What another fantastic 2 week stay at Morana Apartments. Staff friendly and helpful. Had room 411 and it was perfect. We have stayed many many times and each time is perfect we have never had any problems. Perfectly situated for shops and bars. Can't wait for our next stay in December 😊

Fantastic Location & Outstanding Staff Great Value Stay The location is excellent – right in the centre and close to everything in Puerto del Carmen. The staff were genuinely fantastic, friendly, professional and always available to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We asked for extra pillows and they were provided straight away with no issue at all. The team really made the stay enjoyable. Even the resident door cat was a lovely little bonus! Overall, great service and very welcoming atmosphere. What we didn’t like. Having to pay extra for the room safe was a little disappointing, as many hotels include this as standard. The rooms are quite basic and slightly dated, although this is understandable given the age of the property and is reflected in the reasonable price. You also have to leave a deposit for the TV remote, which we haven’t experienced before in an apartment.

Great stay here, location is ideal, reasonable prices, and fantastic views, unfortunately the front door lock was broken but luckily they were able to fix it, I would recommend this hotel

Great apartments in a great location. Bit too quiet round the pool for me but other than that I would definitely recommend and stay again

Our first visit to Morana apartments, and it won't be our last, Fantastic location (halfway up cardiac hill) lovely clean apartments. Very helpful and friendly staff.
