I wish we didn’t have to leave! Our room was amazing with the private pool. The curtain opened up if we wanted the view or we could close for privacy. The food was amazing. We went to the Topos restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We loved the hospitality the moment you walk in the door all the way through your departure. Thank you!

I booked this via the Amex Platinum. I was very happy to get an upgraded room with a beautiful beach view and a massive private pool. The pool was heated but still a little chilly in October because of the outside temperature. Service was phenomenal as I was able to what's app message and get my car and any other requests. The food at the resort was also very good and they have a gym and spa. Access to the sauna, steam room and indoor pool are included with a reservation. I would recommend if you're in a hurry to tell your waiter, otherwise lunch or dinner can take some time. Also there is a cooking class nearby (15 min drive) that is wonderful called Chania cooking class Crete.

We stayed at Domes Noruz Chania the end of September for 10 days and it was the perfect retreat from start to finish.
All of the staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, attentive and couldn’t have done more for us. They really made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.
My boyfriend and I are into our fitness and the gym facilities were excellent, one of the best we’ve seen at a hotel. He also used the sauna every day and loved it! The whole hotel had such a relaxed easygoing vibe, no stress about getting sunbeds or queues at breakfast.
The location is perfect too, right on the beach and within walking distance to lots of lovely restaurants and spots to explore.
A really special touch was on my boyfriend’s birthday, while we were out the team surprised us with a cake and a bottle in the room.
Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations- beautiful surroundings, amazing service and a wonderful atmosphere that made it feel truly special. We left feeling completely recharged and can’t wait to come back again soon!

My husband and I spent about a week at Domes Noruz for our honeymoon in late April 2026. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was probably the best overall experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the pool and ocean. We had a room with a plunge pool, which was heated to the perfect temperature to swim in the 70 degree weather we had. The meals were also exceptional. I highly recommend doing the half board, it was definitely worth it. We had our favorite meals on the island at the Topos restaurant. We also did a couples massage at the hotel spa. We had a great experience there as well, and got to use the spa indoor pool, which was nice on rainier/windy days. The thing that really sets this hotel apart from others is the service. Every single hotel employee was so kind and so accommodating. The Topos employees are wonderful and really set the tone for your day, which was always warm, friendly, and relaxing. The cleaning staff were also very kind and did an exceptional job. The staff in the main lobby were also amazing. They helped us book dinner reservations, taxis, and gave great recommendations. They also sent us a cake and bottle of champagne to our room to congratulate us on our marriage. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re questioning which hotel to stay at in Crete, pick this one!
