Recently stayed two weeks at this resort which was our second time. Noticeable that the standard was not as high as our first visit.
We were issued with a room on the annex side. Bear in mind, if you book a standard room there's no way of knowing whether you will be in the main building or the annex. Most likely the annex across the road, as this is where the bulk of standard rooms are located it seems. This is a longer walk from the main amenities, pool, and beach access. The view from some rooms on the annex side are also somewhat unsightly, backing onto bushes and a hilly roadside. Photos attached to illustrate our room and view.
WiFi: Poor connection throughout the hotel. Found it very tough to regularly connect.
Entertainment: Still relies heavily on reps going sunbed to sunbed shouting and courting interest, with no separate area for darts and competitions, which they seem to inconveniently host right next to the bar. Would make sense to create a separate entertainment space with more professional promotion (I.e: tannoys, prizes, TVs). From observation, there is only one small noticeboard listing daily entertainment information. Pool and table tennis facilities also need refurb and the gym is very outdated.
Sunbeds: problem still persists with people claiming before they use and then not fairly utilising during the day. Is an issue the hotel needs to address somehow.
Pool bar area: Often no coffee cups in the morning around 10am due to clash with breakfast in main food court. Had to ask for these to be stocked on three occasions.
Private beach area although non-hotel guests encroach right next to sunbeds, pitching umbrellas and tents. Often made it tough navigating. Needs a boundary rope ideally to section off the area for hotel staff and allow suitable entry and exit.
Also worth pointing out that the area leading out the back of the hotel onto the beach is a landing area for paragliders. Is great to watch and adds to the local scenery although there are no formal safety assistants employed by the paragliding companies looking out for bystanders, so you do need to have your wits about you and watch out for incoming landings when crossing onto the beach. We did see a couple of near misses.
In my opinion, this hotel essentially seems to market itself mainly on its location, which is excellent, although this is closer to a four star than five star hotel in my opinion.
Special mention to the hotel staff, who all appear to work tirelessly and are very helpful, in particular Mazlum (pool and dinner area), Fethi (beach attendant) and Havva (cleaning staff). The food is also very good.

My very first visit to this hotel and I can guarantee it won't be my last.
The location is perfect, all staff are most helpful and friendly, the food is excellent.
I have stayed in the area before mainly situated between Olu Deniz and fethiye but this time I decided to stay on the beach front in Olu Deniz. I had a standard room location in the annex.
The room was of good quality and everything worked perfectly from the air conditioning to the shower. Ideally the standard rooms could do with an update as they looked a little dated but the build quality was clearly visible and I couldn't really fault it.
The TUI rep was very professional and his name was Tugay.
Chefs, waiters, waitresses, cleaners, bar staff, reception, guest relations, animation team, beach sunbed staff, garden maintenance staff, security, towels service staff are all amazing.
I guarantee you'll never go hungry here as there is always a great selection of food.
For myself this was intended to be a relaxing holiday and I certainly did that.
The Sunday roast was a special touch as I didn't even know that was done on the Sunday.
I love the fact you can walk onto the seafront and there is a dedicated part of the beach that is specifically for Belchekiz Beach guests only with free sunbeds and parasols.
I will look forward to returning for another holiday at the Belchekiz Beach Club.

Belcekiz Beach Club in Ölüdeniz is an absolute gem and easily one of the best holiday experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless — the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.
The location is unbeatable, right by the stunning blue lagoon with breathtaking views of the mountains and sea. Waking up to that scenery every day was something special. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush gardens that give the whole place a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The food was another highlight — a great variety, always fresh, and something for everyone. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality was consistently excellent. The entertainment and activities were also well-organised, offering a good balance between fun and relaxation without ever feeling overwhelming.
Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The whole resort has a welcoming, friendly vibe that makes it easy to switch off and enjoy your holiday.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Belcekiz Beach Club to anyone looking for a relaxing yet vibrant getaway in Turkey. Truly a 5-star experience

We had a wonderful holiday at Belcekiz Beach Hotel in Ölüdeniz and were very satisfied!
We would especially like to mention the cuisine. The food was simply excellent: a huge selection of dishes, everything was fresh, delicious, and varied. Every day there was an opportunity to try something new. And the desserts were simply amazing! Special thanks to the chefs for their skill!
The hotel staff deserve the highest praise. All the employees were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks to their care, you truly feel like a welcome guest.
The room cleaning was also of an excellent standard.

My stay at Belcekiz Beach Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was made to feel like royalty throughout my entire stay.
The rooms were the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The beds were immaculate, and the room was cleaned and fully restocked every single day to an exceptionally high standard.
The location is perfect – right on the beachfront. The hotel also has a shop, spa, restaurant, and other great facilities on-site. It's also literally around the corner from the main strip, so everything is within easy walking distance. As an added bonus, if you eat at the Hang Out Restaurant, you receive a 20% discount on your bill just for being a guest at Belcekiz Beach Hotel.
I could go on, but you get the idea – everything exceeded my expectations!
I'd also like to mention something important. I had seen some reviews from people of colour expressing concerns about their experiences, but I can honestly say that my experience was the complete opposite. As a person of colour myself, I felt genuinely welcomed, respected, and well looked after throughout my stay.
I will definitely be returning, and if possible, I'd love to stay in the same room again – Room 212 (Deluxe Double). Thank you to everyone at Belcekiz Beach Hotel for making my holiday so memorable! 😀
