It would be enough to just say "The best holiday ever," but I'll elaborate a bit. The hotel is in a beautiful location, about a 3-minute walk from a stunning, clean, sandy beach with a gentle entry into the sea. As for the rooms, we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious they were, with beautiful, modern furnishings, an amazing bathroom, and overall cleanliness.
The food was fresh, and there’s something for everyone – a good variety to choose from. Just a small note: maybe consider offering fewer fried options on the kids’ menu. Still, the selection was good.
The staff at the reception, restaurant, and bars were excellent – kind, smiling, and incredibly hardworking. If hotel management is reading this, please send our warm greetings and thanks to the entire team (even though we also thanked them in person).
What really deserves praise are the animation programs and their animators – both the children's activities and the evening entertainment for adults were fantastic. We had a great time. The water attractions were also excellent.
Once again, thank you sincerely for a wonderful holiday, and we truly hope to return again.

First package holiday with our 11 year old son and we are so glad we were given this hotel to go to. It had everything you could want. Plenty of choice of food, but of course you can't always please everybody with food. Great drinks. Very clean hotel, staff all very good. Entertainment good. Pools are great especially the smaller one. Of course like all hotels people will hog sun loungers from the minute they can. Its in a great location to everything with the beach at the end of the street. With the size of the hotel we described it as working like a well oiled machine, with the amount of guests and how much work the staff have to do to make it work. We would definitely recommend and come again.

Absolutely loved this hotel. We travelled with 3 children aged 9 and 11. Superior sea view room for myself and my daughter was perfect, plenty of space and storage for us
Pools are lovely, the kids pool is great. If you want a lounger get out there before 8am! There are signs saying reserving sunbeds is not allowed but they dont police it and after 8am in august youve no chance! We didn't bother trying to get a lounger as we aren't into sunbed wars! There's plenty of grass and we were happy on towels where it was quieter anyway.
We were All Inclusive and thought the food was lovely, plenty of variety, no queues even in peak holiday time. The staff all work so hard and were all super friendly and kind. Snack bar for AI at the pool was great too. Good variety of drinks and cocktails as well.
Location is fabulous, 2 mins from the beach where there are plenty of sunbeds, pedalos, water sports etc and safe to swim. A lovely 15 mins walk along the front to the port with loads of shops, restaurants etc all the way along. There are a few shops opposite the hotel which sell literally everything you could need so font worry if you forget anything!
Walls in rooms are like paper so if you can wear ear plugs, definitely take them! This is literally the only slight negative but really not enough to spoil anything.

Just returned from a week’s stay at this hotel with my wife and 2 daughters (2 and 4 years old). All opinions are my own and have not been influenced by other reviews.
Pros:
The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to beach and about a 20 minute flat walk along a beautiful promenade, which has very little traffic, to the port where there are lots of bars/restaurants (there are plenty of these on the walk to the port as well).
We stayed in a Junior Suite and absolutely couldn’t fault it. The room and bathroom were both huge and there was more than enough space for the four of us, which made it very comfortable. I know some have mentioned issues with storage and wardrobe space, however, our room had plenty to cater for everything we had. The balcony was also a good size with a brilliant pool/sea view. The room was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay.
The hotel has two pool areas, the first is a pretty standard pool for both adults and children to use and is a good size with the pool bar running parallel to it. The second, the children’s splash pool, however, was brilliant and perfect for our children who spent hours each day playing in it. There are also lots of beds around this pool and we never had any issues getting some so we could stay close by to keep an eye on our children.
The staff were great and worked tirelessly all day serving god-knows how many people and nothing was ever too much effort. There was some queuing at times, but nothing too over-the-top. A special mention though needs to be made about the animation team who are an absolute credit to the hotel. Their enthusiasm and patience with the children while running the kids club, pool activities and mini disco morning, noon and night was beyond incredible. Thank you all so so much for making our girls’ first holiday so enjoyable.
Cons:
Only one that comes to mind was the food. I appreciate when it comes to this, opinions are subjective, however, for me, it didn’t quite hit the mark. It wasn’t terrible, however, it definitely could’ve been much better. We were all-inclusive, but always intended to eat out a few times for lunch and dinner anyway and I’m glad we did as I couldn’t have eaten there all day every day. The children’s options were pretty limited, especially for a hotel that seemed to be geared up for young families. I’d say this is one area that definitely needs improvement. (Our) children eat more than just beige (chicken nuggets and chips being pretty much the only option).
All-in-all, I can’t help feel some reviews of this hotel are a little over critical based on our own experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate booking again. Puerto Pollensa is a truly beautiful part of the island and one of the best places I’ve visited for a holiday. It’s such a clean, bright and vibrant place with incredible beaches. It has lots to offer people of all ages, however, if you aren’t travelling with young children, you might want to consider a different hotel to this one.
