We had a perfect stay and everything was beyond our expectations! This is a true 4-star hotel that pays attention to every detail to ensure guests have a wonderful experience.
We stayed on a half-board basis, and both breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of delicious food. We always found something to enjoy, including options for our daughter, Georgina, which was very important to us.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, and the reception team was exceptionally welcoming and helpful.
Special appreciation goes to the two hotel managers, who were always attentive and present. It is clear that the entire team works with passion and dedication, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere for all guests.
A special thank you to Marcela from the restaurant for her kindness and excellent service.
We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future!

This hotel did not disappoint in any way! From the moment you arrived the welcome and attentiveness from the main reception was a joy to behold. Our room was great and loved the fact you had sun loungers directly from room overlooking pool. I have travelled much but what I can say is this hotel has so got it right in terms of layout of room. So much space for all clothes and unit drawers it was refreshing to see the detail which had gone into the layout. The shower was something else and hot water a plenty. The courtyard where if you wished you could eat breakfast and dinner and it is a lovely area, again very well designed. The marina is literally on your doorstep with lots of shops and restaurants. The housekeepers could not have done more and the room was exceptionally cleaned after they left. When you have a company that make everyone feel like a special guest this is priceless. Would we go back again………in a heartbeat! This hotel has just got it right in all aspects and would we go back…….a resounding yes!

First time at the Mac Puerto and will definitely be back again. Great location with plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Room was spotless and spacious, a very big bed! Plenty of choice at breakfast with a dedicated gluten free section. Poolside bar does great food during the day, could maybe do more in the courtyard area during the day but maybe it was quite because it was April. The entertainment in the very large bar in the evening was good but maybe not everyone's taste, probably suited to an older guest. The bar staff were fantastic as were the breakfast staff. Nice touch is the welcome drink and the free drinks in the mini bar. Our room was a street view but will upgrade to a courtyard view next time and if you are a sun worshiper the poolside rooms look brilliant.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms cleaned every day. Fresh towels if needed and beds made.
Food was beautiful and fresh every day and a good selection was available. Entertainment was good every night.
Lovely staff you couldn’t fault the service. And no fighting for a sunbed each day! Would definitely stay again!

Welcome was lovely - we only dine to have breakfast but plenty of lovely fresh food and cava - a game change for me… why we don’t start the day like this in the UK is beyond me
Spa was lovely too!
