We had a wonderful experience at the spa. Gloria was very professional, welcoming and attentive throughout the massage. She made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed from beginning to end.
The massage was excellent and exactly what we needed to fully enjoy our stay. A special thank you to Gloria for her kindness and professionalism, and also to the entire spa team for their warm welcome and great service.
We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the setting is beautiful and modern, and the sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.
The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The only point we would like to mention concerns the breakfast. As Muslims, we would have appreciated having more options for guests with dietary requirements. For example, offering some halal products or at least a few non-pork alternatives, as well as keeping the preparation and serving of pork and non-pork items separate.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t even order an omelette because it was cooked on the same grill as the ham omelettes, which meant our breakfast choices were very limited. We found this quite disappointing, especially as a small change could make the breakfast much more inclusive for international guests with different dietary needs.
Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and we would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope our feedback will be taken as a constructive suggestion to make the experience even better for all guests.❤️

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Our room was spotless and we had some of the best views I’ve ever seen. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The pool bar staff were especially lovely and friendly, although I’m not sure they were completely confident using the systems for charging drinks, as sometimes I would be stood waiting at the bar for quite a while. Nothing major, but definitely something that could be improved.
Unfortunately, on our last day, what appeared to be a large group arrived, around 10 brothers with their wives or partners. Through absolutely no fault of the hotel, some members of the group were extremely rude and aggressive around the pool, behaving like children at times and creating quite an intimidating atmosphere. There also seemed to be a lot of mess being left around the pool area by them and outside the front seating area of the hotel it was there for a while so you have new guests arriving I would note this
Thankfully, they arrived just as we were leaving, as the whole atmosphere around the pool completely changed. You could tell that other guests felt uncomfortable with their behaviour and I genuinely think it could have easily turned into trouble.
I do think the hotel could keep a closer eye on larger groups when their behaviour starts affecting everyone else. The bar staff and lifeguards are very chilled and relaxed, which normally adds to the lovely atmosphere, but on this occasion it meant the behaviour didn’t really seem to be picked up on or addressed.
Other than that, we had an amazing stay and I would 100% come back! :) The hotel itself is beautiful, the views alone are worth the stay and we genuinely loved our time there. It was just a shame that our final day was slightly spoiled by the behaviour of one particular group, but I definitely wouldn’t let that put me off returning.

I stayed at Elba Sunset Mallorca on my first solo trip, and first time in Mallorca and it was a fantastic stay. I was amazed at the stylish, well-maintained rooms and the care of the staff in providing every service needed. The hotel’s facilities were 10/10, which made it an incredible first impression of the island. The breakfasts were stocked with lots of delicious food types, and were a great start to the day. The hotel is in the perfect location, close to nearby beaches and great transport links to other places on the island.
I am very grateful to Elba Sunset Mallorca for making my stay wonderful, and always making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. I will definitely stay here again, next time I come to Mallorca.

From the second we have got out of the taxi and the arrival Ibra was awaiting for us and took us to the reception, greeted us with a welcome drink which was so refreshing after a long flight. The high standard of the welcome has carried on throughout the stay with the immaculate cleanliness, happy staff all around and the views are just to die for.
Elise was super caring making sure we are looked after throughout our stay. Gonzalo was spot on with the drinks at the bar.
The value for money is unmatched and we are already planning the next visit with extended family and friends.
