For our family, this was perfect. After having stayed in a very lovely (but not well equipped for children) hotel it was great to have a kitchen so that we could make ourselves inexpensive meals and snacks. Our daughter loved the pool, playground and making friends with other children. The location was fine for us, our parents stayed in a “nice” on the port and quickly moved to the apartments habitat as they said it was actually nicer. They had a more modern kitchen in their apartment. Some furniture / fixtures could be updated but everything was functional which was all we needed especially considering the price. The staff were very helpful and light cleaning and our beds seemed to be made every day which we weren’t expecting. We walked / caught the bus into town when we wanted to go in and really enjoyed the sea too. We would absolutely stay again!
Sven
Nice apartments with cooking possibility. We had some mould in the shower. But this has been quickly removed, after we complained at the reception.
It takes about 15 min. to the beach.
There is a main street right next to the apartment, but at least in November not that busy. But could be different in summer time. Overall still a good place to stay though.

These apartments are just on the outskirts of Porto Pollenca.
They are kept spotlessly clean, with cleaning and your bedding changed regularly.
There's plenty of parking and your on the bus route to the port should you want to travel into the town to dine in any of the vast selection of restaurants that are available.
There's also 2 swimming pools that are in the apartment complex.
The grounds around the complex are kept very neat and tidy with lovely grass areas and trees to complement the area.
Because these apartments are on the outskirts the charges to rent the apartments are good value against the rents in the main town.

Great stay with my family. The apartments are clean and functional. The pool area is great. Location is perfect for the walk down the the beach and shops.
We didn't realise until half way through our holiday the facilities at the duvabitat were linked to habitat for us to use. The children's and adults entertainer, Luciano was absolutely fantastic and a huge part of how much we enjoyed our holiday and stay at the apartments. We can't thank him enough, a huge asset to the place.
The only con and it's not a bad point in all is that I would have liked the staff at habitat to have informed us of these other facilities so we could have used them sooner.
David Hvass
Excellent and very comfortable and clean. Air-conditioning an essential feature.

We have stayed here 4 times now. It’s not the Ritz, but it is super clean, the staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are basic but absolutely perfect. All very clean with TVs and AC. Nice pool.
Close to Port de Pollença town (5 min drive, 20 min walk). Kids are always happy staying here. We come to Mallorca every year for the last 15 years and have stayed in some awful hotels… but we are always happy with the Duva. We have stayed in plenty of hotels that are (on the surface) much nicer and more expensive but never as good as the Duva. We will be back again. Every time we are here we meet people like us who come back again and again. This says a lot about the place. Highly recommended

Returned from a week stay at the Duva hotel with myself and a friend. The price we paid was extremely worth it for everything we got. All the staff are always very friendly and helpful with anything you need. The buffet breakfast and dinner are very good considering the cost. I was skeptical that it would be basic foods everyday. This was far from the truth, everyday there was new dishes and the food was very high quality and freshly cooked,

This is our third time at Duva and usually the highlight of our vacation. We like the location a bit outside the city, the reasonable prices and especially the amazing service we receive from Audrey each year.
However this year we were left slightly disappointed. The cleaning crew never really vacuums or cleans the balcony, and usually forgets to refill something each time. This year however, half the spa has also been under construction for our entire 3 week stay, which is frustrating. Add to that, that there are a lot more bugs in our room and a lot more screaming kids (both somewhat out of Duva's control), and the result is a bit lackluster.
That being said, we still love Duva and it has great potential. I'll end this review with some very concrete ideas for improvement:
- Focus on the kitchen essentials. The electric juicer is nice, but I'd much rather have a proper spatula and tongs for cooking
- Having three different open-air pools is amazing, but at least one of them should be adults only, to have a place to relax without the constant screaming of kids
- Have the cleaners spend a few more minutes in each room to allow time for vacuuming and remembering to restock the toilet paper 🧻

We stayed here for a 10 night stay in September for a cycling trip. Overall I would give the hotel a good rating especially for its friendly and efficient staff. Rooms are adequate and bike storage facilities good, perfect location and base for cycling. My only criticism would be the cooked breakfast selections which were consistently luke warm /cold consistently throughout the whole stay which i found disappointing. If this issue was fixed i would definitely return.

We had a couple of issues during our stay.
Before arriving, we asked whether the hotel could hold two bags for a few days while we were travelling. Reception refused, even though we offered to pay a fee. As we were moving around beforehand, a bit of help with logistics would have been really appreciated.
We stayed for a week from late April into early May, during which temperatures were around 25°C, yet the rooms were still set to heating only. The hotel advertises both air conditioning and heating, which is partly why we chose this hotel. When we asked reception if the system could be switched over, the response came across as quite rude and unhelpful. They did not change the system over.
The gym is also open to the general public, which people from the hotel can use. Due to this it was extremely busy and very cramped.
Due to poor service from the staff and expensive rates, I would look elsewhere - do not recommend.

Fantastic hotel with amazing pools for the kids. Worth it alone for the amount of time they spent here. Got to be up before 8 to get beds by the pool, otherwise will have to settle for table and chairs by the bar/stage.
Rooms don’t have a load of space for putting clothes but can tell they’ve been done up recently and cleaned thoroughly. Staff are fantastic and make a big effort with the kids.

The wife and me stayed at the Pollensa park and spa last October on the half term. Upon arrival we found that we had been upgraded and given a fantastic room which was more than appreciated but I can only imagine that we were gifted this due to the hotel being so quiet that time of year. The staff were friendly and fantastic, I really couldn't fault them at all at any level. The place was really clean and well looked after.
The food was the best I have had in a buffet hotel and was really good and again the kitchen staff and table waitresses were good as gold, the table was cleared every time we went for a reload.
The pool area was quite basic, just a rectangular pool with a concrete surround with beds, there is a bar next to the pool and the hotel main bar is right by the pool also so it's easy to get a drink and the bar menu is fairly decent but the cocktails are quite basic which if you are all inclusive it's fine but if I had to pay full price for them I wouldn't be so impressed although they are cheaper than the cocktails down town.
There's a pretty decent kids pool and entertainment area which the week we was there there wasn't much going on as it was the last week of the season so I really couldn't comment on the entertainment for the little uns.
There is a bicycle hire if you intend on cycling and a cafe next to the hire.
Car hire companies will drop off cars to the hotel which is handy if you don't want to mess around going into town to hire a car. There are 2 small supermarkets a stones throw away from the hotel.
The hotel is a few minute walk to the beach where there is a bar.
The part of the beach has a big rock about 50 yards out to sea which is good for snorkeling around.
15 minute walk into town with some nice bars on route.
For what you pay and get in Puerto Pollensa you'll struggle to beat this place for value and quality at the price.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel with my family, and overall the experience was very positive. From the very beginning, we felt warmly welcomed: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed.
The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the room was comfortable and perfectly suitable for a family stay. I would especially highlight the common areas, where we were able to relax and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere.
Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our stay was the entertainment team. They did an excellent job, offering activities for both adults and children. Thanks to them, our days were full of fun, games, and great moments. The animators were energetic and approachable, making everyone feel included and encouraged to participate.
My children really enjoyed the kids’ activities, while the adults also found plenty of enjoyable options to spend our time. It’s clear that the entertainment team puts a lot of effort and enthusiasm into their work.
In summary, it was a very enjoyable family experience. It’s an ideal hotel for those looking to relax, have fun, and create special memories together. I would definitely recommend it, and we would happily return in the future.

Had a week here and can't fault a thing. Room was tidy and refreshed daily. Hotels was spotless. I had booked b&b, breakfast choice was excellent, they literally have everything you can imagine for morning time.
As a chef in hotels myself I have a keen eye and know what goes on behind the scenes.
Keep up the excellent work and be very proud of your employees. Thanks again for a wonderful week at your lovely hotel.

Five night stay. Weather glorious, very hot. Hotel is more 3 star than 4. Air con in room almost non-existent. Room was tiny. We had a third bed in for our 10 year old and it was essentially a room with a three person bed in, with access on one side and the end. Balcony ok, good view over the bay and the town. We were on the 6th floor, you’re not seeing much on floors 1-3 - beware. Entertainment was not good; the day time team or the evening acts. There was half hearted things like “water olympics” (pool fitness) and archery twice a day, but the staff looked like they really couldn’t be bothered. Night time acts were quite poor. Food was very poor, usual holiday buffet fare but a lot of tinned produce and poorly executed. The pool bar burger meat quality is about the worst I have ever experienced. Wine at meals was decent and paid drink prices very reasonable. We went half board which meant we could fold in better food from some great local restaurants in the port and the old town (don’t miss it!). Location is fantastic and the beach is really good, just 5 minutes walk away. Hotel pool is decent and kids have a pretty good mini slide set-up. Getting sunbeds and shade wasn’t a problem, but I think that was mainly down to the hotel not being very busy with it being back end of UK half terms. No sunbed rules, so could get tasty when busy. Pre-breakfast bed towel reserve monkeys in full operation. Service was the usual European mixed bag - some great, a lot indifferent. Room cleaning was first class. Overall, pay 3 star rates, expect that level and get some decent food away from the hotel - this is a good option.

Once again, myself and Lucy had a wonderful holiday at Marsenses. The staff are outstanding, very friendly and made us feel like one of the family.
Some great improvements for disabled people this year, with modern facilities in the rooms and reserved beds at the poolside and dining room.
It's a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The pool is very clean, the staff take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the rooms, snack bar, dining area and bar area.
I can't praise the staff and management enough for looking after Lucy.
Thanks again,
See you in 2027,
Robert

We had a lovely stay. The staff were fantastic throughout our holiday – always friendly, welcoming and hardworking, and they really made the experience special. The location was amazing.
The food was excellent with a great variety every day, and everything was fresh and well presented. There was always something to suit everyone’s tastes. The à la carte evenings were exceptional.
The only areas that could be improved are the pool area and the rooms. The pool felt quite cramped, especially during busy times, and the daily “sunbed wars” meant it was difficult to find somewhere to relax unless you got there very early before 8am. It would also be nice to see the rooms updated, as they’re starting to look a little tired compared with the rest of the hotel.
Overall, though, we had a wonderful holiday thanks to the amazing staff and excellent food, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel.
Sarah Price
A fantastic family holiday had at Mar Senses puerto pollensa. The staff are welcoming and good fun, exactly what you want on a holiday. Of note Alba, Alan, Idda, Alex and Saray, in the dining room and Carla, Magda and Carina at reception give a great welcome and the cava and cookie are are pleasant greeting.
The rooms are kept clean, towels changed when asked. The pool area is beautiful place to sit in the day and the actual location is perfect. What you can’t appreciate until you’re here is that the pool is private from the road , unlike other nearby hotels that have road side pools, and still it’s 2 mins walk from the main promenade. Highly recommend the hotel and the area.

We’ve had the best time. Such a clam and relaxing resort, with great food, entertainment, staff and general vibes. Just a stones throw from the much busier and touristy pine walk. Don’t be put off by talk about the sunbeds - they’re easy enough to get if you’re up to put towels down at 8am and also become available later in the day. Amazing massages from the lovely Yolanda in the spa - so much so that we booked several during our stay. I would really recommend booking in with her. Thanks Marsenses!

Just returned from a lovely week staying at this beautiful resort. Our first stay here but we will definitely return. The hotel staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. The pool area is gorgeous and we didn't have any problems finding a sunbed each day. The food is delicious with plenty of variety and choice each day. There's a lovely snack bar for lunches which are very good too. There was entertainment on several evenings whilst we were there.
The location is superb just set back from the Pinewalk but easy to access that and the beach and sea. Will definitely return again at some point as we had a fabulous week.
