Hotel perfection! My husband and I visited Kos for the first time last year in September to attend a relatives wedding. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had booked something special. Despite it being very late, the staff were friendly and tentative. Our cases were taken from us and we were driven in a little buggy to what we thought was our room, only to discover that we had been upgraded due to availability on the exact dates we were staying. The apartment was simply amazing, furnished with the very best and sparkling clean, and came with a private pool overlooking the beach. Over the coming days, we were constantly greeted and looked after by the best staff, and enjoyed beautiful food and well made drinks with complimentary snacks. In a matter of days, the staff remembered our habits, orders and previous conversations, making us feel so welcome. You can really relax in this hotel, with a choice of pools, sun lounger locations, a poolside bar, spa and gym. And it gets better ... while you may think that the hotel is a little secluded, you can get a bus outside the hotel into the Kos Town and rent whatever you want, such as cars, buggies and pushbikes (i recommend the electric bikes) from a local shop, who will deliver and collect from the hotel! So everything is at your fingertips to either relax in style or explore the island. We loved this hotel so much that we have booked this year. The facilities are very good quality and well organized around a large outdoor pool area. There is also an indoor pool with a jacuzzi. A suggestion for improvement: it would be good to put numbers on the outside of each block to identify the room groups. More than once we got confused about which room was ours... The gym is not very well equipped and some of the machines were faulty. Special mention for the staff: they were all highly educated and very friendly, always at the service of the customer and willing to help with any request. Well done to all of them! And the food... amazing every single time. Even if only for this reason, it is worth staying for several days. A highly recommended hotel.

Perfect Adults-Only Luxury Retreat - Our Second Visit! * Adults-only resort * Perfect for those seeking tranquillity * Swim-up rooms available * Private beach * Multiple pools * Excellent food & cocktails * Easy access to Kos town Our second visit to Diamond Deluxe Hotel in September 2025 exceeded even our high expectations from 2023. We had previously stayed in September 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed the calm, serene atmosphere and couldn’t wait to go back. It is located on a coastal road, about 30mins drive from the airport and 10mins drive from Kos town. It is a relatively undeveloped stretch of road, so there isn’t the usual array of shops, bars and restaurants that you might expect to find on your doorstep. The hotel gives a “wow” factor when you first arrive. It is an impressive resort, immaculately clean, well equipped, well maintained, picturesque gardens with fruit and olive trees, and friendly staff with a “can-do” attitude. From the front desk to the servers and the bar staff, nothing was too much trouble. You can tell they take pride in their hotel and their guest experience. Overall, we cannot rate Diamond Deluxe Hotel highly enough for a luxury, 5-star, adults-only getaway! We're already planning our third visit.

We stayed in September for our Honeymoon and had such a wonderful time we didn't want to leave! We adored the staff, they were beyond helpful and really friendly. Our room was gorgeous, clean and modern and being poolside was absolute bliss (it was so calm and the pool often empty). The breakfast choices were expansive, and while we went to Kos Town most evenings, the evening that we ate at the hotel the food was delicious and really well priced. Travelling in to Kos Town from the hotel was very easy - the lovely Paulina on reception helped us with a bus timetable (easy collection once an hour right outside the hotel) though we surprisingly we did get quite into the Hoppy scooters and used those to go town for a few evenings (great fun!). We treated ourselves to a couples massage at the spa which was the real icing on the cake - I was so relaxed my smart watch thought I was asleep. We really recommend as a place to stay and would come again in a heartbeat - thank you to all the staff for making our honeymoon so wonderful.

Everyone—from reception to housekeeping and restaurant service—was friendly, professional, and always attentive. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made the difference. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and spotless. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool area and outdoor spaces were just as impressive, perfect for relaxing in a calm and stylish environment. We also loved the restaurant: excellent food, great atmosphere, and staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. Overall, Diamond Deluxe Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return!
