We had a lovely 7 night stay at Palmera Beach and Spa Hotel. Some key highlights for us were:
- The location is right on the promenade, next to some great bars and beaches (although our favourite beach was about 30 mins away). There are plenty of shops and transport links nearby too.
- It’s a gorgeous area, we were lucky to wake up there every day.
- Very modern looking rooms, hallways and facilities
- Service from the staff was great, they all said good morning at breakfast and remembered who we were. We wanted to say a big thank you to Vasyl especially who looked after us at mealtimes, he was so friendly and made conversation with us.
- The desserts at mealtime were exceptional, a real standout moment for us.
- The room was very good, we paid for a land view and had a room looking out onto the mountains/hills behind.
- The facilities were great, we didn’t leave until 10:30pm on our last day and was offered a shower in the facilities on the basement floor which allowed us to enjoy our final day.
Some minor negatives
- dinners were very repetitive and lacking for fussy eaters/vegetarians. I think there needs to be more labelling of what is in the food, particularly the pre-made salads as we avoided a lot of the food due to this. but we recognise this is personal preference
- we were given two single beds which meant we often fell down the middle
- The pool was a little small, so if any more than 3 people were in it, you could not enjoy your swim
Overall, we loved our stay at Palmera and would recommend to anyone. But the standout of the week was definitely the service of the staff.

Mr Niko and the Team are so friendly We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our room was lovely, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the excellent service.
The location was also great, and everything was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this Palmera Beach hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay!

Our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely wonderful. The breathtaking views created the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional massage experience. Katherina and Myisha were both incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. They made us feel completely at ease and provided one of the most relaxing massages we've ever had. Their warm and thoughtful approach truly made the experience unforgettable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for stunning scenery, excellent service, and a truly rejuvenating escape. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed at this hotel for seven days and were very satisfied with our experience. The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. The rooms were clean, tidy, and beautiful.
The food was definitely our favorite part of the stay. The cuisine was very diverse, with different options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. The cakes and desserts were also varied and absolutely delicious.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be very happy to come back again!

Lovely place and very clean. Amazing choice of good quality and fresh food. Close to small beaches which are clean with turquoise water. Thank you so much to Myisha in the spa who gave me the best head massage I've ever had! I had to have a nap afterwards as my soul had almost left my body. Katerina offered me some of her homemade delicious herbal tea afterwards which was lovely. Note: spa is not included, the outdoor pool is small and the indoor pool is not a pool- it's a large jacuzzi and not included either. These are things that might be written down somewhere in their advertising but we obviously didn't read them thoroughly enough. Anyway- overall it was a great place and the staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their work here.
