These apartments are just on the outskirts of Porto Pollenca.
They are kept spotlessly clean, with cleaning and your bedding changed regularly.
There's plenty of parking and your on the bus route to the port should you want to travel into the town to dine in any of the vast selection of restaurants that are available.
There's also 2 swimming pools that are in the apartment complex.
The grounds around the complex are kept very neat and tidy with lovely grass areas and trees to complement the area.
Because these apartments are on the outskirts the charges to rent the apartments are good value against the rents in the main town.

Nice apartments with cooking possibility. We had some mould in the shower. But this has been quickly removed, after we complained at the reception.
It takes about 15 min. to the beach.
There is a main street right next to the apartment, but at least in November not that busy. But could be different in summer time. Overall still a good place to stay though.

Very cold in the rooms even though we put the heater on which normally we don’t want to do. But the room was freezing compared to outside… very strange. It was also very noisy, we were the closest room to the road tho. The walls are like paper, can hear everything from the neighbours

We spent more than a week at this place. It is amazing for families! Everything is nearby and pools are just a cherry on top!
Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Great stay with my family. The apartments are clean and functional. The pool area is great. Location is perfect for the walk down the the beach and shops.
We didn't realise until half way through our holiday the facilities at the duvabitat were linked to habitat for us to use. The children's and adults entertainer, Luciano was absolutely fantastic and a huge part of how much we enjoyed our holiday and stay at the apartments. We can't thank him enough, a huge asset to the place.
The only con and it's not a bad point in all is that I would have liked the staff at habitat to have informed us of these other facilities so we could have used them sooner.

This is our third time at Duva and usually the highlight of our vacation. We like the location a bit outside the city, the reasonable prices and especially the amazing service we receive from Audrey each year.
However this year we were left slightly disappointed. The cleaning crew never really vacuums or cleans the balcony, and usually forgets to refill something each time. This year however, half the spa has also been under construction for our entire 3 week stay, which is frustrating. Add to that, that there are a lot more bugs in our room and a lot more screaming kids (both somewhat out of Duva's control), and the result is a bit lackluster.
That being said, we still love Duva and it has great potential. I'll end this review with some very concrete ideas for improvement:
- Focus on the kitchen essentials. The electric juicer is nice, but I'd much rather have a proper spatula and tongs for cooking
- Having three different open-air pools is amazing, but at least one of them should be adults only, to have a place to relax without the constant screaming of kids
- Have the cleaners spend a few more minutes in each room to allow time for vacuuming and remembering to restock the toilet paper 🧻

Returned from a week stay at the Duva hotel with myself and a friend. The price we paid was extremely worth it for everything we got. All the staff are always very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good considering the cost. I was skeptical that it would be basic foods everyday. This was far from the truth, everyday there was new dishes and the food was very high quality and freshly cooked,

We stayed here for a 10 night stay in September for a cycling trip. Overall I would give the hotel a good rating especially for its friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are adequate and bike storage facilities good, perfect location and base for cycling. My only criticism would be the cooked breakfast selections which were consistently luke warm /cold consistently throughout the whole stay which i found disappointing. If this issue was fixed i would definitely return.

Good value for money hotel. Better than expected for the price.
4 stars for apartment's, the ones we stayed in could benefit from a refresh in some areas, but they are perfectly fine. They are good size and well appointed, with everything you would need. I would be very happy staying there again. Staff are friendly and helpful, with most speaking very good English. Location was perfect for us as we had bikes but Not the best if you want to be by the beach all day. What it does mean is it is nice and quiet, as it is away from town center. There is a free bus from hotel to beach June to September. There are three outside pools all clean and keeps in good condition as is the pool areas with lots of sun beds. Breakfast is buffet style, with amazing choice and can be purchased on a daily basis. Also the same for dinner. There is underground garage fo storing bikes and if you want it a spa.and gym. Have stay there twice now and would stay again. 😀

Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children aged 6&10). We have just returned from a 10 day stay at the Duva Aparthotel on a half board basis. From start to finish we couldn't have been happier with the hotel and it's staff. We arrived later in the evening than planned as it took over an hour to get our rental car at the airport so we missed dinner but they very kindly plated us up some food and had it waiting for us in the restaurant when we arrived. The food throughout the holiday was lovely. Always a fresh meat and fresh fish being cooked throughout service and the other food on offer was always very tasty. Paella night on a Sunday was my favorite! Breakfast was great to, everything you would want for a full English (if that's your thing), also plenty of cereal choice, meats, cheeses, omelettes, American pancakes and waffles. Also fresh fruit and pastries. Could not fault it.
We stayed in a one bed comfort apartment on the ground floor overlooking the main pool (which is what I requested) and it was lovely. The kids had the bed settee in the living room which was completely adequate for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with a small freezer compartment. Aircon in the apartment was very good.
The hotel and it's grounds were spotless, I don't think I ever saw any litter anywhere. The three pools were all lovely and we never struggled to get a sunbed. The staff were all so lovely and very accommodating. Luciano works his socks off and is so good with the children. My son absolutely loved him. He works so hard 6 days a week and even comes in for a natter on his day off!
Please don't be put off by the hotels location, it's a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the beach/promenade from the hotel. The reception staff told us of a back route to go which avoids the main road and it was a lovely walk.
All in all we couldn't fault the hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return. Puerto Pollensa is beautiful and so is Pollensa village, well worth a visit...we even managed the steps up to the beautiful little church, the view from the top was well worth it!
Thank you Hotel Duva for making our holiday an unforgettable one ❤️

Five night stay. Weather glorious, very hot. Hotel is more 3 star than 4. Air con in room almost non-existent. Room was tiny. We had a third bed in for our 10 year old and it was essentially a room with a three person bed in, with access on one side and the end. Balcony ok, good view over the bay and the town. We were on the 6th floor, you’re not seeing much on floors 1-3 - beware. Entertainment was not good; the day time team or the evening acts. There was half hearted things like “water olympics” (pool fitness) and archery twice a day, but the staff looked like they really couldn’t be bothered. Night time acts were quite poor. Food was very poor, usual holiday buffet fare but a lot of tinned produce and poorly executed. The pool bar burger meat quality is about the worst I have ever experienced. Wine at meals was decent and paid drink prices very reasonable. We went half board which meant we could fold in better food from some great local restaurants in the port and the old town (don’t miss it!). Location is fantastic and the beach is really good, just 5 minutes walk away. Hotel pool is decent and kids have a pretty good mini slide set-up. Getting sunbeds and shade wasn’t a problem, but I think that was mainly down to the hotel not being very busy with it being back end of UK half terms. No sunbed rules, so could get tasty when busy. Pre-breakfast bed towel reserve monkeys in full operation. Service was the usual European mixed bag - some great, a lot indifferent. Room cleaning was first class. Overall, pay 3 star rates, expect that level and get some decent food away from the hotel - this is a good option.

Had a week here and can't fault a thing. Room was tidy and refreshed daily. Hotels was spotless. I had booked b&b, breakfast choice was excellent, they literally have everything you can imagine for morning time.
As a chef in hotels myself I have a keen eye and know what goes on behind the scenes.
Keep up the excellent work and be very proud of your employees. Thanks again for a wonderful week at your lovely hotel.

Amazing value for money!!
Very comfortable hotel with all amenities and close to the beach.
The entertainment team was definitely a highlight, both for the kids and adults alike. The mini discos, quizzes and bingos were a great ending to our evenings. Big thanks to the team, especially Lucas, who was great with the little ones and made our stay all the more enjoyable.
Will definitely be coming back!

A truly wonderful hotel and perfectly suited for cyclists 🚴♂️
It offers all the facilities needed for cyclists, including a fully equipped bike storage room, a bike rental and repair shop, as well as a café serving coffee and cycling-related products.
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with a stunning sea view 🌊
I would like to thank the reception team for their kindness and professionalism, especially Katy, Stef, and Miguel for their warm welcome and excellent service.
I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Emmanuel, the Hotel Director, for personally welcoming us and ensuring all our needs were met.
A great experience that I would definitely repeat 👍

First impression, the building didn’t look like the photograph, a sort of faded grey 80s Lego set. On walking in the lack of air conditioning hits you like a train. There were a few grills in the wall that if you placed your hand on them you could feel some cool air, like a desperate convict planning an escape. The hotel rooms were the same, a grim first impression.
We thought we’d get some lunch. Walking into the dining area which is akin to a converted air craft hanger, the cacophony is off the scale. Masses of people are crammed in, you can’t have a conversation, you can’t hear or think. To make sure you’ve truly arrived in Hades the food is unholy. Everything tastes like it’s off or almost off or like something else entirely. I had some cauliflower that tasted like nothing I’ve ever tried and impossible to describe. The closest I can think of would be trying to eat polystyrene covered in a diabolical sauce. We ate out a lot but whilst there I lived on ice cream for 10 days, my son was sick all over the place, including the foyer in front of all the guests. They were unfazed, probably not their first visit. Going up to the room the design of the hotel became increasingly bizarre. There were pictures on the wall without pictures only the frames. Huge glass windows with no blinds, no air conditioning, nothing. Every time you went to your room you were blinded and fried at the same time. You can’t swing a cat in the rooms but that’s not your only problem. While showering, my 2 year old daughter merely touched the shower curtain and it fell down like a zeppelin. On closer inspection it wasn’t even fixed to the wall just wedged in. The shower was comedy gold, even funnier than the artwork on the wall. The wardrobes look like they were fitted using the cheapest materials possible materials, in a rush, around 1980. Even the floor number was held on with insulation tape. The electrics are a death trap as are the fruit juices and cocktails. Lord knows what was in them. Having said that, the beach was lovely, it’s a beautiful island and the hotel was packed so there must be some sort of mysterious appeal. As mystifying as the 4 star grading. I notice that the reviews all have an efficient rapid rebuttal system particularly to negative reviews. All part of the mystery. We won’t be returning.

The buses are very easy to use and access.

Exceptional Hospitality & Service!
We spent 10 wonderful days at the Marsenses Puerto Pollença and couldn’t be happier with our stay.
The Staff: The absolute highlight of our trip! The entire team is incredibly attentive and enriches the experience with their personal charm. We truly felt welcome and "seen" rather than just being guests in a room.
For Cyclists: Highly recommended for cyclists. The hotel is perfectly set up for those exploring the island on two wheels.
Dining: The food was excellent—very versatile, fresh, and high quality.
A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would love to come back!

My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon here and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with (in spanish or english or german!), and quick to help with whatever we needed. The food, oh my, the FOOD. The breakfast and dinner buffets were easily the best food we had and I lived and died for the desserts they had every night. We ate out for lunch at a few restaurants in the area but the hotel food was consistently incredible. The entire hotel and spa was clean, relaxing, and bike friendly. We would happily stay at another MarSenses in the future.

We have just returned from an absolutely fantastic week's holiday in Mar Senses Hotel Porta Pollensa. The staff and the facilities there are of the highest calibre. Out of all of the Hotels we have stayed in, these are the friendliest and most according staff I have ever met. It is lovely to see the staff interacting with each other and it is very obvious that they love each other and love their job. This is reflected in how they treat their customers. I would thoroughly recommend this Hotel to anyone to wishes to stay in Porta Pollensa. You will not be disappointed. It is the best hotel around. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. Raymond Walker

Views from our room could be better, although the sun came around to the balcony in the afternoon.food terrific, staff brilliant , 100 yards to the beach, and promenade for long walks, plenty of of sun loungers and could not place your towels on until 8-00. Entertainment was good most nights entertainment room could be enlarged somehow or made more “ serviceable”.
Overhaul wonderful.
