We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and there are plenty of positives worth mentioning. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the pool, along with the surrounding areas, was immaculate. The location is ideal — right in Puerto Pollenca, with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally kind, always ready to assist, and really made us feel welcome.
There were, however, a few downsides to note. To secure a sunbed, we had to be at the pool around 7:45am, ready for the 8:00am towel rule. The male lifeguard during the week would sometimes issue a 30-minute warning to vacate beds if we were having breakfast or lunch. While we understand he has a job to do, it did feel a little over the top, and his approach wasn’t always consistent. The buffet food was good quality, but a bit more variety over the week would be nice. On the lower-level rooms, you can hear water from the bathrooms above, and being near the side of the hotel means some staff and bin noise can be heard.
Overall, this is a great, peaceful hotel — very clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location.

This hotel is immaculate and rooms are always cleaned to a very high standard.
All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and couldn’t do more for you.
The food is lovely and a good varied choice each evening.
It is literally a few minutes walk from the port which has so many great restaurants, bars and shops
We would definitely stay here again.
Thank you to all the staff for making it such a memorable holiday.

I have stayed at MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa for two years in a row now and it never disappoints. The food is excellent, with a great selection of delicious options for both breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect, just a minute’s walk from the sea, which makes it ideal for a relaxing stay. The staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the evening entertainment is a great way to finish the day. A truly fantastic hotel that I would happily return to again.

We absolutely cannot rate MarSenses highly enough. The staff are genuinely lovely and can't do enough for you. Everywhere is spotless. We had a pool view room which we definitely feel was worth it. We can't speak highly enough about the food - Breakfast and dinner was always an extensive selection and variety all fresh and delicious. The pool area is lovely and enough sunbeds for everyone. A fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to book again and recommended - thanks so much for an amazing experience!

The hotel was lovely and clean.
All the staff were extremely friendly, professional and couldn't do enough for you.
Every time you went through the reception you were always greeted with a smile and a hello.
We were half board. The food was always nicely prepared and presented. There was always plenty of choice.
You also had a choice from a menu if you so wished.
Unfortunately we had a junior room.
Although clean it didn't have a door to separate the bathroom and bedroom.
As a couple who like our privacy we had to find a way to manage this.
The toilet had a so called obscure glass door.
You could still see in and if the light was on it was worse. Maybe it would be an idea to have a wooden door. Also it may be possible to have a sliding door to separate the living area and bedroom. That way it would solve the privacy area in the bathroom. I understand that this may not bother some people.
The swimming pool has water checks throughout the day.
The jacuzzi pool is great when the jets are switched on.
The only thing is it would be great if a handrail was fitted from the top step right to the bottom.
It was easier to get into it than getting out.
A small rail is there for the first couple of steps.
I saw many people needing a hand to hold where the rail ran out.
