Our stay at Anemos Luxury Grand Resort was excellent from the first day until the last. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and it was clear that great attention is paid to cleanliness and detail!
All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The service was truly outstanding and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our entire stay.
The food was excellent, especially at the beach restaurant. The dishes were delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.
The hotel’s surroundings and facilities are beautiful, well maintained, and create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. It is one of those places that helps you forget about everyday stress and fully enjoy your vacation.
We would definitely choose it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, clean, and welcoming resort!!!

Great place.
The beach and the sea are very beautiful. It's a must.
The staff is very attentive and welcoming to clients.
Food has been exceptional throughout the whole stay. All the restaurants were very high-level.
The only three drawbacks were:
1. The shower was not hot in the peak hours (around 7pm)
2. We had a playstation in the room, but the staff couldn't get it working.
3. We had a family room with a basement room. The basement room was very humid, with no window.
All the rest has been frankly perfect.

Three stays in, and Anemos in Crete still manages to exceed my expectations every single time.
The rooms are immaculate and luxurious, the kind that makes you forget you ever need to go home.
Food is a highlight in its own right. With five different cuisine restaurants on-site, you’re never eating the same meal twice, and every one of them delivers exceptional quality. The beach is stunning, with a long stretch of coastline that never feels overcrowded. Evenings come alive with entertaining programmes that are lively and engaging. For families, the kids’ area with water slides keeps little ones thoroughly occupied, while adults can recharge with yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, beach volleyball, or tennis. There's something for everyone.
Above all, it’s the service that earns Anemos its loyalty. The team is warm, professional, and consistent. It’s rare to find a place where the staff make you feel like a returning friend rather than just another guest.

Amazing place! The room was spacious, with a nice shower and a pleasant balcony. Everything was cleaned daily and maintained very well. Although our room was not right next to the main entrance or restaurants, it was still easy to access, and there were always golf carts available to transport guests around the resort.
We would especially like to highlight the staff — they were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We arrived at 1:30 a.m., and they greeted us with a fresh drink and even kept the buffet open so we could have something to eat, which was a lovely touch.
The swimming pool area was very pleasant as well. The only small improvement we could suggest is that the indoor pool could be a bit warmer.
The location is excellent, with the beach only a two-minute walk away. Georgioupolis is a charming small village with a beautiful beach, local shops and services, and great restaurants. We especially loved Poseidon — highly recommended for fish lovers!

This is our tenth stay at the Anemos Luxury Grand Resort, and unfortunately, I feel compelled to warn future guests or at least manage their expectations. In the beginning (11 years ago), this resort truly earned its 5 stars and the "Luxury" designation. The service, the evening buffet, etc., were unparalleled.
The decline began with the introduction of "all-inclusive" and the guests who came with it. Now, untrained staff handle the service, the evening buffet offers very little variety, and the food is quite cheap. The drastically reduced wine list is notable for the fact that most of the wines are no longer available, meaning we can choose from only three red wines during our two-week stay. Finally, many of the bathrooms are in dire need of renovation.
In its current state, the Anemos, even with a generous assessment, is at best a 4-star resort and has absolutely nothing to do with luxury anymore. If that's okay, then I can still recommend it. However, the prices should be adjusted accordingly.
