ULTIMATE FIGHT MOLDOVA
We were very impressed with this hotel. It has an authentic Turkish style, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, positive, welcoming, and always smiling. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, clean, and well landscaped.
The location is absolutely stunning. The surrounding mountains create breathtaking views, and the sea has a beautiful turquoise color. The beach is covered with small pebbles and is very pleasant. There were always enough sunbeds for everyone, so there was no need to reserve one early in the morning.
We traveled with our three children, and they were, of course, the happiest of all. They had an amazing time, which meant a lot to us.
The only downside we noticed was the housekeeping. We always keep our room tidy ourselves, but there were days when it wasn't cleaned at all, and when it was, the cleaning was not always up to the standard we expected.
Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would be happy to return to this hotel. We highly recommend it, especially for families with children.

We are a honeymoon couple, and this hotel exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, Ahmet Bey welcomed us with incredible warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He made us feel truly special and valued throughout our stay.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Sevim Hanım from Tatil Burdur, who took exceptional care of us and ensured everything was perfect from start to finish. Her attention to detail and dedication made our honeymoon even more memorable.
The hotel itself is outstanding. The cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and service were all absolutely impeccable. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. It is rare to find a place where you feel so genuinely cared for.
This was not just a hotel stay, it was an experience we will remember for years to come. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly special vacation. We cannot wait to return!

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days as a family with two young children, and overall we had a wonderful holiday. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the majority of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everyone worked hard to make guests feel comfortable.
One of the things we loved most was the location. The beach is only about a two-minute walk from the hotel, which was so convenient. We could easily go back and forth throughout the day, and we really enjoyed spending time there as a family.
A very special thank you goes to all the teachers at the kids’ club. They were absolutely amazing with our children. They were so kind, caring, and patient that our kids couldn’t wait to go there every day. They genuinely looked forward to spending time with them, and that says a lot. Thank you for making their holiday so memorable!
There are, however, a few areas where I think the hotel could improve.
Firstly, there doesn’t seem to be enough staff in the main restaurant during busy meal times. Many times we struggled to find a clean table because they hadn’t been cleared after previous guests. We often had to ask someone to clean a table before we could sit down. Once seated, it was also difficult to order drinks, as there was rarely anyone available to take orders. We usually had to queue at the bar ourselves, and the queues were often quite long. If you wanted another drink, you had to queue all over again. For a five-star hotel, I think table service during meals could be much better.
Secondly, the number of flies in the dining area was disappointing. There were a lot of flies flying around and landing on the food, which was quite unpleasant. I was honestly surprised to see this in a five-star hotel. I hope the management can find a solution because it definitely affected the dining experience.
Another issue was the indoor shower and toilet facilities near the pool. As these were the main facilities available while spending time by the pool, we used them regularly. Unfortunately, they had a very strong, unpleasant smell throughout our stay. This is another area that would benefit from better maintenance, as it wasn’t what we expected from a five-star hotel.
Housekeeping was another disappointment. Our room wasn’t cleaned for three consecutive days, and I had to contact reception before it was finally attended to. Even when the room was cleaned, the standard wasn’t what we expected from a five-star hotel. It didn’t seem like the floors were being properly washed or even lightly swept during our stay, dusting wasn’t done, and the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The bed sheets were changed only once during our nine-day stay, although the towels were replaced almost every day.
Finally, when we booked our holiday, we specifically chose a particular room with a balcony. However, when we arrived, we were given a different room. When I asked at reception on the first evening, I was told that the room we had been given was bigger and better. While I appreciate the intention, I would have preferred to stay in the room that I had actually booked rather than having it changed without asking us first.
Despite these issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were fantastic, and the kids’ club was one of the highlights of our holiday. The location, with the beach just a short walk away, made our holiday even more enjoyable.

Our second visit to this lovely hotel, set in beautiful grounds & with direct access to the beach, just remember your beach shoes. Our room was comfortable with a fantastic sea view & fresh towels everyday. There was plenty of choice at meal times & a good selection of drinks. The staff were friendly & courteous & always helpful when asking for something. The pools all looked lovely & we’re all well maintained, however we enjoy the sea & beach more.
A special shout out to The Ghuru Spa on site, I booked the exclusive package which was a wonderful experience, lovely staff, spotlessly clean & very reasonable priced. Ask for or look out for Frankie who will give you all the information plus recommendations without any hard sell, can’t wait to return to use this facility again.

Our 2nd visit to Icmeler and 1st time staying at the marti and definitely wont be the last!! Set in gorgeous garden grounds, with plenty of pools, its a relaxed and friendly welcome from the minute we arrived (couple age 50) . Our mountain view room was extremely spacious and cleaned daily. Its more a traditional turkish looking set up, Lovley large bathroom with plenty of storage and space! The beach is a walk out the grounds with plenty of sunbeds and never a problem getting one, nor by the pools. Unfortunately I suffered a broken tooth and abscess on day 3!! Gutted, but, Mellisa at customer relations was a gem! She sorted a doctor and emergency dentist within 10 mins!! They took me there and checked on me daily on my return after a 1st lot of fantastic dental treatment 🥰 but could only eat soft foods so cant comment much except the soups and ice cream/deserts are fab!! Melissa did offer to have the chef prepare me something if I wanted, they truly did go beyond to look after me which helped the situation massively, my husband loved all the grilled meats and huge selection. Ali Polat in the restaurant also made sure we were looked after and always with a smile!! I would also like to thank Danny in the spa for helping us chill out, it was lovley and great that you can use the facilities if you check out late. (Plugs, showers, toiletries, hairdryers etc)
All in all, I couldn't have been in better hands and a more perfect hotel to relax in! And extremely lucky it happened in turkey.
Thank you all so much at Marti you made our little disaster much easier to manage 🥰
