Had a very enjoyable 5 day stay. The location was perfect. 5 min walk to the beach and old town. Rooms are really clean but looking slightly tired (chipped bathroom tiles etc). Staff are polite and friendly and happy to make recommendations. If you want to feel glamourous have lunch on the terrace! Also, no need to get up at 6am and put towels out on sun beds. We rocked up to the pool at 11am and still had a choice of loungers.

From the moment my husband and I arrived, this was without a doubt one of the most beautiful and elegant adult only hotels we have ever stayed in. Every detail of the décor and atmosphere was absolutely exquisite, creating a luxurious yet relaxing experience throughout our stay. What made it even more special was that it did not feel like a typical chain hotel at all — it felt unique, personal and full of character. In fact, I wasn’t even aware before arriving that it was part of The Palm chain, which says so much about how individual and thoughtfully designed the hotel feels.
The hotel is perfectly nestled into the cliffs of Torremolinos Centre, offering breathtaking panoramic viewpoints and stunning sea views from almost every corner. One of the highlights was the direct beach access, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the coastline whenever we wanted.
The location truly could not have been better — surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops, while also being conveniently close to the airport.
The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and everything felt incredibly fresh, modern, and new. The photos online honestly do not do this hotel justice at all — the reality is even more impressive and beautiful in person.
Most importantly, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel completely looked after throughout our stay.
We honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. It exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Torremolinos unforgettable. We will definitely be returning.

Great hotel. Location is excellent. A few minutes to the beach, town centre and to public transport, where you can get to Malaga in less than half an hour. The room was spacious and spotless. Staff were excellent. Food options at dinner and breakfast were varied and there was something for everyone. The pool area and terrace were lovely to chill and enjoy the sunshine. It was nice to see the hotel busy, even in November, which shows how popular it is. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Fénix. The adults-only atmosphere was very relaxing, and the hotel looked beautiful with all the Christmas decorations and a lovely tree. Our room was spotlessly clean and very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay.
The location is unbeatable—everything was within easy walking distance, including the train station, local shops, and the beach.
One of the highlights was the heated pool; being able to go for a swim on Christmas Eve was a real treat!
We really enjoyed the food as well. Breakfast had a great selection of both cooked items and fresh pastries, but the highlight was definitely the fresh omelettes made by the chef right in front of you—they were amazing! The Christmas Eve dinner was also a particularly nice touch that we really appreciated. A big thank you to the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

A little gem of a hotel, in a fantastic location between the beach and the town centre. We have just had a week at the Fenix Hotel, It was great. The rooms are bright airy with very comfortable beds. The meals are varied and plentiful with a fantastic breakfast. Lovely staff. We will certainly return next year.
