From the moment we arrived, everything was pure perfection. The property is breathtaking, lush gardens, and views that make you stop in your tracks. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make every moment special.
Our room was elegant, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed the spa, a little oasis of its own… truly a must.
Every detail was handled with care, and the service throughout our stay made us feel pampered from start to finish.

I had an amazing stay at the Royal Marrakech Fairmont, everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every single morning, and the service was fast and attentive. The golf course was absolutely stunning and a true pleasure to play. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was the best vacation I’ve had in a long time, and I would return in a heartbeat.

Thank you for the wonderful birthday experience I received! The hotel is beautiful, very well decorated. The room was beautiful as well, with a very confortable bed. There was plenty of activities to do there and the fitness center was great also. The guest experience was perfect! The staff was very listening which made my birthday special. We felt like we were in a palace. I will definitely come back to the Fairmont of Marrakech!

Lovely stay with warm checkin and a big thanks to Imane from the guest service who took care of us and our daughter.
Only negative point is l’Olivier restaurant where service was not the one you would expect in this kind of 5* hotel and with these prices. Waiters not organised, service quality depending on your origin (several times got served after people who arrived later than us… or had to ask several time for the menu)
Same experience at the bar while suchis were excellent but waiters completely disorganised and not in a good mood)
Despite this the Suite was perfect, room service excellent, golf car driver cautious, ontime and always smilling. Cleaning staff wonderful. The hotel is lovely and quite, located outside Marrakech which makes it a little paradise compared to the noisy Jemaa Ifna place and Marrakech city centre
