Currently on day 5 of our week stay at this hotel. The location is probably the best thing about the hotel, it is just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and about a 40 minute walk to the marina which is a nice walk. We have come with small children, the room is basic but good enough for what we need it for. Disappointed that it’s 11 euros per day for the safe and not even a kettle in the room. It is just the room and nothing else. The food is fine and I can’t grumble, there has been plenty of choice. However the coffee isn’t the best for a person who is a coffee lover! I’m not keen on having to get your own drinks from the bar during meals, particular when having to watch 2 small children. I also found the evening dinner to be quite late starting at 7.30pm, too late for hungry tired children. The pool area does have some really great slides and smaller bit for the young ones. However, I felt too packed in next to others and just didn’t feel like an enjoyable experience. We opted for the beach instead! The entertainment is a children’s disco at 8.30pm which the entertainers especially the man is really good with the kids. Following on from that there has been bingo, a raffle and flamenco dancers from what we have seen. I would definitely come back to the area but not to this hotel as it’s just not for me personally

Located very short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Great beaches. 6 euro taxi to the main marina or a 30 minute walk along the beach. Food was decent considering it’s all inclusive. Plenty of fresh fruit, veg etc Pool area is incredible. Kids section is the best I’ve ever seen. No sunbed wars (thank god) as pool is locked until 10am. People queue from around 9am but you don’t really need to. Lots of sunbed availability. Only a few small issues that don’t really take anything away from the holiday but just annoying. Dinner time is 7:30. Would be good if it was earlier with the kids. Queues for the bar most of the time even if you only wanted soft drinks. Highly recommended if you have children. Less so if you’re a couple, solo traveller etc.

We’re on day 5 out of 10 for our holiday with two boys aged 9 and 7. We are having an amazing time. Really close to the beach if you fancy a beach day and lots on in the day for the kids to get involved in. Three pools and our boys loved the slides. Rooms are a little small but all you need is somewhere to rest your head. Yes there are lines to get sunbeds but I don’t know a package holiday where there isn’t.

Stayed here 9th june-23rd june 2026. 2nd day of eating in the restaurant I was ill for 4 days, 2 days later 1 other member of the party got sick after eating the meat, 1 week later my Nana got ill and did not leave the room for 5 days (until the flight home) . The food was awful, all just reheated from the day before. pork and chicken breast was pink (not cooked) 19:30pm dinner starts this is very late when you have young kids. compared to last year when we 1st came this visit was appauling reported sickness to Jet 2. Rooms shouldnt sleep 4 as they are so small, and not enough wardrobe space for 4 people staying 14 days. Lifts to support the hotel is a nightmare. Waiting 5-10 min to get in.( especially when the food is open) We carried the baby and pram down the stairs on many occasions We was 1 of 2 rooms to be told to remove our England flag from the balcony but 3 other nations were allowed to keep theirs up. 2 young boys were engaging in sexual activity in the baby pool, we reported and the life guard he seen it and started to laugh he told his Colleague on the walkie talkie and they was both laughing. Kids didnt go back in that pool. There was a positive Cleaner Maria del mar was lovely and did a fantastic job. Disappointed as we invited more family to join us this year as last year we had an amazing time.

Rooms are what is expected, good size and clean. The staff are great. Everybis really polite and helpful. Ids club is really fun and welcoming. Cant beat the location 5 mins for the beach/ a few bars. 7 euro to bonanza square/ benalmedina park.
