Amazing experience here at Eftalia Splash with excellent weather and outstanding staff and personnel. The food throughout the day was great with lots of choice to suit any taste. Vedar, our bartender in the main pool area looked after us all the time. The amazing ladies at the waffle area and omelette station we're just amazing. Also the elderly lady that does the thin filled pankakes traditionally is such a dear person ❤️❤️❤️sooo hard-working.
Reception staff and Spa/massage personnel need to be praised as well. The two Balinese ladies Dewi and her colleague were amazing on our treatment hour.
This is definitely one of the must-goes this summer. Make sure you get a good deal and don't waste a minute. Just get yourself here quickly 🤗😁😁

I am posting this publicly so that senior management is forced to intervene, investigate their kitchen staff, and sort out these severe health violations immediately. Our family holiday was completely ruined, and this horrific experience has put us off all-inclusive holidays for life. The only decent things about this resort are the rooms, the pool, the spa, and the fake goods store. Everything else is a total disaster and an active danger to paying guests.Child Made Sick & Broken Contract: Before booking, the resort explicitly promised they would accommodate my daughter's needs by cooking plain chicken or a jacket potato. Once they took our money, they flat-out refused to help. Because of their negligence, my daughter became physically sick. Leaving a child ill with no safe food options is completely unforgivable.Severe Cross-Contamination & Illness: The kitchen has zero understanding of basic hygiene or food safety. My wife suffered from excruciating stomach cramps, and my mum also became very ill. Neither of them could safely eat a single thing for the rest of the trip. Management completely dismissed our complaints and showed zero care that their food was actively poisoning guests.Rude, Hostile Chefs: When we tried speaking directly to the kitchen staff to find safe food, the chefs were incredibly horrible, rude, and refused to help us. Furthermore, they speak no English, creating a dangerous barrier when trying to communicate serious food allergies.Repulsive Food (Worse Than Green Canyon): For a resort of this size, you expect high-quality dining. Instead, the food is complete rubbish. They cannot even cook basic rice properly. The chips, nuggets, burgers, and even the cakes all taste completely awful. The food on our local Green Canyon boat tour was lovely and miles better than the horrific stuff served at this resort.Isolated Trapping Point with No Amenities: The resort is located a far way out of everything. There are no bank machines (ATMs) anywhere near the property. Even a basic Migros market requires an exhausting walk of over 15 minutes. Outside excursions are highly marked up and expensive because you are trapped with no local transport options.Extreme Slips & Trips Liability: The floors across the entire property are dangerously slippery with absolutely no safety mats or warning signs. This resort is completely unsafe for young children, the elderly, or anyone with mobility limitations.TO MANAGEMENT: Do not reply to this with a generic, automated apology. Look into your kitchen staff, discipline the rude chefs who refused to help a sick child, and address the severe cross-contamination immediately. We are reporting these hygiene and safety failures directly to the tourism board and health authorities. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Mostly, we were very happy with our stay. Our room was spacious, two bedrooms. Clean, big enough for a family of five. Our view wasn't nice as it faced out to the front street and we were a low level but that didn't bother us that much. The pools are great, could be hard to get a sunbed sometimes and other times were a lot easier. Always water available and free which we thought was great. Mostly the staff were nice, friendly and helpful. There was a few exceptions to that, these ones were very moody and unhelpful. I do try to reason with the fact that they have their own lives, maybe have things going on, it's warm ect but mostly one woman was just rude and miserable. The food was good, there was something for everyone. The snacks were basic but average to what you would expect at most of these all inclusives. The burgerland is a great addition, especially for a late night grab, basic but works. The cleaning staff for the lunch/dinner area are great and deserve all the praise. Location is also great and we enjoyed Eftalia Island. We adored the workers in the shop/who ran the shop, inside the hotel. Extremely friendly and fair, their prices either matched or were better than most of the shops outside. The main shop that was for drinks, pool floats, snacks ect is ridiculously priced, worth going outside for drinks and snacks. The entertainment was good each night, everyone again was friendly and engaging. We had two incidents, one in which we were disappointed with how the staff at the hotel responded and one where they responded better. The first was our 4 year old nephew burning himself. The actual incident itself was not the fault of the hotel more that of a very fast and curious toddler. However, the aftermath was very poor. We had zero help from staff, we were rushing an injured 4 year old to the toilet to run his hand under cold water. The first toilet was far too busy so ran up to the next floor. The disabled toilet didn't have running water. I took him next into the women's toilet, only one tap worked out of two. As I ran his burnt blistered hand under the water, while he was a screaming and in pain, we had 6 different people move us so they could wash their hands, two of them being staff members. One of them was a female security guard who was being sick behind us and then moved us to wash her hands, fix her hair and her clothes while I had to tell a screaming 4 year old who was in agony to wait. I feel common sense and priority of the situation should have taken place and a child with a burn needs the water more at that point (the others had time to go to another toilet to wash their hands) when asking for first aid they didn't have anything we needed thankfully I had my own bag that we got and when my nephew started to be sick they had no sick bags although they did offer a laundry bag. It was slow to get help although I think the language barrier didn't help. After we got him bandaged up, eventually a staff member came asking if he was ok and mentioned he could call a doctor in. That wasn't needed and the doctors opened in the morning so we chose not to do that. I feel in emergencies the staff could and should have done better and more first aid care in the hotel should be available even if it's late and there's no doctor. This was and is, our only downfall. Another incident was a grown polish man screaming at my teenage son and 18 year old autistic child. The guest relations was amazing and issued a warning to the man. We will probably make an effort to come back and probably for more days as 7 wasn't enough.

We’ve had a holiday here last month, it was so good even though the milk was a bit iffy since I was a British citizen. We went to markets to get food and all that, it was a awesome experience but that hot weather got me!
