We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to Leonidas, F&B Manager, for curating an outstanding gastronomic journey. Every dining experience was thoughtfully organized and showcased the very best of Greek and international cuisine.
Our gratitude extends to George at Market Restaurant, whose professionalism and welcoming attitude made every breakfast and dinner a pleasure.
At Beach Club Restaurant, Andreas provided impeccable service and ensured that every visit was relaxed, enjoyable, and memorable.

We had a wonderful evening in the Kriti restaurant at Ikos Kissamos last night. The staff are so friendly and made a fuss of my 9 month old baby. They are all so helpful and are fantastic at recommending dishes we should try! My husband has a nut allergy and the food & beverage manager Thekla was so amazing, making him feel at ease with informing the restaurant in advance, and even organised for a special nut free dessert for him! We tried a variety of dishes for starter and ate them tapas style, and then ordered a few mains and decided to share these too because there were so many we wanted to try!
Our favourite dishes were definitely the slow cooked beef and the sea bass.
At the end of the meal we ordered desserts and the mini Greek pastries were so good!
We asked for a limoncello each after our dinner and the waiter suggested we had frozen ones which we had never tried before.
The restaurant is so clean and atmospheric with fantastic views of the beach and mountains, especially at sunset. The evening felt lovely and chilled. Would highly recommend this restaurant during your stay at Ikos Kissamos!

Our stay at Ikos Kissamos was a dream from beginning to end. The thing that stood out the most to us was the staff - Every single person that we encountered met us with a smile on their face and with such a joyous/positive attitude that was infectious. Every staff member will treat you as a VIP and ensure that you are cared for and provided for at all times. Specifically, Eduardo went above and beyond for us to ensure that our time there was as special as possible.
Shortly behind the staff, we were impressed each day with the food at the resort restaurants, which were Michelin star quality, as well as the constant availability of food throughout the day (food trucks, beach/pool service, etc.). The resort has two bars, both of which provided entertainment each night which was always a mix of relaxing, fun and exciting. Each night was something different and provided us something to look forward to each and every day.
The beach and pool areas were clean, relaxing and were accompanied with great views of the mountains and sunsets.
Lastly, being able to utilize the resort cars to explore the island provided us an opportunity to see various different sites throughout the island and enjoy a winery tour. We found this to be a great accommodation and the staff member handling the car service provided us with great recommendations to spend our time outside the resort.
We will be sure to staying at Ikos again and were extremely sad when our time there came to an end, which is the best sign of a great stay! We could not recommend Ikos Kissamos enough for anyone visiting Greece!

Congratulations to the Ikos organisation, builders and staff of the new Ikos Kissamos.
The purpose built resort is comprised of three expansive horseshoes of villas and a another more enclosed loop across the river.
Each horseshoe is wide and fronted by beach – so a LOT of beach with Tiki umbrellas and beds and beach food and drink service. All the a la carte restaurants are spread out along the beach, except the Italian and the buffet which are to the rear of the grounds by reception. All restaurants provide stunning views and excellent service.
The resort is situated within a curtain of mountains on the north shore of the island and being a low-rise development views in all directions are not spoiled and are of the mountains or the sea.
We were celebrating an anniversary, from the first step out of the taxi everyone made us feel very welcome and special – like all the other Ikos resorts we have been to. But as usual they seem to have made the customer service better than before. It is like coming home, the holiday feeling hits you immediately.
Service is dialled up to 11. The question is how do the staff make everyone feel special?
The room is good, nice big soft bath sheets, better AC controls, a very usable balcony on which to take the morning sun.
The grounds are covered everywhere with irrigated plants, palms and trees providing privacy to the ground floor units.
There are pools in all four loops, which we did not use as there is the beach on which we enjoyed the sea, the sea breeze and food and drinks service to the sunbeds. One most days someone came with a mellon ‘lolly’ and later a falafel wrap for everyone that wanted it.
Ikos Kissamos has the potential to be the best, and we intend to investigate further by visiting the Iberian Ikos resorts which are the only ones that we have not stayed at.
