We had the most incredible time here with our 3 year old. The service was beyond good. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming to our son, who can be a bit challenging at times. The kids club was very welcoming to him, which was a wonderful break for us parents! The hotel helped us organize a babysitter for a couple nights so we could enjoy time as a couple. And the property was luxurious and impeccably kept. The spa was a real escape-- try the hammam! The pool was perfect, and a large shallow pool for kids was amazing. Our son could play safely, and there was really good food available there. There are too many perfect details to describe. But let's just say I wish we would have booked our stay for more time! I will definitely be back! I wish I could give the place 7 starts. Congrats to the management on a job well done!

We had a truly brilliant stay at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a calm, luxurious atmosphere that makes it feel like a real escape. The room sizes are incredibly generous — particularly the family suites, which are spacious, elegant and extremely comfortable.
The location is ideal if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing, away from the intensity of central Marrakech, yet still close enough to dip into the city whenever you want to experience the buzz of the Medina. It offers the best of both worlds.
The food was excellent throughout our stay — high quality, beautifully presented and very generous in portion size. That said, the style of cooking is quite rich and indulgent. On half board, after a week, it can begin to feel a little heavy. It would be fantastic if the Asian fusion bar menu could be included within the half board offering, as it would provide some lighter options and more variety across a longer stay.
The bar itself is stunning, with a great drinks menu and lovely atmosphere. The only small point to note was some inconsistency in drink preparation — the same cocktail was served quite differently from one evening to the next. It feels like a small process or quality control refinement could elevate the experience even further.
At lunch, we found the restaurant menu slightly difficult to navigate. A few more casual, lighter options would make it easier to order something simple during the day.
On the activity side, the facilities are excellent. The gym is very well equipped, and the tennis and padel setup is particularly strong — a real highlight for anyone who enjoys staying active while away.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With a few small refinements, this hotel could move from excellent to truly exceptional.

I have stayed with Fairmont in Canada, however the Fairmont Royal Palms at Marrakech was a notch above. It is characterized by its pleasing architectural features beside a golf course, however the stand-out for me was the view of the snow-clad Atlas mountains which was truly mesmerising.
The personal service provided by the front desk and all other areas (house-keeping, room service, gym and spa) was very very special with a particular mention of their attention to detail. I was celebrating a special occasion with my wife, and my visit will always remain memorable with me. The experience that I received has encouraged me to visit the same property again with my daughter as well for next time

From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The property is breathtaking, lush gardens, and views that make you stop in your tracks. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make every moment special.
Our room was elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the spa, a little oasis of its own… truly a must.
Every detail was handled with care, and the service throughout our stay made us feel pampered from start to finish.

I had an amazing stay at the Royal Marrakech Fairmont, everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every single morning, and the service was fast and attentive. The golf course was absolutely stunning and a true pleasure to play. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was the best vacation I’ve had in a long time, and I would return in a heartbeat.
