Just returned as a family of 4, myself and 3 children, the hotel was in a perfect location close to the airport, local shops, facilities and the beautiful Puerto marina... hotel was spotless from head to toe, cleaners are non stop and a credit to the hotel. We were all inclusive and didnt eat out once, plenty of choice, yes some things were repeated like pasta and chips but I suppose they have to cater for fussy eaters... we found more than plenty to eat... staff were mostly polite, helpful and talkative, some were a bit more shall we say reserved but they work long days and hard! Drinks were plentiful, staff on the snack bar did not stop all day, yes you may have to wait and would it be better having 2 staff on? Possibly but good was always hot and the gentleman worked endlessly with a smile and was always talking to the kids and trying to have a laugh with them... waterpark 👏 fabulous 😊, lifeguards on the ball (slightly annoying) but at least they were always watching the kids... noise at night? Not for us, we slept really well, the odd noisy family returning late but thats the people not the hotel.... I would usually never visit the same place twice but id return back here tomorrow... thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable 🥂🫶

We have just returned from a fantastic 10-night stay! The waterpark and pool area is a real highlight. Our 4 year old loved the splash pool and slides. The room was clean and a reasonable size. Like some other reviewers, we noticed a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, however the hotel were very attentive in fixing this. We were half board. The breakfast and dinner selection was very good. Our son has a peanut allergy and the staff were amazing in accommodating this. Waiting staff Domingo and Veronica were a real highlight, and really made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is great. It's a very short walk to the beach, and there are shops nearby (including a large supermarket - Dia). Finally we booked with Jet2Holidays, our first experience with them, and we would highly recommend. Flights and transfers were smooth. All staff were incredibly helpful, but the reps Isobel and Katie were absolutely amazing.

I have just returned from a 5 day break with with girl friends ( bed and breakfast) What can I say about our stay ! On arrival we were asked to pay 10 euros night for a safe and 10 euros each for a beach towel ! Not 4* The room, smelt of stail cigarettes, and the floor was dirty (black hair)not cleaned up. No kettle in the room - deffo not 4*. 1st morning, pool closed every day for cleaning until 10am. This was a joke, adult pool when we went down at 10.15am, still had dirty tables, full ash trays and floor was littered with cigarette butt's. Mid day - Poolbar/snack area dirty with tables not cleaned for 3 hours(covered in chips n sauce) NOT nice. Rep from Jet 2, (I must add she was very helpful) arranged a deep clean -joke, as after the derp ckean, the bins had not emptied, and new bed covers had brown stains ! Worse than before. We understood it was a family friendly hotel when we booked and didn't mined this however, children were allowed to travel unaccompanied in lifts up to the 9th floor as young as 5!! Run along the corridor late at night knocking on doors. No CCTV, or security that we could see, we had great concerns over the safety of the children. We asked to extend our room for late checkout, or a courtesy room. We were told might not be possible, but we could shower at the side of the pool but don't use soap. We did however, get a courtesy room for 30 mins, but it I had to go down to reception at 7.30am on our last morning to book it and the staff took 5 mins decidding we could have one. Not only did we smell weed, round the pool, but could not open our balcony window due to it been smoked near our room on the 6th floor I could go on with more, just be aware when booking!

Not long been back from this place, and honestly it wasn't long enough. Me and my 8 year old went for a week. Could not fault the place! Its immaculately clean (coming from a fussy person). Even the toilets by the pool I would normally avoid, couldn't believe how clean they were. The staff are great. From the managers to the maids they just can't do enough for you I don't think I came across one miserable member of staff. It's a lovely atmosphere for children not too quiet but not too loud and rowdy such a nice chilled place. The entertainment on a night time wasn't overly lively same again, just a nice atmosphere for kids. The food I can't fault at all. There was a few people complaining about the snack bar cue, but you've got to expect that in a children's hotel. I always got a bed without having to cue at 10. It's in the most perfect location. I will be booking again for next year highly recommend.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Adrian for his outstanding care and professionalism. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. His job is not an easy one, yet he handles it with such kindness, patience, and attention to detail. I’m especially thankful for the way he looked after my friend, who had traveled all the way from New York, and ensured that everything was perfect for us. Adrian’s warm and thoughtful service made a big difference, and I’m truly appreciative of his efforts. Thank you, Adrian — your dedication and positive energy are truly exceptional.
