We spent 7 nights at Casamaïa and Holiday World Resort Riwo recently including hosting our wedding reception at Casamaïa and it was an unbelievable experience which we will cherish forever.
The room was very comfortable clean and well equipped. The all inclusive package was excellent with a great choice of food and drinks. The beach club was great fun for both adults and kids and the lunch provided there was excellent. The health club and spa was very relaxing and we enjoyed the facilities, shows and events on offer.
The location and venue of our wedding at Casamaïa was simply breathtaking and beautiful, and there wasn't a thing out of place.
But what really made our stay and wedding so special was the politeness and energy of all the staff throughout. Every time we requested something the staff ensured it was done, it was service at a level we never experienced before. We are so grateful to all the staff at Casamaïa and Holiday world resort for providing us, and all our friends and family, with such an amazing stay and wedding that we will never forget for all the right reasons. Thank you so much! We look forward to coming back on our anniversary!

My partner and I stayed at the Riwo Resort for 4 Nights for a Friend's wedding.
The atmosphere, location, food and service was all 10/10.
Everyone was friendly and helpful and the Hotel made sure everything went without issue for the wedding and their guests.
Would highly recommend a visit to take in all the sites and scenery.

It's the height of absurdity that a hotel belonging to the Meliá chain only changes the bed linens and towels every 4 days. This is ridiculous, there's no other word for it.
Obviously they'll use the environmental excuse, the same old greenwashing from these hypocritical companies. This is nothing more than disguised cost-cutting, ridiculous.

I had the pleasure of staying in this brilliant resort for my friend's wedding recently, best wedding I was ever at. Location, room, food etc., were all A1, fantastic...but more importantly the staff and their customer service was absolutely brilliant, they went the extra mile for their guests. Would highly recommend for anyone to stay in this great resort.

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. Special thanks to Cristina, the manager, who was always available and made us feel completely at ease with her attention to detail and warm professionalism. Also Natalia, who worked with us to make every aspect of the day go smoothly.
We stayed in the penthouse, which had spectacular views and made it an ideal spot to unwind after the celebrations.
If you're looking for a venue that offers exceptional service, incredible views, and an unforgettable atmosphere, this is the place to be!
