Fantastic Location & Outstanding Staff Great Value Stay The location is excellent – right in the centre and close to everything in Puerto del Carmen. The staff were genuinely fantastic, friendly, professional and always available to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We asked for extra pillows and they were provided straight away with no issue at all. The team really made the stay enjoyable. Even the resident door cat was a lovely little bonus! Overall, great service and very welcoming atmosphere. What we didn’t like. Having to pay extra for the room safe was a little disappointing, as many hotels include this as standard. The rooms are quite basic and slightly dated, although this is understandable given the age of the property and is reflected in the reasonable price. You also have to leave a deposit for the TV remote, which we haven’t experienced before in an apartment.

pool area is lovely and the bar staff too. The room was a let down. No air con you need to hire a unit which only works if the window is open. It made the room hotter. €50 deposit for tv remote control. Bathroom was grubby - tiles need replacing and re grouting. No soap and small threadbare towels. Ant infestation in the kitchen cupboards. Your staff shouldn’t enter rooms unannounced when guests are inside. I opened the door to a woman who walked past me to put a leaflet under the phone without speaking a word. I was just out of the shower so quite embarrassed. She could have just handed it to me? I’ve since seen similar complaints on booking.com. Beds are camp beds with one small pillow. Very few sockets - the ones in the bedroom have a light switch which block using an adapter.

Great apartments in a great location. Bit too quiet round the pool for me but other than that I would definitely recommend and stay again

Great place to stay & in a great location....staff polite & friendly, rooms clean & tidy, so to is complex..... Cardiac Hill I could see being a problem for folk with mobility problems but not an issue otherwise....there's a very chilled atmosphere to the complex & NO sunbed wars....👍

Stayed here from the 11/3/26-15/3/26 the only complaint i could have was the chicken with chips and salad was like chewing on a flip flop, absolute rubber, but overall i would recommend staying here, it is on cardiac hill which might be an issue for some people, we stayed in room 505
