The hotel is cozy and pleasant, located about 4km from Faliraki. The staff is absolutely amazing, and the cleanliness is top-notch. As for the food, it’s what you’d expect from an all-inclusive in this price range—good enough, though more or less the same food every day, and all drinks are from dispensers. Still, you won't go hungry or thirsty. There’s also an on-site market with pretty decent prices.
Now, about the beach... the sunbeds and umbrellas are way outdated. They just need to look at the hotel next door to see how it should be done, nothing more than that. Unfortunately, guests here also use that annoying system where they come early in the morning, drop their towels on the sunbeds by the beach and pool, and claim them for the whole day. If you show up after 9 or 10 AM, finding a free spot is pretty much impossible.
Another downside is that this entire stretch all the way to Faliraki is quite rocky. The entrance to the water is stony, so it’s not really suitable for toddlers, and water shoes are a must.
Everything else is more or less fine for this hotel category, except for the TV. A 32-inch screen isn't a TV, it's a PC monitor—43 to 50 inches is the standard everywhere nowadays. All in all, though, it deserves a solid 4 stars.

Nice hotel only 3 km from the center of Faliraki. Standard room, was cleaned daily. Meal was good, fresh food, staff was very friendly.

- the evening shows was a little noisy not good if you have a small babies
Final I can recommended this hotel for the nice holliday.

We had a lovely holiday overall and there were so many positives about this hotel. The rooms were always clean and housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our stay. The restaurant was lovely with a really good selection of food each day, and the waiting staff were attentive, friendly and always happy to help.
The entertainment team were absolutely amazing. The pool activities were great fun and the evening entertainment was excellent every night. Chico and Ola are a real credit to the hotel and worked incredibly hard to make everyone feel included and entertained.
Unfortunately, the only downside for us was the top house bar. The staff there came across as rude and unfriendly and did not seem welcoming at all. However, this did not ruin our holiday as we chose to use the pool bar every evening instead, where the staff were friendly, attentive and created a much nicer atmosphere.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return because of the fantastic entertainment team, lovely restaurant staff and the great atmosphere around the pool area.

Very nice holiday. Good location, nice beach with free sun beds und umbrelas, however small stones at sea entrance not sand. Friendly and kind staff. Good selection of foods. Comfortable and very clean rooms with balcony. Maybe a bit too late entertainment, every night till 23-24.00. But I will go again for such a relaxing holiday.
I recommend the trip by mini-train from the station near the shopping center in front of the hotel to a nearby village and the Faliraki tour. Visit the old pharmacia in the shopping center, it is like a museum!
