The people are helpful and nice. A very nice lady at the Reception assisted us with swapping of rooms due to quite a noisy AC unit in our first room. No questions asked, no excuses. The beach is quiet and one can find a place to rest. There's a swimming pool for kids in the hotel. The food was good. It's 20 minutes from the airport. All good! Go and check it out.

We've just spent 11 days in this hotel:
Hotel with the best food I've ever had in hotels. Very good quality food!!! The only thing that needs to be improved is the quality of the snack food.
The rooms are large and always clean every day. Bath towels changed every day and bottles of water available.
A big thank you to Tonia and Pedro from the restaurant, who were always very friendly, and Yuria, the hotel manager, who was always willing to help.
The beach is also very good, clean and when the flag is green the sea is beautiful!
The hotel's only downside is the entertainment. Very, very bad. There are days when there is no mini disco for the children, there is no entertainment in the pool, always the same games (water-polo), many times of the day there is no music in the pool, the head of the entertainment team can't even motivate people to sign up for the games. The evening entertainment was also very poor.
I would advise the hotel to review the entertainment team and I think everything will be up to scratch by then

Exceptional Service Shines Through Dated Decor
Our recent last-minute stay at the Bella Beach Hotel was a real mix of experiences, but ultimately, the incredible staff and vibrant atmosphere won us over. While the hotel's infrastructure could certainly use an update, the level of service we received was truly five-star.
The Good:
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Despite booking the cheapest room just a day in advance, we were immediately upgraded to a lovely room with a sea view. The staff helped with our luggage, gave us a thorough tour, and even sent a complimentary platter of fruit and snacks to our room—a wonderful touch.
The food was another highlight. The main restaurant offered a great variety of delicious options, which was especially impressive given the affordable price of our stay. It far surpassed the quality of a much more expensive hotel we had stayed at earlier in our trip.
What truly made our stay memorable was the customer relations manager, who consistently went above and beyond. When a specialty restaurant was fully booked, she managed to secure a table for us. She also arranged a special table for us in the garden of the main restaurant, making our evening feel extra special.
The entertainment team was fantastic. They were full of contagious energy, always encouraging guests to join in activities like volleyball, yoga, and various kids' clubs without being pushy. Their positive mood really added to the fun and relaxing holiday atmosphere.
The Not-So-Good:
The hotel's main drawback is its aging infrastructure. The shower heads in both rooms we used were in desperate need of replacement, and the room we used for a late checkout actually flooded after one shower. We also noticed some vegetation growing between the tiles in the main pool.
Cleanliness was another issue. The windows in our room were dirty, and it was clear that many surfaces hadn't been dusted in a very long time. In the main restaurant, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat, making it uncomfortably warm on a couple of occasions.
Finally, the "sunbed wars" were a real frustration. Guests would reserve sunbeds by the pool and beach with towels before 7 a.m. and often not return for hours. This meant we had to do the same just to get a spot, which was a bit of a hassle.
Overall:
If you're looking for a pristine, modern resort, this might not be the place for you. However, if you value exceptional service, a lively atmosphere, and great food, the Bella Beach Hotel offers fantastic value. The staff's dedication to making our stay enjoyable more than made up for the physical shortcomings of the property.

We went for a week.
Food was top quality; very well prepared with lots of variety.
High point for us was the staff, who went out of their way to make us very comfortable.
It's the people that make the place and the staff certainly did that!
Took advantage of spa for massages which were superb.
Also, took advantage of both Greek restaurant and fish restaurants which we thought were exceptional.

We stayed at the Bella Beach Hotel for six days as a family group of 10, ranging in age from 15 to 75. Every one of us thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality, kindness, and efficiency of the entire staff. From the porter (David) and the front desk team to the sports activity instructors, chef, catering staff, and especially the dining room manager, Antonia — everyone made our stay truly enjoyable. Antonia, in particular, provided the personal touch with a constant smile. We definitely plan to return to this welcoming resort and will gladly recommend it to our friends.
