A long and honest review of how our family saw the hotel...
Reception 10/10
we arrived late at night and were greeted by a very nice guy - Stefan. He sent us to dinner and then we were accommodated in a beautiful room with a sea view. Everyone at the reception is nice and always ready to help!
Restaurant 10/10 the staff is great and the food is uniquely delicious, they even prepared a cake for our son's birthday!
Pools 8/10 they are nice, but the children's one is terribly cold, and the one with the jacuzzi is a bit dirty, there was green on the sides!
Bar at the children's pool 7/10 the guy tries his best, he is always polite, but he doesn't have much to offer, since they don't serve alcohol there.
Pool bar for adults 1/10 big disappointment, most of the time there is either no bartender, or no ice or you have to explain for a long time what exactly you want...
Lobby bar 10/10 great service always!
Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas 10/10 very clean and maintained!
Animation team 8/10 great guys, my kids liked them, but overall weak animation.
Last but not least the restaurant manager 10/10 this guy really knows his job, he is always there, ready to help and always smiling.
Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent, the hotel is nice, in a good location near the beach and the shopping street, worth a visit!

Just got back from a 7 night stay.
All staff i encountered were friendly and helpful.
The pool was always clean and well maintained, 👌
Our room was always cleaned and the cleaners had good attention for detail, it was lovely coming back to the room and seeing what the sheet would be shaped in to.
The drinks at the pool bar were a little disappointing, not much variety just soft drink, beer and wine.
The 2 guys doing the children's entertainment were great, very engsging with the kids and when there was evening entertainment (did not always happen) that was also good, it was just for a short while though.
I had a fabulous full body massage and loved it! Very nice space and professional.
Great location, local to the main stripe just across the road and a short trip to other towns.
The little local shop was very convenient and Maria was a delight 😊
Lots of stairs here, we had a baby in a pram so it was a bit of a pain getting that up and down.
The WiFi wasn't the best either, kept being kicked out.
Plenty of food on offer, lots of fresh fruit, salad etc.. I did find the food a bit repetitive but did find something to eat and was nice trying local cuisine.
We did eat out a few times too, loads of restaurants etc to choose from just a short walk away.
Really enjoyed over all - thank you Katrin for having us and making our stay lovely

Had a nice break here August 2025, a good mix of tourists from around Europe. There's a decent selection of pools, one for children, mixed and one for adults. Gym is basic but at least they have one. Generally staff are quite friendly, some can seem to be quite snappy, but we understand they can be very busy and under pressure. It's a short walk to the beach, a corner shop just out the entrance and a huge amount of restaurants and bars nearby too. Several busy stops are a very short walk away. We would certainly return

This hotel is modern clean and tidy, with two swimming pools one being for Over 18s and a super kids pool and area. There are a lot of steps around the hotel and small kerbs which we saw many people trip on. Lifts to main floors but as on a hill extra steps after arriving on your floor in some cases. Rooms were very nice with a good bathroom rainfall shower plus hand shower. The food was very nice always something to eat, but very predictable.
The only downside side was the drinks package, main bar opens at 18:00.,and it's so small and understaffed, every night they ran out of glasses, and then used plastic cups. All the alcohol is local and not very good, the beer is weak. Cocktails were alcohol ,orange juice and a dash of colour so very poor.
The adult pool bar was worse as the poor staff had not a clue and spoke no English.
Pool towels are €10 deposit and €3 a day usage so take pool towels.
This hotel is situated on a very busy road and a challenge to get to the beach.
Unfortunately weather for 3 days was terrible, unfortunately restaurant. Has only a few tables in doors the rest on a covered outside terrace,so we were very cold eating food in long trousers coats and jumpers, felt sorry for some who came unprepared.
Maitre'D was brilliant, very friendly and made you feel welcome,he seemed to be the thread that held the hotel together, restaurant staff were great .

The most exclusive thing about this hotel is the Greek tourist tax: €10 per day. For a nine-day stay, that means an extra PLN 400 for absolutely nothing. On top of that, there is a charge for the safe, even though its keypad is so worn out that most of the buttons do not work (€35). Renting a towel also costs several euros per day.
The all-inclusive package is designed to provide as little as possible and discourage guests from using it too often. The local alcohol tastes like turpentine. Cocktails practically do not exist, because the four drinks supposedly available are incapable of disguising the dreadful taste of the alcohol. During lunch and dinner, the coffee and tea machines are switched off, so guests only have access to cold drinks. This is the first hotel in Crete where I have encountered such stinginess.
Breakfast is very repetitive, with practically the same food served every day, although the overall selection is quite large. At lunch and dinner, alongside the usual predictable dishes, there are generally some grilled options as well.
The dining room staff are the best part of this hotel. They are wonderful people who work incredibly hard, are always smiling and are exceptionally polite.
The rooms are somewhere halfway between old and renovated. The air conditioning looks as though it dates back to the time of Christ, but at least it blows cold air, although very noisily. The bathroom has old fittings and a deep bathtub with a shower head whose hose is not even long enough to reach the wall bracket.
The entrance door has no threshold and there is a gap at the top, so its soundproofing is about as effective as if it had been made from toilet paper. However, the cleanliness is excellent and the towels are changed every day.
The pool areas are packed with millions of children, accompanied by music blasting non-stop. There is supposedly an adults-only pool with a “relaxation area”, but all the sun loungers are already occupied before breakfast, despite signs politely asking guests not to reserve them with towels.
For several days, there was an inspection visit by a group of “managers”, whose main activity appeared to be smoking cigarettes all day directly beneath guests’ balconies. In general, evenings are spent surrounded by clouds of cigarette smoke, as though it were 1976 rather than 2026.
There is a car rental desk on site, as well as convenient and trouble-free parking for guests’ cars. The beach is a fair few minutes away on foot and reaching it involves using stairs through an underpass beneath a busy road, so I would definitely not recommend this hotel to people with mobility issues.
Guests travelling without children may leave this hotel with a lifelong aversion to ever having any, because they are constantly forced to spend their time surrounded by dozens of children.
And one more thing: the entertainment at this hotel is just like the all-inclusive package — technically it exists, but it is provided at the lowest possible cost.
