We have spent one week in this beautiful hotel. The food was average, but the variety of the food was low, but delicious. The beach was clean, and the staff were Friendly. The room was huge, and the amenities were acceptable. But there was an elevator in the Alhambra building which was so dirty. Like it was abandoned. After that I preferred to use the stairs. I thought the pool would be free for us because we were half Board. But we were charged for that and for the parking as well. But the charm of the hotel, the beach, the food, and the city were letting us forget the negative points.

We are here to celebrate Christmas , arrived 24th evening and Eva welcomed us so well . The hotel is beautiful and we
had our Christmas buffet meal on the eve and it was all classical. The rooms ( ours 2007 Cordoba) are clean, warm and appropriately furnished . The Restaurant staff are amazing , we loving it here ! There is a football pitch/ tennis and gym which our boys love . Actually they live in the gym and on the pitch so what a great hotel to have all these in one place .The atmosphere is so welcoming even the lobby bar guy. I recommend this hotel, its almost 100km from Malaga so go online and book taxi !! We hope to enjoy rest of our days.

Quick Service, arrived early in the morning and was allowed access to the all inclusive straight away. Room ready by 3pm. Rooms very clean, food choices varied, everyone respectful. Pool area clean and entertainment very good. Cocktail in skybar cost extra but are definitely worth it.

Stayed here during September and here is my honest review.
I got to admit that the whole areal is well situated and taken care of. From lobby, pools, gardens everything is beautiful. There is enough of sunbeds by sea and beach is clean. In general everything what do the recreants need is there and it is great. In general great vacation!
However there are few points which don't allow me to give 5 stars:
1. the cleanless in restaurant (especially the chairs) did remind me of Egypt/Tunis. I have never seen such a dirty chairs, small pieces of food everywhere. This can be easily avoided by a 10 min check prior of each food service - it was disgusting frankly speaking and despite my comments to staff, it was a repetitive problem.
2. reception - I have visited more than 30 hotels around the world and this was my worst experience. Rude from start to the very end, not very helpfull. Priority and largest smiles do receive locals and french visitors.
3. room cleaning - you need to leave some EUR if you want to have your bedsheets changed. Without the TIP, the bedsheets were left unchanged.

We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and give the children their first all-inclusive experience.
It was an unforgettable experience, we will be back many times.
The family rooms are perfect, enough space for the parents and children.
So much food to choose from, it's very clear that everyone is working hard to make the place run smoothly.
The garden and pools are well maintained.
We also attended the evening entertainment in the theatre, don't arrive late as there might be no seats left.
My only suggestion is that during the check-in process that the staff should explain certain things.
For example how to get a beach towel, or the process of hiring tennis equipment and that only cash payments are accepted.
Overall, the hotel has become the best one we've visited in Spain so far.
The location is stunning
