I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff truly made the experience even more special. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help.
A very special thank you to Christos, Antonios, Mill, and Anstazios for their outstanding hospitality and incredible service. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference.
The only area that could use some improvement is the room service, as it was a little slow at times. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Nice room with private pool. Bathroom had some wear & tear. Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was very good! Only a small downside that i didn’t have an omeletstation. Perfect location within 10 minutes of Old Town Chania/harbour. Diner restaurant also very good as well as the lunch that you can eat on your sunbed. We stayed as a couple, it is recommended but even more with kids! The staff was wonderfull with the kids. 9/10!

We travelled to Domes Zeen Chania with our 16-month-old and had an absolutely wonderful time. The resort has a great human scale — intimate and cosy, yet with everything you need to feel truly comfortable.
The staff are the real highlight. Warm, attentive, and genuinely caring — especially with our baby. They noticed every little detail and were always one step ahead. You feel truly looked after, not just checked in.
Baby facilities are excellent — everything is available and the team is proactive about it. The Kids Club is fantastic, welcoming children from 4 months old. The staff there are professional, Montessori-inspired, and wonderfully adaptable with the tiniest guests. ❤️
Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view and a lovely pool. The food at the Restaurant Beach House is good — fresh ingredients and generous portions. It leans international rather than strictly local Greek, and some dishes are a little heavy on the sauce, but for the price, the value is great. The Brunch is very good 😜
One honest note: the hotel beach is quite small and pebbly — the only thing we found a bit disappointing. Worth planning a day trip to the nearby beaches!
Overall, a rare gem that combines boutique charm with genuine family friendliness. We would absolutely come back. Highly recommended! 🙌

Absolutely amazing start to our honeymoon at Domes Zeen. From the second we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The entire staff is so welcoming and kind. The concierge was incredibly helpful in making local recommendations and helped us book a boat tour which was amazing. The rooms, restaurants, and pool were all stunning. We loved the wine tasting and olive oil tasting activities that were complimentary during our stay. We were able to easily walk into town from the resort - a nice surprise - but felt it was still remote enough to truly relax and unplug. We will absolutely be back!

Best for: Couples, special occasions and anyone looking for a peaceful luxury resort near Chania.
Pros: The views are exceptional, the rooms are beautifully designed, the gardens are impressive, and the pools and restaurants are excellent. The overall atmosphere is calm, exclusive and luxurious.
Cons: The service wasn’t always consistent. Our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day, the golf cart service failed to arrive twice, the room phone didn’t work on the first day, and there was garbage left in front of our garden. We also had two billing issues at the Beach House restaurant.
Rooms: 9.5/10. Stylish, spacious and very comfortable.
Views & Grounds: 10/10. The sea views and landscaped gardens are exceptional.
Dining: 9.2/10. Very good restaurants and high-quality food, although the billing issues at the Beach House were disappointing.
Service: 8/10. The staff were generally friendly, but several avoidable issues prevented this from being excellent.
Value: 8.7/10. Expensive, but the setting, rooms and facilities make it largely worth the price.
Tip: If possible, book a room with a private pool. The views and the private outdoor space are some of the best parts of the resort.
Would I come back? Yes. The service issues were frustrating, but the incredible setting, rooms, gardens, pools and restaurants still make it a resort I’d happily return to.
