We recently had an absolutely incredible seven-day stay at the Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the resort and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The level of service throughout our entire stay was truly exemplary. It is rare to find a team that is so consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. Every interaction we had with the staff was positive, and it was clear that they take great pride in ensuring every guest feels valued and comfortable.
A special highlight of our experience was the service provided by Murat Bal. He looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and his performance was nothing short of outstanding. His attention to detail is remarkable—he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and his consistently upbeat, professional demeanor made every single meal feel like a special occasion. We were deeply impressed by his dedication and genuine kindness; he is a true asset to the Hilton team and made our dining experience one of the many highlights of our holiday.
Beyond the dining, our week was filled with wonderful experiences, including some of the best entertainment we have ever enjoyed at a resort.

Excellent hotel for families. We had a group with kids aged between 6-12. So much to do for them. Youngster club age 10-15 was excellent for our boys with a whole range of activities organised like football, basketball, water polo. Evening entertainment was varied and some excellent shows. Beach bar and sports bar, cocktail bars available too for a more chilled option.
Swimming pools were clean, lots of sunbeds. Drinks service on roller skates.
Staff were so lovely and friendly especially Aziz Sunnat who took great care of us at meal times and always greeted us with a smile, and was very friendly and professional throughout our stay. Food is exceptional, definitely 5 star. This is our second time here and we would love to return again soon.

Our family recently stayed at the Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa, and while our holiday took an unexpected turn when our son developed appendicitis and required surgery, the hotel staff were absolutely incredible throughout the entire experience.
From the moment they learned about our son's condition, they went above and beyond to support us. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for his health and wellbeing made an extremely stressful situation much easier to manage.
What touched us most was that their care didn't stop when we left the hotel. Members of the team checked in on our son every day through WhatsApp to see how he was recovering and whether our family needed any assistance. This level of personal care and attention was truly remarkable and showed that they genuinely cared about his wellbeing.
As we departed for our journey home, the staff even carried out the Turkish tradition of pouring water behind our car to wish us a safe journey and good luck. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that meant a great deal to our family during a difficult time.
The resort itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities, fantastic food, and wonderful staff, but it is the compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness shown during our son's illness that we will remember most.
Thank you to everyone at Hilton Dalaman Sarigerme Resort & Spa for your support, kindness, and care. You turned what could have been a very difficult experience into an experience that reminded us how special truly exceptional hospitality can be.

I had a fantastic back massage with Kumang at Ellyssion Spa in the Hilton Resort, Dalaman. Kumang was professional, welcoming, and clearly very skilled. She took the time to work on all the areas where I was holding tension, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The spa itself has a peaceful atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend booking a treatment with Kumang if you're staying at the resort or visiting the spa. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This hotel has been amazing and the service impeccable. I came here with my son and my mum and the experience has been the best we have had. The food quality is amazing and choices of places to eat that are all included is fab. All of the drinks options are premium and they are always so friendly. The rooms are lovely and the grounds are kept exceptionally well. A special shout out to Leyla Yasar and Oya Akkurt who cleaned our room daily. They made it feel brand new and were so kind to my son bringing him gifts and walking with him hand in hand. Couldn’t recommend enough.
