Smallish, but had nice rooms, pool, slides. Also good Shops and nice private beach.
Great service throughout from all the staff.
Good food too,
Not much to do, could do with more Entertainment & facilities. And another issue was there was only one bar at open at night.

Absolutely awful experience. The hotel was dirty from the start, and the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive – especially toward English guests. The food was terrible, repetitive, and barely edible. On top of that, the air conditioning constantly leaked water all over the room, and the beds were like rocks – impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
If you value cleanliness, decent service, or even basic comfort, avoid this place at all costs.

A very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms. I never been in such an amazing one, with polite staff service, nice pool and wonderful massage - it helped a lot for my back! I really enjoyed my time here, and I’m sure I will come back here. Kids are welcome, and there is peaceful vibe around. Food is very good, you have everything you can think off here, a lot to choose. I had a wonderful time

The area around this hotel is great. A fantastic waterpark and sea life show and nice beach. All just access the road so no need to book an excursion at extra cost. There is a shop in the hotel - it is pricey and service is poor. Use either first shop (market) on left as you exit for best service or go into the large outlet to the right as you look out to sea (basement level, first shop on left) for best value. Some hotel staff were great and a pleasure.
Unfortunately, that is the end of the positives. Drinks come in tiny disposable plastic cups like ones attached to water fountains so you find yourself constantly waiting for drink at the bar. Air conditioning is hit and miss, the restaurant is really hot and humid. Yet, the food was nearly always tepid. The pool area is fairly small and it is hard to get a seat. Get down there with a towel by 7am if you want a chance (people were putting towels out at 5:30am). The kids didn't like much of the food and we struggled to find something enjoyable at every meal. Breakfast tends to be fried eggs or pancakes or eggy bread and a doughnut type thing each day or salads or other random items. The electric goes out randomly and people get trapped in the lifts (which take a frustrating amount of time to arrive when they work). The entire hotel is in darkness sometimes for seconds and other times for a number of unpleasant minutes. Music often includes swearing which I watched a man complain about but this continued the next day. Bottle of water was first day only and safe plus WiFi are extra costs. Very limited basics provided, running out of shower gels, towels, and loo paper. The tap falls apart when used and shower temperature is dangerously variable. When we arrived late one of the kids beds were missing which we waited 30 mins for and needed to follow up. Finally, the beds are very firm (which our kids like but we did not).
If this hotel had described itself as two star, I would have been fairly content. However, the positives were very much outside of the hotel whilst paying for a pretty decent hotel. It was not the cheapest but booked because of the slides. We would love to return to the area but not the hotel

The worst welcome and vacation experience at this hotel. It doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. The food was always the same, with meat fried in oil from a deep fryer. There were no rules, smoking while eating and on sunbeds at the pool. The cleaning wasn't thorough, and towels weren't changed daily. The room doors didn't lock. We don't recommend this place.
