Our recent stay at Caramel Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their genuine hospitality and readiness to respond to all our requests. Their friendly demeanor added to the warm and inviting atmosphere of the hotel.
The calm vibes prevalent throughout the property created a perfect retreat from our busy lives. We particularly enjoyed the evening buffet, which was nothing less than a culinary delight. The spread was rich, diverse, and catered to all our tastes, making it a highlight of our stay.
Another fantastic experience was the performance by a local band near the pool. Their music created an enjoyable ambiance, enhancing our relaxation as we lounged by the water.
Additionally, our kids had a blast at Grecoland! The crew there was fantastic, providing fun activities that kept the children entertained, allowing us some much-needed downtime.
Overall, our experience at Caramel Hotel was memorable, and we can't wait to return for another blissful getaway! Highly recommend for families and couples alike!

This hotel is getting 5 stars primarily because of the amazing staff. Extremely attentive and helpful without ever seeking either over-baring or forced. They were super friendly and kind at all times. The gardening and pool areas are very well maintained and pretty. The rooms were highly stylish and nicely finished. Especially the marble bathrooms.
Two small things- we did have a lot of ants in our room although they did come in many times a day to clear them up. They had however upgraded us to a massive house and the ants were in the downstairs which we had no need to utilize to it didn’t present a major problem. Also the aircon didn’t seem to do much but it wasn’t sweltering.
Breakfast was high quality and generous and we enjoyed the lunch menu as well. Quite a few nice places to eat near by as well.

We had the most amazing time at Caramel! From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. The waiters were always smiling and nothing was ever too much for them.
A huge thank you to Alex, the hotel manager, who was incredibly warm and welcoming with our whole family - he really made our stay feel extra special and relaxing. We would also love to thank the reception team and the cleaners, who were just as lovely and made everything feel effortless throughout our stay.
It was our first time at Caramel but our second stay at a Grecotel, and honestly both experiences have been 5⭐️. It just makes us want to explore even more Grecotel hotels in the future.
Thank you again to everyone at Caramel for such a lovely holiday - we left feeling happy, relaxed and already wanting to come back!

We have been to the Caramel four times now, and every time our expectations have been exceeded. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive; absolutely committed to providing an excellent experience. Breakfast and dinner are of superior choice and quality, so we went for half-board this time and have no regrets. The hotel is child-friendly, and while it is not in any way noisy or annoying, expect a few little humans having a good time.

I stayed here in early September, and this hotel was absolutely filthy. Our room was infested with ants, and the smell of sewage was overwhelming. We paid nearly $600 per night. Multiple guests experienced the same issues.
When our booking partner requested to cancel the reservation, Manager Maria refused to approve it. We were moved to another room that was even worse. One night we woke up covered in ants; another night, the odor was so unbearable we had to sleep outside.
I uploaded a video of the ants and a photo of the sewage trucks outside our window, which did nothing to improve the smell. Other guests who stayed here a month earlier reported the same problems, so these issues are clearly ongoing. This was a terrible experience, and I strongly caution others against staying here.
Despite a promise to take care of us, we were comped a couple drinks and rudely told to deal with it.
Edit - After posting this review, we received a ~$400 credit against ~$1700 we paid for our three night stay. This credit was promised to us nearly 2 months ago but never executed. The Manager asked me to take down the review. I indicated I would not because that would not be fair representation of our experience.
