Fantastic hotel. Brilliant location - short walk to the centre of Malaga.
Immaculately clean rooms.
The rooftop bar is a great addition with a small swimming pool. We spent a couple of nights up there with views over the city listening to chilled music. Very friendly staff.
Can’t fault this hotel and will definitely stay again.

When we arrived at the hotel, unfortunately no one offered to help us with our luggage. Assistance was only provided after I specifically asked for it.
The service was disappointing in other areas as well. When I asked for cutlery to be brought to our room, I was told there would be a €6 delivery charge. For a hotel at this level, I find it rather strange to charge guests €6 simply to have cutlery delivered to their room.
The rooftop pool is also very small. On top of that, hotel staff randomly approached people at the pool to check whether they were actually hotel guests. I understand the need to prevent non-guests from using the facilities, but the way these checks were carried out did not feel particularly welcoming.
The breakfast was another disappointment. Both the quality and selection were quite mediocre. After the first morning, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of our stay.
Overall, the main issue is the level of service and hospitality. Considering the hotel’s positioning and price point, I expected a noticeably higher standard.

I can only describe this hotel as amazing. The staff are all incredibly friendly, and no request is too much trouble; they work extremely hard to ensure everything is perfect down to the last detail.
The breakfast was fantastic—extensive and fresh. The interior design throughout is beautiful, too. Our room was clean and lovely; we slept very well (the air conditioning worked excellently) and were hardly disturbed by noise.
The rooftop bar was my favorite spot—perfect for enjoying a snack and a drink with a stunning view of the city. Personally, we didn't use the pool because the layout felt a bit too crowded, though it certainly looks beautiful.
The location was perfect for us as well: just outside the busy area, yet central enough to be close to everything!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. Just back from 4 lovely days in Malaga. Rooms large, very clean and stylish. I loved the balcony, especially the tiles. Roof top bar beautiful and staff all lovely. Would definitely return if visiting Malaga again.
Only small point would be that we asked twice about dairy free yoghurt at breakfast as my partner has a dairy intolerance. There was soy milk so seemed possibly we might be able to request similar yoghurt. Breakfast waitress said she would check but never returned. Receptionist said we should ask at the bar which seemed odd as bar was closed. So no answer either way which was a bit frustrating. A lot of the breakfast options are egg based so the yoghurt would’ve been great.

The reception was warm, check-in efficient and the apero crisp and refreshing. The decor was thoughtful, the rooms polished and the shaded balcony was a wonderful respite. H10 hotels have become my favourite place to stay not only because of the location but also because of the obvious care given to the hotel and guests. It makes you feel valued.
