Stayed for one night solo in a Superior King room. The room was very spacious and the bed was huge. The furniture is very modern and visually pleasing. There were plenty of amenities, including a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was a dream. Unfortunately I missed breakfast, so I can’t make a statement on that I’m afraid, though judging by my overall experience I’m sure it would’ve been very good as well. Definitely can recommend!

The hotel is beautiful. The overall feel was very stylish and slick. Check in was smooth, reception staff are very nice. We got our room early which was very convenient.
Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy.
We went to the bar a few times during our stay. It was cosy, and drinks weren't too expensive. The staff, however, all seemed a bit distant. They all did their job perfectly well, but there was a lack of warmth or welcoming from any staff in the bar. This extended into the staff for breakfast as well. They did their jobs, but we felt that they were all unhappy to be there.
I've worked hotels in the past and I know how customer work can feel, but it read as if they were in a poor working environment.
Again, I can't fault their work, they did their jobs just fine, it just felt very awkward interacting with them.
At night, our room was difficult to sleep in. There were distracting ambient noises, water running overhead, hums and bangs. There was a bright green light coming from our room door. Neither of us had a good night's sleep. The heating in the room seemed to be broken as well. We could not get it to heat the room at all.
It was a shame as the room was very nice. The shower was lovely, the room was nice and clean. Our view left a lot to be desired but we got a very affordable rate so we didn't want to complain about that. We were happy to have some natural light and fresh air if needed.
I'd also like to commend Laura at the front desk. She was working the evening shift when we were staying and she was incredible. She was helpful, charismatic, and seemed genuinely kind. Both times we spoke to her were delightful. It was her excellent service that made us miss such a thing with the bar and breakfast staff.
Breakfast itself was great. Exactly what we expected from such a hotel, and it felt like great value. Things were restocked very quickly, food tasted fresh, and the choice of items was good.
Overall we were very happy with our stay. We got a great price and felt that we recieved more than our moneys worth. We felt it important to mention those problems like the rooms ambience and the bar service, however.

Fantastic hotel. Great beds which provide very good support (on the medium hard side but absolutely great quality), quiet although it is in the middle of the city, updated and well-maintained. However, the biggest stand-out was the personnel who worked at the front desk. They were phenomenal! Kind, understanding, professional, caring. Whoever hires and trains them has made really good decisions. Thank you for taking care of us while my husband was in the hospital. We will come back for a better occasion.

Good location, friendly staff. Room had no hot water, it was promptly dealt with, changed rooms the next day with a free upgrade and breakfast. Smoke/fire alarm went off at 2am thanks to another guest in the hotel. But overall experience was really good.

This was our home for a 5 day break over my 50th birthday and what an amazing hotel. Great staff, clean and tidy, great breakfast service and lovely relaxing bar area for the evenings. Perfectly positioned for exploring Dublin. Would definitely use as a base again.
