Positives. As out of season no fight for sunbeds. Great little water slides for the kids.cocktails.even though in little plastic cups were nice.weather lovely.room big n. Clean ideally placed but unfortunately was stinky . Hotel was actually really clean Great in-house photographer.worth every penny linen all clean. Great location 2 the beach So bad stuff.none of the staff were particularly friendly. Many of guests were actually quite rude n pushy. 9pm 5 songs for kids that was it..struggled a bit with food . Good if u like olives.mozarella.salad leaves and many dips.7 euros for WiFi. Not bad really.reception staff miserable. Let's end on a positive. Met some fellow brits totally made the holiday. The kids had a total blast even if they did have chips every meal. Wouldn't return again .but we made priceless ❤️ family memories xx

The staff, especially the front desk, were extremely rude and unprofessional. Any request or question was met with indifference and attitude. There was no willingness to help, and problems were simply ignored. Their behavior completely ruined the stay. The air conditioning did not work at all. We reported it to the front desk and were told “we’ll take care of it,” but no one ever came. Breakfast was a total disaster: stale food, very limited options, and poor hygiene. On top of that, the noise level made it impossible to sleep; the rooms have absolutely no sound insulation.

Review – Asrin Beach Hotel
Rating: 0/5
A huge disappointment! We have been spending our summer holidays in Alanya for five years, but we have never had such a terrible experience.
Beach & pool: There are almost never any free sunbeds on the beach or by the pool, no matter what time you come. There are no umbrellas, only a net that provides no proper shade and it is unbearably hot underneath. On the second day of our stay, an older security guard in a white T-shirt, standing at the entrance to the beach, offered us a deal – if we gave him money “under the table,” he would secure sunbeds for us during our entire stay. Absolutely disgraceful and highly unprofessional!
Safety & infrastructure: Power outages are very frequent in the hotel. We got stuck in the elevator twice, which has no ventilation – extremely dangerous!
Hygiene & rooms: The cleaning staff rarely changed towels or bed linen (only three times in 15 days). Even though we complained many times at the reception about the hygiene in our room, nothing was done.
Food & offer: The food is poor, with very little meat available. Evenings are often chaotic due to drunk guests. Alcohol is served until 11 p.m., but the hotel shop sells it afterwards, so people continue drinking and behaving inappropriately, with no security paying attention.
Positive: The only bright side of our stay was the massage. Special thanks to Mercan (Merdža), who is truly dedicated to her work and completely professional. Her sports massages were fantastic – she has a strong and firm grip, which is essential for this type of treatment. Thanks to her, we at least managed to improve our mood and enjoy some moments during this disappointing stay.
Conclusion: This hotel is absolutely not recommended. Poor organization, unprofessional staff, lack of hygiene and safety. We will never choose Asrin Beach again!

Absolutely awful experience. The hotel was dirty from the start, and the staff were incredibly rude and dismissive – especially toward English guests. The food was terrible, repetitive, and barely edible. On top of that, the air conditioning constantly leaked water all over the room, and the beds were like rocks – impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
If you value cleanliness, decent service, or even basic comfort, avoid this place at all costs.

Let me just start off with how awful the breakfast is , the cereals are all tasteless and are served with warm milk. The fruit such as watermelon are warm. However, the lunch was actually quite decent and the dinner is okay as well. Furthermore, you'll never find a spot to sit around the pool as people from early morning will 'claim seats ' by putting their towels onto a bed. For being an all inclusive 4* hotel you have to pay for your WiFi which cuts out randomly. The worst of it all is the hazards this hotel consists off, water in main reception leaking from a fountain causing 3 people to fall / trip in the space of 15 minutes and injure themselves. Towels were changed every 2 days which is okay I guess. Air conditioning is also quite poor. This cannot be a 4* hotel it just doesn't make sense!!
