Amazing experience here at Eftalia Splash with excellent weather and outstanding staff and personnel. The food throughout the day was great with lots of choice to suit any taste. Vedar, our bartender in the main pool area looked after us all the time. The amazing ladies at the waffle area and omelette station we're just amazing. Also the elderly lady that does the thin filled pankakes traditionally is such a dear person ❤️❤️❤️sooo hard-working.
Reception staff and Spa/massage personnel need to be praised as well. The two Balinese ladies Dewi and her colleague were amazing on our treatment hour.
This is definitely one of the must-goes this summer. Make sure you get a good deal and don't waste a minute. Just get yourself here quickly 🤗😁😁

Overall, Eftalia Splash Resort was okay, but there were a few notable drawbacks. During the first couple of days, a sewage-like smell lingered outside, which I suspect was due to a nearby treatment facility. When the wind shifted, the odour seemed to carry toward the hotel. Thankfully, the rest of the week was fine. On a positive note, the staff were consistently helpful and friendly.
Our room was reasonably clean but looked quite tired. The shower edges were worn, the showerhead was broken and clearly needed replacing, and the hot water was unreliable—luckily, we don’t mind cold showers.
We didn’t pay extra for the room safe or iron, as we felt these should be included in the all-inclusive package. As for the food, breakfast was disappointing—mostly processed items—so I stuck to a couple of boiled eggs, which suited me since I don’t usually eat breakfast at home. Lunch and dinner were better, with healthier options available, although the chicken was consistently dry and chewy. Overall, the food lacked flavour, though extra seasoning was available. We often chose to eat out instead. Pool bar snacks were slightly better.
The drink selection was poor. The tea was especially bad—often brewed far too long, resulting in a bitter, astringent taste due to tannin over-extraction. It was so unpleasant that the first thing we did upon returning home was make a proper cup of tea. Unless you paid extra, drink options were limited and overly sugary, so we mostly stuck to water or tea from the BurgerBar.
The pools and surrounding area were far too small for the number of guests. It only became enjoyable in the late afternoon when the crowds thinned. Water features like fountains and slides were great, but again, very busy during operating hours. The pool area was clean and well-maintained but extremely slippery—definitely wear suitable footwear.
There’s plenty for kids to do, and they’ll love it. Entertainment for adults was decent, but children’s activities could be improved. For example, the kids’ dance featured the same songs every day. That said, the kids’ entertainer was fantastic—very engaging and great with children.
The hotel lobby and check-in area were clean and welcoming. The outdoor areas were cleaned daily. Unfortunately, the resort isn’t close to any particularly nice beaches. One end of the beach is sandy, but the rest is rough and uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.
In summary, we did enjoy our holiday, but we wouldn’t return to this resort—mainly because it’s a couple of hours by coach from the airport. Next time we visit Turkey, we’ll look for somewhere with less travel involved. Turkey itself is a fantastic destination with plenty of fun activities. Our favourites were the Jeep Safari and the Pirate Ship excursion.

Really enjoyed our stay at Eftalia Splash Resort. Food selection was good, cocktails were nice and the resort had everything we needed. Staff worked hard to keep everyone happy. Great value for money!

Amazing holiday at Eftalia Splash Resort! The water park was brilliant, food was tasty every day and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Perfect place for families and couples. Would definitely come back again!

Had such a good time at Eftalia Splash Resort. Clean rooms, great pools and loads of activities during the day. The evening entertainment was really fun too. Highly recommend for a sunny holiday!
