I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent and the overall experience was truly memorable. The hotel atmosphere, service, and hospitality were outstanding, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay.
A special thank you to Roza and Idle at the Spa, who were both very professional, welcoming, and provided exceptional service at very reasonable prices. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the spa experience truly relaxing.
In Food & Beverages, Cemre was incredibly active, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service with a very positive and friendly attitude. She made every interaction pleasant.
I would also like to thank Serap from Guest Relations, who was extremely helpful and provided clear and useful information during our stay, always with kindness and professionalism.
At Peppermint Restaurant, the restaurant captain delivered one of the best services I have experienced. The professionalism, attentiveness, and care towards guests were exceptional.
The buffet manager and buffet staff were also lovely, very organized, friendly, and always ensuring that everything was perfect for the guests. Their service made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
A special mention to the night manager at the bar, who was energetic, fun, and created a fantastic atmosphere in the evening.
Overall, the hotel is excellent in every aspect – service, hospitality, and guest care. Everything was perfect, and I truly loved my stay. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

A budget hotel giving value for money, I found sleep to be an issue, as could hit air system running 24/7 making it very difficult to fall asleep. In addition the materials in bedding made me sweat profusely even when room temperature was cool. Bathroom OK with good shower, fridge and coffee making facilities as per the norm, however, min-bar not refreshed, just bottled water for making drinks. Room clean and airy.
Service was generally good, however, staff did constantly walk straight across in front of guests which I thought was quite rude. Staff often congregated by exit doors to smoke which was very unpleasant for non-smoking guests.
Reception desk always helpful.
Good selection of venues to get a drink.
Food ok for budget hotel, however, as a diabetic struggled to get a suitable complete diet.
Location good for the Bazaars and beaches, with local Migros supermarket only some 100 metres away.
This is not a nightlife resort, it is a hub for shopping and dental/cosmetic treatments, so expect many guests to be fully utilising hotel bar facilities, with one running 24/7

I stayed here for 4 days, probably the best hotel ever!!
The service was incredible👍 When I wanted chips they straight away gave them.
The food, the food was delicious, some times I got pizza, it's not really what you want but I still had it.
The bar, the bar was amazing, when I asked for the milk shake they gave it with in 10 second!!
The pool was not the worst but just a bit deep and cold but it was still fun.
The room, I did find a few hairs that weren't mine besides that the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean!!
Thats my review of grand park Lara!

We had a lovely stay at Grand Park Lara and felt it was excellent value for money, especially as we travelled off-peak at the end of March for one week. We went with our husband and toddler, and it was a really enjoyable family holiday.
The food was great with plenty of variety, and everything—from the food areas to the restaurants—was very clean and well maintained. The children’s facilities were excellent, including a fantastic playground that our son absolutely loved. He had such a great time throughout the stay.
The hotel itself was impeccably clean, including the pools, which were well looked after. There were lots of facilities to enjoy, including multiple pools and an excellent hammam in the hotel. The pool bar was also a highlight—really tasty drinks and snacks.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to our experience.
Our only minor point is that the standard room was a bit small, but we managed fine as that was our choice. It’s worth noting that they do offer larger family room options.
Overall, we had no complaints and would definitely recommend Grand Park Lara for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday.

The hotel room was filthy, not to our standards. Curtains fell down twice. The floor in the room never got cleaned while we was there. The bathroom floor was definitely not cleaned, there was, what i think was an old plaster left on the floor tge whole duration we stayed. Staff at the reception were rude and never even cracked a smile. The shops in the hotel are a rip off. Got charged 4 and euros for a litre of milk---terrible. The Rep over charged us for a trip. I spoke to him about it, he said he would speak to his manager about it. Didn't seem to be bothered to be honest because hes already took our money. The food wasn't to our families taste and not enough variety for children in the main restaurant. The jacket potatoes and waffles were lovely. There was Cats everywhere, all staff didn't seem to care.
The entertainment wasn't up to much.
During are stay it rained for the first 2 days, which i understand can't be helped. The thing am getting at is that there was areas where the rain was dripping through the ceiling and there was buckets out to catch it but still making the floor treacherous. I witnessed a young girl slip and crack her head on the floor.
Would like to say a thank you to Serap on Customer Relations. She was so helpful with our situation. She dealt with it in a very professional manner. She is a lovely lady.
This hotel says it a 4 star its more like a 2 star. Would not return to this hotel.
