Really great hotel. Wee drink on arrival & reception staff were always very welcoming & helpful. Room very spacious - loads of coat hangers & storage space. Free drinks - 2 beers, 2 waters & 2 soft drinks. Coffee & tea replenished as required. We were B&B - the choice at breakfast was massive - something for everyone & constantly being updated. We had an excursion one morning & had to leave before breakfast & hotel prepared a bag for us with sandwich, fruit & juice. Entertainment in lounge every night with the singers being of a high standard. Particularly enjoyed Oskar Castillo. Bar prices in lounge not too bad - €4.30 for a large glass of wine. Location is first class - right on the marina so loads of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in great location next to the beach and the marina. We went bed and breakfast and there was a wide and varied choice including fizz. Staff were excellent from the moment we walked in the door. Only complaint is the room was sort of below ground so we really couldn't sit on the balcony as we looked at a hill. Other than that the room was cleaned daily and at the time of year we travelled plenty of sunbeds.

Stayed at this lovely hotel from August 18-25 . Arrived at nearly 1pm local time and as expected had to wait till room was ready. Which was no hassle as our cases got put in a secure locked room and we went and had lunch at the fantastic pool side bar area. Food food and fantastic staff. Who work extremely hard. After lunch room was ready. Had a floor level poolside view terrace room. Plenty drawers and cupboards space for clothes and everything else.Was fantastic. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach and also the beautiful marina. With loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. The morning breakfast selection was more than adequate. With again fantastic staff ready to help. We eat out every night so didn't use the evening restaurant. Very decent entertainment on at 9om every night. A fantastic pool that was never overcrowded. and plenty loungers to go round. A fantastic place and can't recommend it enough.

Myself, Wife & Daughter have been coming to this Hotel. for over 14yrs. The staff are amazing with top service in every department, nothing is ever too muck trouble when requested. Ideal location and unlike other hotels no scrambling for the sun loungers. I can honestly say we feel part of the Hotel Family whose warmth is reflected in everything they do. This is our 3rd visit, the rooms are large and the beds are super comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is immense with plenty of choice and the same for the evening meal. The hotel is very central with an array of bars and restaurants. My only criticism is that smoking is allowed in the public areas; it’s very oppressive, perhaps because we sit in a courtyard. Perhaps a smoking zone could be introduced away from the food and drink areas!
