Everything was clean every day of our stay. Staff were nice, the ladies in the lobby were extremely helpful and sweet. The beach nearby is beautiful and good also for kids. The all inclusive was enough for us since we dont drink alcohol, food was average good, nothing outstanding but enough to keep us happy to stay in the hotel and enjoy the pools (which are all nice). The woman from the SPA is amazing! I wanted to become her bff and we had a great talk, the massage was incredible.

A fantastic experience! The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, and that truly makes the difference. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us warmly with smiles and great hospitality. The room was spotless, beautiful, and comfortable. The beach is located very close to the hotel. It is in a quiet area, ideal for families, relaxation, and peace. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

This is not a 5 Star hotel in any way DO NOT BOOK
The food is bland and very limited with a very small selection of items
Drinks are very limited with all inclusive you get only bottom shelf and access to 3 cocktail options that change each day. All the decent drinks and cocktails are locked behind “ultra all inclusive” which wasn’t noted on the hotel description so all inclusive is a lie
You can’t even get bottled water from the bar as this is changed extra and again locked behind ultra
The ultra all inclusive is €25 per person per day which is insanity
The rooms are decent but ours had a semi broken shower head, leaking shower door and an ant infestation
Empty mini fridge as all is paid extra
Loud pool area with no areas to relax
There are enough sun loungers and they are comfortable
Location, there is nothing around no restaurants no shops nothing at all, you have to get a taxi 10 miles to get to the main town to find anything
Everything around and in the resort is run down and old
Not worth the money it costs to stay here

Definitely not a 5 star hotel! We had booked a superior double room. The three of us were put in a small double room with a foldable bed that broke down frequently. No sofa, no seating possibilities. The booked garden view was not there, we looked directly onto the opposite house wall and neighbouring terrace. No privacy whatsoever. The booked All Inclusive turned out to be all inclusive basic, so only cheap wine or beer included. To be able to have a cocktail or prosecco you would have to book an additional “All Inclusive Premium”. Food trays were not refilled after the first wave of customers, so half of the food would be gone if we did not arrive early. Tables were not prepared for the next customer so we usually had to run around finding knifes and forks in the cupboards ourself. The public toilets of the hotel are old and not really clean. The hotel beach is not at the hotel but 400 meters away and drinks there are not included either. And the gym is smelly, the equipment is either broken, rusty and/or sticky, has not been cleaned in ages. All in all more in the likes of a 3 star hotel. Definitely not worth 5 stars as they proclaim.

Just returned after 7 days at Gaia Palace Hotel, just a few little niggles but nothing major.
Certainly not a 5 star hotel although the staff were 5 star, the deluxe apartments (as pictured) were very very close.
Food was manageable (just) and the beer very watered down and cheap wine on a pump, not the best.
Very strange to not had body wash in the bathroom especially with the so called 5 star rating.
Looking around the complex, I'd suggest the deluxe apartments where we were located were the newest, with its own pool and bar and opposite 5 standalone villas with private pool which were around €300 a night extra, absolutely not worth the money unless we missed a trick.
We even asked for a cost for one of the villas, was told they were free and a manager would make contact but never heard a thing, just told to go on the website and work out the difference - great upsell especillay when 4 of the 5 were empty.
Special mention to Alexis working the pool bar where we were located (Suite 648) really nice guy, clearly working hard and keeping everything clean.
Everywhere was absolutly spotless apart from ants everywhere, my wife had been eaten alive. And yes, by ants.
Not 3 star close to 4, its the staff and our apartment and apartment location that made it close to 4 star.
