmoshere. Just on the roundabout coming into San Antoni, right next to Lidl

Had a great stay here for a short trip to Ibiza. Amazing location close to the centre, bus station and a Lidl a few minutes away. Hotel was spotless and smelt nice and clean too. Staff were lovely would recommend 100%

I had a great time at the hotel 😄all the staff was amazing. My favourite staff was David 🎉excellent customer service from everyone at the hotel. Very clean, good location, great food.

The hotel's location is good and easily accessible, with free and ample parking available nearby. However, it seems like they're cutting corners in many areas, which doesn't meet my expectations for a hotel in this category. On the positive side, the reception and bar staff were very motivated and friendly! Criticisms: the overall complex looks neglected and unloved, and the outdoor staff seemed completely unmotivated. Cleanliness is not guaranteed throughout the hotel. There's mold in the bathroom and air conditioning vents, and the rooms are cleaned very sloppily. The previous guests' dirt and hair are often left behind, and it feels like they're just sweeping it under the rug (or in this case, out onto the balcony). The breakfast offerings were cold three times in a row. The rooms are very noisy, especially when partygoers come back late at night. The fridge in the room doesn't work properly, and the TV remote doesn't work at all. The coffee cups were dirty, and there was no coffee to speak of. In summary, it feels like they're trying to squeeze as much as possible out of minimal offerings due to high demand. If you're looking for a party and don't mind the state of the rooms, you might be fine. But if you expect a certain level of cleanliness, health, and hygiene, I'd recommend avoiding.

Friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The room was clean and everything worked fine. Only minor point but there was only one chair in the double room as maybe not room for two. Balcony with chairs overlooking the small pool. We ate breakfast and dinner - there was plenty of choice. As a vegetarian I was very happy with the many different dishes to choose from. Great location too. Not far from the seafront, bus station and a Lidl. Quiet hotel at night.

Excellent experience for me and my wife. We came for her birthday. The al inclusive is very good. Food was great, drinks are good. But the best part is the people who make the hotel fantastic. Many people made our life better here. Starting with Imane Benkassim in front desk, Mr. Jose and Rafael working at the restaurant. And of course Alejandro Pardo and Shelyne, Jaime and Eva! in the entertainment. Would come back!

Great hotel for location and staff, everyone is so very friendly and can't do enough to help you. The food is also very good and the AI is excellent. All round absolutely perfect for our girls trip!

Staff and overall experience was really good, tico the security and alex were really friendly and location is out of the way but not far from the hustle and bustle in san antonio with plenty of choice for bars at good prices. Food was decent with new things on everyday, only downside was the rooms which have thins walls and could be cleaner/nicer

The entertainment team was brilliant. Always making sure everyone is having a good time. Special shoutout to Alex he’s been amazing, not the best at water polo though 😂. But would seriously recommend coming here.

Great location and magnificent views. There is still too much development, grazing, real estate for sale, and so on) and the truly protected areas should be expanded. But the rain forest near and around the Volcano is truly a treasure.

A must see attraction in costa Rica. A non-active volcano, which last erupted in 2010. We took a guided tour from our hotel and took the more difficult trail. The scenery is very beautiful and the guide gave the extra information needed to make it perfect.

A volcano is amazing in its beauty. Sometimes you can see the smoke coming out of it, which is really amazing. Sometimes there are clouds that hide it, and sometimes they add to its beauty.
Zsuzsanna Sziveri
We saw the most wildlife at this park in the La Fortuna area. Do all the trails it's worth the hike :)
Nice views of the volcano. Parking can be limited in the morning, however they close early, so you kinda don't have a choice.
GM
The "flirting volcano" decided to briefly reveal itself despite all the clouds. Very buccolic area rich with wildlife. Hikes were relatively easy.

Perfect hotel for a 4 night stay!
We had a lovely stay at the Melia, the lead in rooms were spacious, modern and clean, and bigger than I expected!
Rooftop is fab! Amazing views, great Dj’s , good pool and I thought the drinks were reasonably priced for Ibiza.
Staff were all lovely, couldn’t fault any of them!
Love the fact there’s a little tattoo parlour at the hotel , a nice quirky touch!
Good breakfast choices, not overwhelming with choice but just the right amount and the Bloody Marys are a nice touch!
Great access to the beach too.
The only things that I would like to give feedback is that the aircon isn’t cool enough. Coming into our rooms after a day at the pool , the temperature just didn’t feel like it was cool enough and when we checked in a guest was complaining his room was too warm, and I noticed a few more comments from others on the reviews about the air on. We normally stay at the Amare and the air con is much better.
The other thing was that there are no umbrellas for the sunbeds on the rooftop, unless you get the Bali beds which cost 150 euros, you do get 100 of that in credit but I think it’s a bit off to charge paying guests a bed with an umbrella. There are sunbeds with umbrellas on the ground floor but the music isn’t great down there and it’s more of a vibe on the roof. There was also a funny smell of sewage around the downstairs pool area one day which was a bit off putting.
This is all just for feedback and we did have a lovely stay and would recommend for a short trip to the island. Just wish the air con was a little bit cooler!

The staff, including cleaners are all very nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are a decent size and really clean. Good views of the pool and sea if you pay for it. Daily free drinks in the room fridge were handy also. Breakfast was a good size with plenty of choice for everyone including gluten free options. Main pool area was clean and well maintained although the pool is freezing 🥶. Top pool caters more for groups, getting drunk during the day and messing around in the pool like infants. Only issue is the restaurants are very poor for gluten free options meaning I couldn't eat in them.

Our 2nd stay here, we had a lovely time, great hotel, easy and quick to get taxis, about 10 euro to Mambo area. Breakfast is amazing it's the best I've had anywhere in the world and should be commended. Rooms clean, staff attend daily to clean. Beach towels free for use around hotel and beach. The lunch food was delicious. The rooftop bar waitresses are miserable and need to be a little more friendly, a smile would have been a start. The DJ Jesus Martino was amazing, both breakfast tunes and rooftop too, fantastic. The food at the rooftop bar on our first evening was not so great, cold and just basic for the cost, I would not recommend eating here. I would definitely return here but would eat out after breakfast. Reception staff friendly and lovely to see the cleaners keeping the place spotless.

Me and my husband stayed here for what was meant to be a 5 night honeymoon, unfortunately we couldn’t make our first flight and contacted the hotel, the staff was fantastic and told us they would keep our room until we arrived the next day. We arrived a day late to a lovely immaculate room with refreshments after our flight and absolutely loved staying here, the staff are all friendly , the hotel is stunning in a beautiful area of Ibiza. We loved the music, the rooftop and the little beach on the doorstep. We are both 40 and a little past the partying scene now and we had the most peaceful nights here. We both loved the breakfast, absolutely loads to choose from and the food was delicious! Fresh and everything you could want. Overall a beautiful hotel that we will never forget, it really did make our honeymoon so special, thankyou! ❤️

This hotel is a total vibe and easily deserves a five-star rating. The modern design and chill atmosphere make it the perfect spot for an Ibiza getaway. I loved the rooftop area; the views of the sunset are absolutely breathtaking and probably the best in the bay.
Everything from the room decor to the poolside music felt curated and fresh. The staff were super attentive and always had a great attitude. Plus, having direct access to the beach and being close to local spots was very convenient. If you want a stylish, high-energy yet relaxing stay, this is definitely the place to be. I cannot wait to come back next summer.
