This is absolutely one of the best places to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location with walking distance to the beach. Service was absolutely beyond any expectations. Staff was friendly and focused to make stay unforgettable. They arranged a table for 15 of us and cake for my daughter's 7th Birthday, so we could celebrate all together. I was speachless. Cannot recommend this place enough. ♥️

The food was excellent – always fresh, varied, and delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the hotel itself is in a nice location.
However, the organization needs improvement. Having to queue not only at the bar but also to enter the restaurant for every meal was quite frustrating. It would be much better if guests could simply go in and find a table instead of waiting in line.
The rooms were acceptable but below my expectations for a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, the overall standard feels closer to 3 stars than 4.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent food and friendly atmosphere, but better organization and some upgrades to the rooms would make a big difference.

Room (Junior suit)was dirty and despite asking it didn't get cleaned or bedding changed, bathroom was full of ants.
Location wasnt too bad and we like walking but wouldn't be good for families who want you be close to decent restaurants etc.
Entertainment staff were amazing if it hadn't been for them the score would be lower.
Food was not good, the snack bar provided better food than the actual restaurant.
Certainly didn't let this damper our holiday but would not return to this hotel

The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are clean and modern inside ( we had a suite).
The hotel is very overcrowded, luckily we bought the gold package which meant we had our own bar area with no queues and priority access to the buffet restaurant so no queues again and well worth the extra money as other guests are waiting for 20 mins for a drink at any bar and 45 mins to get in the resteraunt. If i didnt have the gold upgrade I would be very disappointed.
There are two pools, even though there are signs everywhere saying the reserving of sunbeds is prohibited this is not enforced in any way and at 7am everyone runs to the pool and reserves sunbeds so youll be lucky to find one.
No designated area with sunbeds for gold members either so its a like it or lump it situation.
Hotel is in a very good location, quite a large complex also. Our room was at the bottom of the property so quite a lot of walking but we didnt mind.
The pool snack bar was very good with kebabs etc, Amstel on tap at the pool bar.
The sit down food with the gold package was decent. The buffet however we found to be inedible and on night's where the private meals in the gold package weren't available we decided to eat outside of the hotel as the buffet really is that bad.
Pool side animation team tried really hard to include everyone but due to the overwhelming number of people in the hotel its difficult to join in.
The hotel also uses a recyclable cup system so you will find yourself carrying a cup with you everywhere and if you haven't got one you will not get served at the pool bar which we found quite annoying.
All in all we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, food issues aside our youngest had a blast in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I would say the hotel is more a 3 star than a 4, its like butlins with sunshine.
Would I stay here again? Probably not, its a no frills hotel and if you are thinking about booking i would strongly advise paying the extra money for gold membership as if i didnt it would have been a 2 star review.
Staff in general where very helpful but due to the guests on site and sheer numbers cant give you as much attention as sometimes needed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my visit. On my birthday they surprised me with a cake, sang for me, and even brought a glass of wine — such a thoughtful gesture that made my day really special.
The atmosphere, service, and overall experience were excellent. You can truly feel that the staff care about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.
Thank you for making my birthday unforgettable. 5 stars!
