We had such a fantastic stay at Hotel Fenix in Torremolinos and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our summer holiday. I stayed here with two friends, and from the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome.
The location is perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The amenities were excellent, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious with plenty of choice, and the terrace bar is a beautiful place to unwind with a drink while enjoying the views.
What really made our stay special, though, was the amazing staff. Every member of the team—from reception to the bar and restaurant staff, and the hardworking housekeeping team—was friendly, professional, and always smiling. Their kindness and dedication made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Thank you to everyone at Hotel Fenix for making our summer holiday so memorable. We had an incredible time and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Torremolinos. We hope to be back again soon!

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the Hotel Fenix, so nice to return and be remembered by all the staff and welcomed by the new staff, rooms are comfortable and promise a good night sleep, Hotel is spotlessly clean throughout.
Hotel is in an amazing location for town and has its own lift for beech access.
Restaurant food and service is the best about, breakfast is the only breakfast I refuse to miss for the whole holiday, and evening meal there is so much choice.
Pool area and Bar service warm welcome with great choice and the offer of the balanese beds.

This hotel way exceeded our expectations for an unbranded hotel in such a tourist town. The room had clearly been recently refurbished and the breakfast buffet was far more extensive than we expected and included two types of bacon to please both Europeans and the British as well as proper creamy scrambled eggs and - yes! - sparkling wine. Two bottles of water and a welcome glass of wine when we arrived. Good location with easy access to the beach and the nightlife. Definitely will become our go-to hotel here.

Lifts can take a long time to come
Walls are very thin so you can hear everything going on in the next rooms, I didn’t sleep well as whoever was next to me was constantly shouting on the phone and snoring during the night, heard lots of doors slamming also. Bring earplugs.
Hotel is in a good location
Spa treatment very very expensive and no access to the indoor pool/jacuzzi unless you booked one in advance.
Overall it’s a really nice adults only hotel, just has a few issues put

From the moment my husband and I arrived, this was without a doubt one of the most beautiful and elegant adult only hotels we have ever stayed in. Every detail of the décor and atmosphere was absolutely exquisite, creating a luxurious yet relaxing experience throughout our stay. What made it even more special was that it did not feel like a typical chain hotel at all — it felt unique, personal and full of character. In fact, I wasn’t even aware before arriving that it was part of The Palm chain, which says so much about how individual and thoughtfully designed the hotel feels.
The hotel is perfectly nestled into the cliffs of Torremolinos Centre, offering breathtaking panoramic viewpoints and stunning sea views from almost every corner. One of the highlights was the direct beach access, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the coastline whenever we wanted.
The location truly could not have been better — surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops, while also being conveniently close to the airport.
The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and everything felt incredibly fresh, modern, and new. The photos online honestly do not do this hotel justice at all — the reality is even more impressive and beautiful in person.
Most importantly, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel completely looked after throughout our stay.
We honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. It exceeded all expectations and made our trip to Torremolinos unforgettable. We will definitely be returning.
