Our stay at Anemos Luxury Grand Resort was excellent from the first day until the last. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and it was clear that great attention is paid to cleanliness and detail!
All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The service was truly outstanding and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our entire stay.
The food was excellent, especially at the beach restaurant. The dishes were delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.
The hotel’s surroundings and facilities are beautiful, well maintained, and create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. It is one of those places that helps you forget about everyday stress and fully enjoy your vacation.
We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, clean, and welcoming resort!!!

Three stays in, and Anemos in Crete still manages to exceed my expectations every single time.
The rooms are immaculate and luxurious, the kind that makes you forget you ever need to go home.
Food is a highlight in its own right. With five different cuisine restaurants on-site, you’re never eating the same meal twice, and every one of them delivers exceptional quality. The beach is stunning, with a long stretch of coastline that never feels overcrowded. Evenings come alive with entertaining programmes that are lively and engaging. For families, the kids’ area with water slides keeps little ones thoroughly occupied, while adults can recharge with yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, beach volleyball, or tennis. There's something for everyone.
Above all, it’s the service that earns Anemos its loyalty. The team is warm, professional, and consistent. It’s rare to find a place where the staff make you feel like a returning friend rather than just another guest.

Our family stayed in this resort in late May, for 10 nights, and we all felt it was a fantastic holiday at a great resort that had everything needed for a family holiday. A great water park for the kids, its own sandy beach with sunlounges and bar/ restaurant. More than enough pools to choose from. The meals were also great but what we really felt was an added bonus was the fact that you can opt to visit an a la carte restaurant during your stay and the food was amazing and highly recommended. It allows you to sample some different food to that in the normal buffet restaurant. The staff were all polite and professional and they were very friendly and attentive in making you feel welcome. Rooms were clean and lovely too. All in all, a great holiday in a superb place that we would most certainly visit again. The location was great too....a short walk to a small resort with shops and bars if needed and behind the hotel on the hill was Lake Kourna which gave you the best views as well as some really great tavernas too.

A wonderful family hotel with a great children’s area and plenty of activities for kids. The staff is consistently friendly and warm, making you feel welcome from the very first moment.
The food is also of very good quality and impressed us every day.
A special mention goes to the restaurant team (MAESTRO VENTO) at the kids’ pool – your kindness truly made our holiday extra special.

Being pregnant, my hormones are already all over the place, and I was having such a rough, exhausting day. All I wanted was a nice, pretty drink to relax and take a cute picture for my stories. Instead, the employee brought out a drink in a child's glass, completely different from what I had in mind. When I mentioned it, they didn't even offer to change it ,they just flat out told me "that's how it is." It honestly made me want to cry out of sheer frustration because it totally ruined my mood and my pictures. But then, Gabriella stepped in and completely saved my sanity!She saw how upset I was, came right over, and was SO incredibly eager to fix it. She sat there with the most beautiful smile, asking me exactly what kind of glass I wanted, how I preferred the taste, and what flavors I liked! She even told me that if I still didn't love the new one, she would happily keep making me another until it was absolutely perfect for me. She ran back and brought me a total masterpiece so stunning and delicious! Gabriella didn’t just fix a drink, she completely turned my whole day around with her pure kindness.She is hands down the absolute jewel of the pool bar (and I think she works in another position in the hotel too). Management, you seriously need to cherish this girl! She is a total queen with a heart of gold!
