My husband and I stayed with 2 other relatives from 15th May 2026-22nd May 2026 in Junior Suites with a partial sea view. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and fresh towels provided
The pool area was beautiful and there was ample access to sunbeds no matter what time of day we went to the pool area. The pool bar was very relaxing for mid-day snacks and drinks.
We were on a half-board basis, the food both morning and evening was excellent with a really good selection of food that suited all our tastes
The staff at the desk, in the dining area, bar and throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
We will definitely return to the Aguamarina!

We spent 14 nights at the Aquamarina hotel returning on 2nd July.From start to finish we had a great holiday.
Reception staff were always cheerful and happy to help ,no language barrier as there was always someone that spoke English.
Dining room for breakfast and evening meal.
Staff always eager to help and very friendly.
Breakfast,a great deal to choose from hot and cold and sparkling wine .Something for everyone

Evening meal great choices and some things that I have not tried before, so new experiences.
Desserts to die for .
Some of the food of an evening not as hot in temperature but with aircon on to be expected.There was a microwave if you wanted to use it.I do advise that you should get some smaller side plate as all you seemed to have were huge plates,this may be because you are just changing over from an aparthotel..
Bar area sometimes a bit slow but staff busy doing other things.
We did not use the pool area but chose to go on the roof there was always plenty of beds and parasols available.We used the plunge pool and Jacuzzi as well that was there,it never got crowded.
We also used the tranquillity pool on the second floor,very relaxing.
The staff work very hard and the hotel is immaculate,housekeeping staff always friendly.
The night before we were leaving the hotel shut the pool area early and it was all set up as a dining area we were treated to a barbeque that was a nice surprise.

Great location. There's even a lift at the rear of the hotel to get access into the town. Hotel is very clean. Staff attentive and really helpful. 6 minutes walk to the beach ( if you find the cut through) pool area good. Plenty going on in the town. Station not too far to go to Malaga etc.
In addition when you walk out of the hotel look across the road to see a public carpark sign. There is a public path there that is a 5 min walk to the beach. At the back of the hotel by the lifts you will find a lift that takes you up to the town. Great location 👌

I would have given a 5 star review but I have been waiting to for almost a month now to get a small refund back for a room that was unfit to stay in as it had a leak right above the toilet!
We were group of 4 friends and had booked their 2 bed suite with 1 toilet it was a nightmare.
However we were treated really well and were promised a refund back to which I had shared my bank details.
Trip was on 29 May I have been calling as well but still no refund.
Please Maria look into this matter .
The rest of stay was pleasant.

We had a very pleasant 2 weeks stay at this hotel. The room was nice and was kept clean daily. The breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide selection. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect; both the boulevard with the beach and the lively town center are within walking distance. The swimming pool with sun terrace is basic but has everything you need. The only downsides are that there aren’t any glasses/plates/cutlery in the kitchenette and that you often have to wait a very long time for the elevator.
